Amazing food! Service is above top par, and very welcoming atmosphere! I love the seats upstairs and the amazing commitment to quality!

My hotel was located right next door so i ate most of my meals here when i didnt feel like eating at an actual restaurant. All the ready to eats were good but some were better than others. The store was clean and service friendly. You go down an escalator to get to the actual store and they have tables to eat at when you first enter the building. Fair warning they do not have bathrooms for the public to use so bring hand sanitizer if you plan on eating there.

Compared to the other H Mart locations, this one is definitely a lot smaller. The aisles and everything are kind of tight so I can't imagine what it would be like during peak hours. They do, however, have a lot of different options and the usual items. Not bad, but also not the worst.

Whether you have a Tooth H or a Tummy H, you can find something to make you feel better here at H Mart. It's expensive, yes, and it's smaller than most H Marts because it's in the very centre of downtown Seattle's core, but how awesome is it to have an H Mart right here. We come here whenever we're strolling around inner Seattle, and we have lots of good things to say about it. Anyway I have to go, I have a Head H.

I would not come to this location before closing -- got one of the worst service ever at this particular location here in Seattle. I came with my friends to shop for a few convenience items, including ramen, Ramune, and more. While I did appreciate the variety of items that they did have, the service was really what threw me off and made me hot headed. First off, I have an absolute right to walk through the rows buying groceries 25 minutes before y'all close your doors... so that to me is non-negotiable. You also do not give me and my friends bitch faces and tell us to "buy our items and get out of the store" just because you want to close the store early due to lack of people in the store. There is a close time FOR A REASON -- if you were such a good communicator, PLEASE state that on your paper announcement IF YOU ARE GOING TO CLOSE EARLY LOL. In addition, we were intimidated by the security officer who was standing either by the inside of the store, or by the escalators. That made me and my friends feel absolutely threatened and we did not appreciate it at all. I wish there was a 0-star option, but 2 will do for now as I don't recommend staying there for long. Absolutely horrible service but awesome options -- even their hot convenience lunches where it.

it's a cramped store but that's probably because there's sooo much to choose from. This store has a lot to offer, including hot food and good customer service.

I think this is the third underground grocery store I've been to? But who keeps track of that ahaha We saw this place on the way to Pike Place, and decided to stop by to grab drinks before returning to the hotel. Take the escalator or elevator down to the lower level. Street parking only. There are a couple of garages nearby. Since this is a mini H-Mart, keep expectations low if you're a suburbanite. No Paris Baguette or Tous les Jours here. Not enough space for meat counters or live seafood tanks. They stick to the basics: produce, grab-and-go prepared meals, drinks, instant noodles, snacks, packaged proteins, frozen food, condiments, side dishes, and limited kitchenware items. Which is good enough for city dwellers who live within walking distance. Maybe it's all you need. It's slightly better than H Mart Manhattan. That one had cramped aisles, pricier items (understandably), and no soju. Seattle has (relatively) reasonable prices and there's enough room to navigate a shopping cart. No bakery or food court here unfortunately. By the way, H Mart locations in the Pacific Northwest (https://www.hmartus.com) operate separately from the main H Mart brand most people are familiar with (https://www.hmart.com). So their rewards system (H-point) is not compatible with the Smart Rewards card.

This is a smaller H Mart located in Downtown Seattle on Pine St, just a few steps from the nearby Pike Place Market. I was staying nearby and came in here for some snacks. I checked out the other aisles and saw that even though it was a smaller store, they still had a very good selection. They even have a section near the entrance with prepared food and banchan. Prices were also very reasonable. I'll definitely continue to stop in here for snacks and stuff in my future trips to Seattle.

Consider me a fan. I had heard many times about H Mart, but I had never seen one in person until I went to Seattle. My best friend lives downtown and this was so conveniently placed near his place. They have everything there. Produce, meat, frozen foods, spices, and a whole lot of Asian snacks. Oh, and even gifts like teapot sets and booze. What's not to like? Not to mention that they're following COVID-19 protocol heavily, so you feel safe. I mean, the place is pristine pretty much.

