I went in to see Dr. Ku after not being at a dentist for YEARS. I was scared and embarrassed to go in because I knew my teeth were in bad shape. The hygienist Stephanie was amazing and very comforting. She explained everything she was doing as she went along and before they did any "work" on my mouth, I was given an estimate of the cost to make sure I was comfortable with it. She did not embarrass me or lecture me at all. The issues I had with my gums was explained and she took the time to talk about how I can fix it. I saw Dr. Ku for my fillings and a few cosmetic items. He is very calm and supportive as well. He checked on me numerous time to make sure I was comfortable. He knows his stuff and explains it well. His assistant Dana was also knowledgeable and easy to work with. When I was finished the lady in the office gave me my bill and walked me through all the details. The whole staff was great. As someone who was petrified of the dentist, I can honestly say I look forward to going back. I can not recommend them enough. read more

I'll start by saying GREAT PLACE! I promise im the worst fearful and anxiety patient that i bet theyve seen. Dr.Ku and his team have been wonderful in handling me. i havent broke the chair yet and do believe it will survive due to the professional, caring, friendly, patient and "not quick to judge" team of this office. Its a quit, clean and comforting environment. Dr.KU was very thorough in his work and his explainations on my options. He is very patient with me as well as his WONDERFUL asst.Julie. it also helps that they seem to have a good work environment with each other. yep the Dr. was nice to his assistant which helps to settle you as well when your scared as hell. kelley at the desk is great..she too had to be patient with me as well as very helpful in my appts/paperwork as the shock was allowing me not to grasp everything. WORST. DENTIST. OFFICE. EVER. I cannot say how UPSET I am by this practice. I went as a new customer, where they took complete and total advantage of me and my insurance. They went over "My dental plan" with me, and then proceeded to slide in several things that I most certainly DID NOT approve of that were not covered by insurance AND THEY KNEW IT. This is the type of office they are-- they charged me $20 for "Irrigation". THEY CHARGED ME $20 TO WASH MY MOUTH OUT!!!!!!!! THEN!!!!!!! After charging me around $330, they have the audacity to send me a follow-up bill demanding more money. They not only did this to me but my boyfriend as well. They went over "His Plan" with him and then up-charged him him crazy amounts as well. I cannot say enough bad things about this office and how they don't give a flying crap about anything but getting paid. read more

This is the best dental office I have ever been to. Now I have quite a few dental issues and went to Dr. Ku in pain needing a root canal. I got a same day appointment from one of the most friendly and sweet receptionist I've ever spoken to. I thus far have never waited more than 10 mins in the waiting room. They do everything to help and are very friendly. Everyone there seems to love their job and it's a great atmosphere. Lastly Dr.Ku, again I have few dental issues. He has never lectured me or made me feel bad. He speaks to me like a person even using my first name (come to think of it they all do) you will feel like a person that is cared about. Dr. Ku talks to me checking on me constantly while working and makes Sure I'm comfortable and is very gentle. I obviously cannot say enough good things about my new home for dental care!! read more

After not going to the dentist for years, I originally made had an appointment at a chain dentist. The information I received at the chain dentist was very surface level and they could not complete the work at their location but had to send it to one of their satellite offices. A coworker had met with a Dentist in Dr. Hu's office and highly recommended her. She was not available, so I made the appointment with Dr. Hu himself. You will find the office staff extremely prompt, professional, courteous. All insurance paperwork was done in advance and there were no issues regarding billing. Dr. Hu believes in only doing the work necessary (no upcharging) and he put me at ease. It is the first time ever that I had dental work (a root canal in my case) with no pain. Highly recommend his office and Dr. Hu especially. read more

This office is simply amazing! Let's be honest... not many people enjoy going to the dentist. But I will tell you that I actually look forward to it. Stephanie is the most amazing hygienist ever. She is so much fun to talk to, and she always remembers everything about me. Dr. Ku is amazing too... I haven't had to have much work done, but any time I've had a cavity he is super gentle and fast. Whenever I walk in the door, the front office staff is so friendly... I always feel very important there (which I secretly love)!!! They also try really hard to help me out with my insurance too (which can be very confusing). Even if I didn't have insurance, I'd pay out of pocket for the exceptional treatment I get there. If you want to LOVE going to the dentist... go here!! read more

I feel incredibly lucky to have found Dr. Ku. I have had many experiences with dentists over the years and none of them come close to Dr. Ku's level of talent and professionalism. Dr. Ku has helped me come up with a plan for some major dental work, including implant surgery, and I couldn't be happier about the work he is doing. He has also gone out of his way to be available to me for dental emergencies. In addition to being a talented dentist, Dr. Ku is kind and compassionate and his entire staff is friendly and welcoming. You couldn't be in better hands for dental work than with Dr. Ku. read more

