While running the new line for the plugs, he purposely touched two wires and killed 4 fuses in my electrical panel along with my bathroom fan, bedroom light, porch light and electrical socket. Therefore, half of my house is dead. He said that he would have to run all new wiring as well as replace the fuses which would be an additional 450.00 and asked for a 600.00 deposit in which I sent while he was standing there. This happened on January 8, 2024. As of today, January 19, 2024, the problem still hasn't been resolved. He would say he's coming and don't show. He had to go to court, loss his brother, the weather, investor's meeting, just to name a few excuses that were given. There was little to no communication and when he did show he rushed through everything leaving things in worst condition that it was. I asked for a FULL refund and he responded with, "Do what you gotta do!" He refuses to give me my deposit back and is very unprofessional. I started this project working on my childhood home after the death of my mother. And to have someone cause more damage and cause more emotional harm is to me at this point in my life down right evil and wicked. I wouldn't hire him again if he was the last handyman on earth. Unfortunately, I'll have to handle everything the legal way to get a resolution. Use him at your own risk!!!!!!!

They contacted us promptly after the Request For Quote went out to all contractors in the area, and showed sincere enthusiasm for the work, even though our project was very small (it was to come out to Alabaster to fix a front porch light fixture, which had been ripped off my elderly mother's house by 'porch thieves' who had targeted her). They came out to my mother's home, were respectful of her property and her privacy, inspected the work to be done, gave me a prompt estimate of the costs (and were willing to discuss the cost with me on the phone as well). Then, they went out the next day and completed the work, and billed me exactly what had been quoted. The work was professionally done with solid competence regarding electrical issues.
