We came into Cold Stone last night and there was a line all the way to the door, but Julia, the…read moreshift lead, truly stood out. Despite how busy and overwhelming it was, she made sure to greet everyone who walked in and was incredibly friendly and welcoming with each customer. We watched her go above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. She made small conversation with customers between orders, double-checked that everyone was getting exactly what they wanted, helped customers with pickup orders, and was constantly making sure no one felt overlooked. For most of our visit, she was the only person taking orders on the line, and she was also ringing customers up when needed. Even with the long line and nonstop orders, Julia remained patient, kind, and professional. Her attitude really made a difference, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about providing good customer service. Employees like Julia deserve recognition for the effort and energy they put into creating a positive experience. Thank you, Julia, for making our visit such a great one! Cold Stone is lucky to have you!

First off, the place is quite difficult to find--it's not clearly marked, and we had to double-check we were even in the right spot. Once inside, we waited for a few minutes before an employee approached us. In a muffled voice, they seemed to ask if we were there for boba, to which we responded yes. They mentioned something unclear and said "moment," so we assumed they were going to come to prepare our order. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the employee returned and, rather bluntly, asked if we needed something. When we reiterated that we were there for boba, they curtly informed us that it was closed. While we understand things happen, clearer communication and better signage would have saved us time and frustration. We were excited to try the boba, but the lack of professionalism and overall experience left a sour impression. That said, the axe throwing setup looked interesting, so perhaps that's worth exploring in the future.

I walk in to an empty store and go to the pick up counter. I make eye contact with a girl in the back and smile but she just stares at me cold. I see her talk to another girl and she just stares at me too and they keep talking. A third girl appears and does the same until she walks out after 3 minutes. I also saw my order and two others just sitting on the counter, not in the fridge where they usually keep pick-up orders to keep cool. She looks at me and walks AWAY from me to the counter and continues to work on other orders and says, "Hii!?!" Loudly and rudely, while not even looking at me. Not a welcome, not a how are you, not a how can I help you. I said I'm here to pick up my order and she grabs it and just thunks it, rudely on the table with no bag. I ask for a bag nicely and she puts it on the counter and walks off to continue what she was doing. No thank you or have a good day.