I needed to find a Dentist who would listen to my needs, understand them, work with me, explain procedures to me in simple english and then give me good advice on how to fix my teeth (which are in horrible condition) And then work with me to achieve my goal and try to stay with in my pocketbook range, for a long term solution to better my smile. So ding dang slap happy I chose Dr Ku! He did all the above! Plus I don't reckon you could find any one else as gentle with the needle in your mouth as this guy right here, And believe me that's saying a lot, geez! ~~~BIG SCARY EYEBALLS!~~~ read more

I've been seeing Dr. Ku for three years. Great guy and an awesome supporting cast. There's a reason he's won the Best Dentist Award (from the Fort Worth Star Telegram) in 2017 and 2018. Efficient. Professional. And personally reachable in case of dental emergencies. I disagree with what was written about Virginia in the other yelp review. She's professional and fantastic. My only complaint with Dr. Ku is that he doesn't like to watch CNN so he's a day or two behind on some news events. He watches the local news like a hawk however. I highly recommend Dr. Ku. read more

I have been going to Dr. Ku's office now for several years (too many to count) and not once have I ever had an unpleasant experience. The office staff is incredibly warm and friendly; Stephanie, my dental hygienist, and I greet each other with a hug. Dr. Ku is a wonderful mix of professionalism and hometown care. He is deeply concerned that you have the best possible dental health without pressure for any unnecessary procedures - he never takes for granted the cost or time involved. While in his and his staff's hands, I have every confidence that I'm in great hands. read more

Unlike many of my past experiences with dentists, my appointments always start nearly exactly when they were scheduled. This may seem trivial, but I have very busy calendars and have to know when activities will end as much as when they start. I've been a patient of Dr. Ku's for almost 2 years after moving from KC. Every time, very professional, efficient, even downright chatty at time but also thorough. Highly recommend to those seeking a better place for dental care. After my experience, they are caring for my entire family's dental health. read more

I have previously lived in Dallas, and had great experience with my dentist there for over five years. Moving to Fort Worth, I had difficulty finding a dentist I could trust. The first two dentist offices I visited rushed me into other procedures that I was not comfortable with and did not get a good explanation of why I needed it. Dr. Ku and his staff were very professional, friendly, and clear in their explanation of my diagnosis and cost breakdown. I had a good first visit, and plan to be back in the future. Keep up the great work! read more

Dr. Ku's and his staff are always friendly and professional. I have been coming here for over 20 years and never have I been disappointed with any one. You ask a question and you get an answer. Even the accounting staff is great to work with. This is the first time their office has asked me to write a review..well of course I will. Then they told me they were giving away this giant summer fun package...how coo! I recommend Dr. Ku to anyone that needs a dentist. Christine S. read more

I've gone to Dr. Ku for about 10 years now and recommend him to anyone looking for a competent, approachable, friendly, thorough dentist. The staff are friendly and helpful and operate a clean, organized, hospitable environment. Hygienist, Stephanie Merrill is the absolute best ever! She takes such an interest in her patients and offers quality, sensitive care. If you don't have a dentist in Fort Worth, definitely check out Dr. Peter Ku's office! read more

I've spent more time in the dentist's chair in the last four months than I have at any time in my life. And while I can't truthfully say it's been fun, Dr. Ku and his kind and caring staff have made the experience as smooth and easy as possible. With more work ahead, I'm confident I'll be treated with extreme care and skill. I can highly recommend these folks if you need dental work. They're tops! read more

Great dental practice! The office is nice, clean, and doesn't have that "antiseptic" smell that so many places have. The office staff and hygienists are friendly and take the time to explain every step of the process for you. They were very thorough, but also gentle when cleaning my teeth and the dentist, Dr. Laura Jo Klein was very kind and professional. I would recommend them to anybody. read more

Dr Ku and staff are great. His hygienist, Stephanie, is very friendly and does an outstanding job cleaning your teeth. Dr Ku is very personable and knowledgeable. He puts you at ease as soon as he walks into the room. He has a great office location near 7th and University which makes for a convenient visit during the work day. read more

I started going to Dr. Ku in 1994. He was the only dentist who would take my young sons at age 4 and age 6. My family has been with him ever since. Dr. Ku and his staff take the time to make sure I understand procedures, I am comfortable, and the procedure solves the problem. I have recommended Dr. Ku to numerous people. read more

The staff has always been very courteous and professional. I could go to another dentist closer to home but wouldn't get the great customer service I'm getting at Dr. Ku's office. My last treatment was performed by Dr Kleine, she explained everything that was being done clearly, and I'm really happy with her. read more
