One of the most relaxing part my day tour. They require everyone to wear a life vest for safety since the cenote is about 150 feet deep. Since i cant swim I definitely appreciate that. You can rent out lockers to store your stuff safely. The water was surprisingly the perfect the temperature. Not cold or hot. It was refreshing after walking for about an hour in scorching heat. This place is beautiful. I wish we had more time here because we were only here for an hour. Not enough time to fully soak.

What a nice place to visit and get a drink, food, shopping and to go swimming. We had a long days of traveling and visiting other sites; this was our last spot before heading back to our hotel and we loved it. Unfortunately we only had about an hour to enjoy this place, I would have liked to spend more time swimming and drinking. The employees were all very nice and helpful, we were a bit confused about their operations and they showed us where to go.

Found this place last minute on yelp while trying to go to another cenote after touring Chi Chen Itza. We were supposed to go there just for the buffet but after learning that there is a cenote inside the premise we decided to avail the package which included the buffet and cenote. The food was surprisingly good, the banquet hall was enormous and well maintained. The waiter was attentive. You have to pay for your drinks as it was not included with the package. They have plenty of changing and locker rooms. We had the cenote to ourselves so that was a plus. It was not busy when we got there. This was never part of our itenerary and we were glad we found it.

We stopped here as we were hungry for lunch and we were glad we did. They offer a lunch buffet that had all the different yucatan food. The food was 3 star, service 4 star, and the cenote was 5 star. They have an attached cenote to swim in and that was the highlight of our week there. The buffet was reasonable and did the job, but wasn't the best food we had while there. The frozen margaritas were tasty and refreshing. After we finished eating, we decided to take a dip in the attached cenote which came with the price of the buffet. We changed, showered, and went swimming. The cenote was gorgeous. They had a diving platform and a man made waterfall. The fish nibble at you while you swim and there are some beautiful birds that nearly glow flying around the cenote. The experience was amazing and I would highly recommend stopping if in the area.

My first time ever going to a cenote and it was BEAUTIFUL! This was one of our last stops on our tour was here. Nice shops. Unfortunately we didn't get to try the buffet at the restaurant (smelled good) just the local treats. I tried the churros and honestly I was disappointed I've had better in NYC. There really isnt much to do there unless you decide to swim in the cenote. When we went it was a bit crowded and we only had one hour to swim. I was told other cenotes in Mexico are better because its more secluded and not many people but I thought the sight was breathtaking. Pretty awesome and definitely worth checking out!

Simply, amazing. This gem was at a Cenote we swam in near Valladolid. Our lunch here was great. I was nervous about a buffet out here but the food was always fresh and hot. So much flavor. My favorite was the chipotle chicken. The restaurant is peaceful and nice to relax in. The property and grounds were beautiful as well. Our perfect day also included the perfect lunch here. Staff were great also.

Started off with a delicious buffet with some traditional Mayan food. Then off to the cenote for a refreshing swim.

The sign is a bit off to the side and not really facing the street, so we missed it the first time around. Pulling in, you can see the grills going in front and in the back of the seating area. Plastic chairs and tables under shaded canopies were readily available. There is no menu, essentially whatever meat is being grilled is what you get - that and along with warm homemade tortillas, pico de gallo, limes, beans, and salsas. So I was lucky they were grilling pork that day. The pork was pretty good and fantastic with their thick homemade tortilla and ridiculously spicy salsas. For $4 USD a person, this was a steal. I did get a bottle of water and not use their cups of ice just to be on the safe side. Glad to say I had no tummy issues after this meal.

I was trying to talk to my husband about things while a sales associate was right on our tail to suggest more things for us to buy that we had no interest in. The food buffet when we came back was okay. There were limited options and only one dish stood out as being tasty was the shredded pork. They had two different groups of dancers who danced for maybe two minutes and then went around asking for tips. Then the server came back around telling everyone that the dancer tips and server tips are separate. The "servers" were not present at all except when they sat us and asked if we wanted drinks and dropped them off.

It's a rather large space with many different souvenirs, at a somewhat decent rate. I wound up buying an overpriced pack of six Mexican Tequilas to give to some of my colleagues and some candy for my daughter. The staff here wasn't overbearing but they stand close by and swoop in to give you a ticket with their name-- I guess to receive credit for the sale, although they provided absolutely no assistance. When we came for lunch, the lines were a little confusing because people were just standing all over the place. Finally, when we did get our food, I only wanted rice and black beans, both of which were good. We also were provided a glass of Horchata, I've never had it before but decided to drink it-- I was very impressed and actually liked it.

This restaurant is located behind the entrance gates for the Coba ruins (sorry, yelp, for reporting…read morethe place closed, but the location doesn't match up with the yelp map). It is a big, two storied facility that faces the lake, and the huge parking lot makes it popular with tour groups and daytrippers. They have a full bar and serve dinner, unlike most of the other places in town, which have no alcohol and are often only open until 6pm. They have a buffet, but we ordered a la carte. Food was served up quickly. The food was pretty good but definitely not as good as the other places we tried in Coba. Prices were slightly higher than at the little places outside of the gates. But the place definitely felt clean, and if you want servers who speak English (or even French or German), this place is your place. We had the guacamole, which was very good but not as good as other places in Coba. My husband had the quesadillas, which were really big. My kids had kid meal things. I had the roast pork, which was well-seasoned. It came with a small amount of rice and beans, which were fine. The beers are served ice cold, which is nice after hiking around the ruins.

This was good. A lot of cheese but it was fresh and not oily at all. The spaghetti with meat sauce was a little bland but good just the same. We also had a fresh fish dish that was good. Not sure what kind of fish it was. This is a good option when visiting Coba if you check out the ruins, eat, then drive on to the cenotes or back toward Tulum.
