So off I went to order curbside, and wow, what an experience. First of all, curbside here is chef's kiss. They've got their own dedicated area off to the side, away from the parking lot chaos. No fighting with other customers who think your reserved spot is fair game. Nope, this is a curbside oasis. There are plenty of spots, and the in-and-out process is smoother than a perfectly ripe avocado. The store itself looks great from the outside--pristine, shiny, and promising. I haven't been inside yet (I mean, why bother when curbside is this good?), but I've heard the Texas BBQ inside is legendary. And now I'm torn: do I break my streak of grocery-store efficiency and go in for brisket, or do I stay loyal to my curbside kingdom? Decisions, decisions. In conclusion, this H-E-B has me contemplating a long-term relationship. I might just keep coming here, even if it's a bit of a drive. Who knew I'd get so sentimental about parking spots and stocked shelves? Next thing you know, I'll be writing sonnets about their tortilla factory.

This store gets super busy too but parking is much better since there's a decent lot. It's easy to navigate through the store and get to all our favorite things. Service is always typical TJ friendly. Happy and with smiles. Products and shelves are always in stock and filled. Extremely clean store. It's worth the drive out of the city to the 'burbs for this store location.

It can be a little bit much at first, but when you realize the pump can reach around the other side of your car, it makes life so much easier! No more waiting in long lines to get to the pump on your side. Just pull up to any available spot reach around if you need to and get on with your day! There was no accommodation, rescheduling priority, or compensation, despite the inconvenience and financial loss. The cost of the makeup alone exceeded the price of the photo shoot, making this experience especially frustrating. Scheduling and staffing issues happen, but when clients invest time, money, and careful coordination for a meaningful moment, better accountability and customer care are expected.

There was a female employee staring at me as I walked into her bra section, and only after I said hi did she say hi back. I didn't feel comfortable there, and then a male employee came over ~to the bra section~ and they started laughing and talking together. I just left. I did find 2 pairs of pants that were on such a hefty sale that I only spent $20 for both, but I really don't think it was worth the terrible experience.
