Extremely unprofessional. I had items from WISH delivered to this pick-up location. My pickup…read moredeadline was 11/24/19. I visited the location 3 times during posted business hours BEFORE the deadline, after returning from vacation on 11/18, 2 of which I documented (attached photos), and the store was closed. On 11/25, my husband stopped by to pick up the items and waited until over an hour after scheduled opening hours for the owner to arrive. He still had my package, but would not release it because the QR code was no longer valid. I found out that evening that WISH had automatically cancelled and partially refunded my order, despite my having contacted them to alert them the business was closed, and required me to re-purchase the items. The items had conveniently gone up over 300% what I initially paid, and there was no option to purchase without shipping (which I didn't need since my package had already been shipped). While that portion of the issue was on WISH and not this business owner, he did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. He had told my husband that he would hold onto the items while I tried to obtain a new QR code from WISH. Today (Wednesday), I visited him and explained the predicament. He said that he had already shipped back my package and that there was nothing he could do to help. He said that he had been sick and in the hospital (on 3 separate occasions??!). If he truly is sick, I hope he gets well soon, however if that is the case, he needs to notify WISH to extend deadlines or be willing to reimburse customers for extra charges incurred due to him closing his business during posted business hours. Terrible (nearly non-existant) customer service.

Yes, I did phone and she gave me the incorrect address stated in this listing. Beware, something smells wrong. Too much time in the car and our dog got sick and we aborted our mission to go to her.
