He is the one who tells me my car will be looked at on Wednesday morning. Wednesday comes and they do not reach out to me once. I called them at 1:22 PM and they ask for my information all over again as if they have no idea that my car is sitting there waiting to be looked at. They tell me my car will be looked at right away and that they will call me back. 5 PM comes around and they still haven't called me back so I called them asking them what is going on. They tell me that there's no one certified/qualified to look at my car until Thursday. So at that point I would've been without my car for three nights meanwhile, I'm incurring all these Uber expenses. I'm so disappointed in this experience because I feel like I should have been reached out to by Wednesday morning and told that there is no one qualified to look at my car. So I show up to the Pep Boys in person to get my keys from back at 6 PM and notice my car hasn't moved from the same exact parking spot I left it in on Monday. I don't understand why no one reached out to me and told me no one could look at my car when they had since 8 AM to let me know. In addition to that there are two other Pep Boys in neighboring towns. They could have told me to drop off my car at a different location and I would've been able to do that easily and I wouldn't have had to spend so much money Ubering around. When I'm picking up my keys from them because they haven't looked at my car still, I explained all my frustrations and the same assistant Manager I gave my keys to on Monday is basically saying that there's nothing they can do for me because I am not special. There's eight other cars with owners who have experienced the same exact thing as me, as if that makes the situation any better! If anything that makes it worse. The lack of communication and organization here is atrocious. And the lack of accountability is also equally atrocious. He just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders and was like it can be looked at tomorrow we open at 8 AM, that's when our technician comes and then I followed up with the question, "Well will it be looked at first thing" and he said I can't make any promises so of course I just took my keys back and now have to go somewhere else to repeat this whole process because they have proven themselves to be untrustworthy, unorganized, and awful communicators!
