THEY TALK ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, TO THEIR COWORKERS IN SPANISH ABOUT YOU AND INFRONT OF YOU.
I ordered a to go order today 7/16/26. I've been a customer for awhile now, dining in with my family but sometimes I will place to go orders. Dining in would be the molcajete for my mother, son and I, my other boy gets birria meal. My to go orders consist of margaritas and a quesidilla after work ( Oscar the owner usually takes my orders, today it was someone else) I will say the owner is very kind. Today I ordered and spoke with a man and was informed they only have 1 size of margaritss to go, 16 oz. I've ordered at least 3 times here 32oz to go along with food. Weird but ok, I place an order for a quesidilla and two , 16 oz margaritas. Still 32 oz combined. I get home and the margarita tasted rotten, different texture, thick, syrupy and also had a hint of beer taste alongside the rotten taste. I've ordered many margaritas here to know this wasn't their normal margaritas, whether they changed their premixes or tequila., IT TASTED ROTTEN with a hint of BEER, NO TEQUILA. I went to return them both ,1 untouched and the other just a sip taken. (I ONLY WANTED A REFUND ON THE MARGARITAS, NOT THE QUESIDILLA). The "man" that took my order and handed me my order at the time of pickup had the audacity to tell his coworker in spanish when I asked for a refund, "It only taste different because its not a 32 oz" assuming because I look to be Caucasian, I would not know a lick of spanish. Little did he know... I then responded that NO ITS NOT BECAUSE ITS NOT A 32 OZ, ITS BECAUSE IT HAS TASTED ROTTEN. He then replied with "I'm sorry , I will have to check our machine to make sure they're clean"?! Again I've been a customer here for awhile and did love their food and margaritas, as well as my family but this experience has ruined it for me completely. I would ALWAYS tip 50 if I had the whole family , around 20-30 with just my kids and I. They've lost my business for good and I hope their customers will read this considering the majority of their customers are Caucasian and speak English. Realize this is 2026 and many people know Spanish no matter what race they are. read more