This location does not have its own parking area. I guess available parking would be street parking or garage parking since this H Mart is located a block from Pike Place Market.

Yes, the behemoth opened in Bellevue back on 12/5/24 and this smaller one took over the former Sprouts in Lynnwood on 11/13/25. Since then, they have opened two more sites in California too. Armed with gift cards from The College Friend, The Homie and I made a spontaneous first visit to the Lynnwood store (9/30/26). I like that it is so well organized, bright, and clean. I really liked the variety of the produce, items for dim sum and hot pot, sauces & spices, snacks, meat & fish areas, cooking gear, and especially the hot food, ready to go entrees/platters, and bakery sections. We visited on a weekday mid afternoon, so parking, shopping, and checkout was easy peasy. There's even onsite seating to enjoy one's paid purchases. We demolished the pork belly and BBQ steamed buns. Interesting to note, there's chopsticks, compostable forks & spoons, straws, but no napkins or paper towels available. Pro tips: download the US based app for more deals, organize your items so checkout is straightforward, bring your own bags (although one can purchase or obtain via accrued points, their branded bags).

In addition, I have never had a staff person say hello or thank you, rarely even an acknowledgement that I am there. During my last visit I asked a gentleman if he knew if they had a particular item and he said "what we have in the store". Oh ok, thanks.

Our visit there was similar to other Asian grocery stores, but pretty much in all ways better. In my opinion, the biggest differences are: Made to order food - we had Jian Bing (Crepes) and Sticky Rice Rolls that were both delicious. These could be standalone food stands and I would easily give them 5 stars for the quality and value. Hot food to go - this was self-serve and a large area. Most Asian grocery stores either don't have this or it's not self-serve Ready to eat refrigerated items - savory side dishes, but also dessert items (parfaits, mochi, cakes, pastries) A soup/congee station I think I could wander this store for hours snacking on things and finding products I've never seen before. The footprint of this store is massive, which allows them to carry more SKUs than typical stores. All of the ready to eat or made to order items gives you lots of options to eat at the store or have a quick meal at home with little to no prep. The store is extremely clean, everything is nicely labeled, and check-out is a breeze with a ton of cashiers as well as self-checkout. I'm honestly disappointed to write this review…read more I've been shopping at Goodies for about six months now. They sell dukkah (along with other condiments and seasonings) that are hard for me to find, which saves me the time of making them myself. I've also been buying my lamb from them. On July 3, I purchased two packs of lamb chops. One pack was perfectly fine, but the other was clearly spoiled. I still cooked the good pack, but it wasn't enough for everyone to have. I've been cooking lamb for years--I know how it should smell and how it should look. This meat was off. I called the next day to let them know, and they told me they would replace it. I explained that I live over an hour away, so I wouldn't be able to come back until I was in the area again. They assured me they would still honor the exchange. When I came in today, I was met with so much rudeness that I was honestly shocked. I felt embarrassed by the way I was treated. I had really enjoyed supporting this small business up until this point. Because I was so shaken by the interaction, I didn't even realize until I got home that I had originally purchased a six-pack of lamb chops, but I was only given a four-pack in exchange. When I returned the spoiled meat, the woman behind the counter insisted she would "never sell meat like that." I tried to show her the timestamped photo I had taken of the meat when I purchased it, but she refused to even look at it. At one point she said she "didn't know what my deal was," and then suggested it was somehow my refrigerator's fault before asking, rather dismissively, "Well, what do you want?" I'm a very understanding person. When you're selling raw meat, sometimes things happen. Products can spoil. I wasn't looking for an argument--I simply expected for the issue to be handled professionally and with kindness. Instead, I was treated as though I was trying to cause a problem. I'm sure many people will continue to shop here without issue. However, left feeling like I wasn't afforded the same courtesy or respect that other customers might have received. Maybe I would have been treated differently had I looked different. I can't say that for certain, but I also can't think of another reason I was met with such hostility when I approached the situation politely and respectfully from the very beginning. No customer should leave feeling the way I did. The top pack of lamb pictured was perfect. The bottom pack smelled bad and was greenish in person. As you can see via time stamp - I purchased the lamb on the 3rd and began to cook it on the 4th of July.
