I called Morris Appliance and got Darrel on the phone on Tuesday morning Aug. 9th, 2022 and I expected that he may not get to it right away or even the same day. But, he did say he would try to today or tmrrw (Wednesday), but that he was busy. He then told me, "if I cant today or tmrrw, then I will def be by on Thursday to check it out." Well Thursday morning comes and I didn't hear from him so I text him, he said he was booked and it would most likely be the next day. I was like, what? You told me worse case scenario Thursday and here is it is Thursday and your now just telling me the day of? Out of respect and good business etiquette, call a client that has used your services before! I could have called another tech to remedy my situation. I thought it was unprofessional of him to not call me or meet his scheduled appt with me on Thursday like he said. He hung up on me and told me to find someone else- Not the guy that you can trust his word and I would NOT recommend Darrel. You don't know if he's going to show up!
