Entrecote with fries & shishito peppers (yummy)
    Maya S.

First night in Barcelona and my husband and I walked so far to look for another restaurant that the front desk worker at our hotel mentioned. But after searching for about 30 mins or so we asked someone from the neighborhood and he told us that the restaurant has moved but they don't know where to. So I told my husband let's just go to H3 since it's right in front of us and it's right next to the police station. Maybe it's good. And we were already so hungry and tired. So we went in and ordered the entrecote with fries, seafood paella & Russian salad (which I thought was the wrong salad because it had tuna but I didn't want to ask anymore because when I started eating it the salad was yummy). Everything tasted delicious. For our first meal in Barcelona we were satisfied customers. For 44.40€ it was worth it. My husband was happy because he had his steak and same with me cuz I had my seafood paella. We didn't even know we were already in the Gothic Quarter area. We were just walking at night in the streets if Barcelona and stumbled upon this place. More people came while were were eating. And this place closes late at around 230am. So if you're hungry for a steak or a sandwich you can come to this place. Didn't take a picture of my seafood paella because I was so hungry. Lol!

Average Cafe, average coffee, average searing. Nothing special about this place, it's food, or the price - it's just convenient when you need a quick burst of caffeine in the morning.

    Really nice!

It was our first night in Barcelona. The staff was friendly but the sangria sub par and the tapas was not good at all.

Oh my goodness this is so good. If I ever go to Barcelona again I would come here…read more Must get: Steak with foie gras on bread 8/10: sooo decadent and luxurious. It's abt 8 euros a piece. Very flavorful and fast experience. Oxtail and mashed potatoes 10/10: the oxtail meet is so tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes pair so well with the oxtail. Mushroom, steak, and egg yolk 9/10: soo flavorful and balance of veggies and protein. Amazing textures and flavors. Sparkling sangria: 8/10 I don't normally live the taste of alcohol but this was great. Not tooooo strong and if tastes pretty good if you mix it with the orange juice. Fresh orange juice: 10/10 so tangy and delicious. I can't recommend it enough. Patatas bravas: 9/10 solid no complaints! Dessert Tapas: - bread dessert (Tarija): 11/10 amazing dessert that is creamy, cameralized, and has a mochi like texture. This fried chewy dessert is not too sweet and such an affordable price. - coconut pudding 9/10 solid and refreshing if you like flan - bread, chocolate oil, salt 7/10: I live the complex flavors. The chocolate mousse was light and the bread to mousse ratio was perfect. It's a smaller dessert tho I wouldn't recommend it if ur sharing. Service: amazing! Staff I'm everywhere so it was very easy to order more food. Also we were sitting buy the area where they made dessert and they allowed me to record them making it!! Comfortable ambiance great for date night or casual meals!!!

The feta cheese was absolutely disgusting, it tasted like imitation rubber cheese. - The "Al Ajillo" Style Shrimps (GAMBES AMB ALLADA) had a very strange flavor within it, which overwhelmed the garlic flavors. - The Beef Tenderloin (FILET VEDELLA), she had to spit 1/4 of it out because it was too tough. - Everything was overpriced there for the value. If you are in the area DO NOT waste your time nor money dining here!!!

Wow, this meal was so good I literally made another reservation after we left. This place might be…read moreadvertised as a tapas restaurant, but it's much more than that. The service was excellent, our server spoke English and knew so much about American pop culture. He even sang NSYNC songs to us while serving us dishes. As for the food let's get into it: - Lobster Croquettes (8/10) We've had a lot of croquettes this trip, but these were on another level, get one per person. - Paella (7.5/10) Different style of paella from other places we went. It was almost like a paella curry, which was still rich and delicious. - Squid Sandwich (10/10) This is hands down the best appetizer I've ever had. The squid was packed with flavor and the mayo sauce they used paired perfectly. Order one per person, and be prepared to order another to go. - Garlic Shrimp (8/10) Solid entree paired with sourdough bread. Dip that bread into the sauce and you'll be satisfied. - Aged Beef Steak w/ Foie Gras (9/10) This might be one of the best steak dishes I've had traveling abroad. It was cooked perfectly, and came with a potato crust on the bottom and Foie Gras on top. Definitely a must order. Overall a great experience, from the service and ambiance to the quality of the food, this is a must try when visiting Barcelona. Would I go again? Absolutely!

Delicious variety of tapas in a bright cheery environment! Definitely make a reservation because…read morethe line was piling out the door even for a weekday lunch. The menu has a nice variety of items, and they're all pretty small so you can try a lot. Our favorite was the squid sandwich, a super unique must get! We also really liked the garlic shrimp, which had a nice fragrant flavor from the heads. The tiramisu was also delightful with a nice balance of sweet and bitter flavors. We heard the razor clams were really good, but they didn't have any the day we visited which was a bummer!
