The owner assisted me, he also suggested I rinse out my jugs since they had a little water left in them. He took the time to explain that rinsing them out is better so that we can reduce the chance of bacteria. I keep my bottles in my carport so that is very helpful. Then, he explained what can happen to a bottle in the heat. I had one twist lid and one slide on lid bottle. I prefer the twist lids, but bottles aren't cheap so we've got to do what we can to re use them as long as we can. There have been updates inside. There are more ice freezers and more shelves with things you may need when you swing by your local water & ice location. Swing by this one, they're always welcoming and willing to assist you.
