The reason why I would most probably not recommend this place is because prices are way higher than at a regular pet store for exactly the same items, even same brand. It looks gorgeous, but it is out of our way as well and traffic on the 45 is awful most of the time. This place is not worth it for us to go back.

He became very upset and stated if you don't like the price you can call somebody else. Normally, I would hang up the phone and call somebody else but because I was extremely busy and my wife was out of town I made the appointment The middle aged lady who came out to clean the first tank, was very soft spoken, had a lot of knowledge of fish and water, I had made a comment about how the owner spoke to me, and she had stated that this was not the first complaint and that the owner is extremely arrogant who walks around with a chip on his shoulder". But he writes her checks so she just looks the other way." Prices are not the cheapest but I have seen places with much higher prices. Unfortunately, all the fish we got died within 12 hours. We were looking for the place online to call and ask, and it turns out they are closed on Mondays. We got our fish on a Sunday. Then I checked their return policy and they only have a 24 hour return policy. No fish, no interest in going back. For everyone else: don't go on a Sunday if you are planning on buying fish.

I tend to call ahead of time to see if he has specific things I'm looking for and Dennis will usually be pretty good at letting you know if its available. One time he also found something after I called and he followed up to let me know he found it and saved it for me. It is a smaller shop and may have more of an eclectic variety of livestock but they seem to carry quite a bit of equipment. I do wish it were closer so I could just make an easy trip to check things out but it may be good that its further for me as I can't always buy new things.

Doing our research, we went to Pet Suites and found these rooms much more at home rather than keeping our pet in a kennel barking under fluorescent lights. Her room was a good size, well kept and clean. We usually don't keep her with other dogs and they made sure she could stay separated when having the outdoor play time and using the bathroom. Play, feeding, and bathroom were included. Very grateful for the fantastic/attentive staff and reasonable care. We would definitely book again in the near future.

Girls at the front desk are nice but i did take my 16 year old Boston terrier here a few times and…read morethe last time that I picked him up he had a cut on his cheek and no one was able to tell me how it happened. My main worry is who is watching these dogs? And how no one was able to give me a straight answer on why and how my dog got hurt. Poor baby was anxious and scared the whole day. Went back to cancel the doggy day care plan that I had purchased, once again the girls at the front desk were understanding and cooperative but i just wouldn't risk bringing my dog here again.
