Just received great service today, trying to do a return. The ambiance was great as well and let me tell you why. I came in to do a return. I learned from one of the workers that any register can do a return, so I headed over to a random register. My cashier was Joe C. A young man who was on it! When I was up next, it was then that I could tell that he was new. I don't know what gave me that thought but what I found to be so great was how he wasn't shy to ask for help. He spoke to the woman at the register in front, "Excuse me, Ma'am?" And she turned right away to see what he needed and stepped in to help right away. She quickly walked him right through the process and he followed perfectly. Eventually, he still needed a manager to come and sign off something but I did get my refund. I got to my car and realized that he had forgot to scan one item so I was short and that's my fault. I started to get anxiety because the line started to get longer and I was feeling the pressure just a little bit. I debated about going back in to get the rest of my money and I began to drive off but then I remembered I brought all the items back so why shouldn't I get my FULL refund. I parked my car again and pushed forward to get out, grab my baby and head back in to get my $3 and some change back lol I sort of walked aimlessly back inside because I was hesitant to go to a register again and that's when I bumped into the manager, Ms. Brittany and she remembered me from earlier! Thank goodness! She came to the rescue and I never felt so good. I actually felt silly that I felt bad earlier. Anyways, I learned that the woman who helped Joe at the other register was Ms, Vanessa? Or Valerie? My apologies I forgot the name but I'm pretty sure her name started with a 'V.' Thank you Ma'am for helping him/us! Anyways, just based off this experience I had to make a review. They did such an amazing job and I am very pleased that I got my entire refund! I'd highly recommend this H-E-B. Sidenote: I always like their food here. I've bought the sushi, doughnuts and etc. you can always expect a sense of higher quality products here than other grocery stores. read more

This location is closer to my house. It's large. I'm always buying groceries here and my over the counter medicine. There's also a florist, deli, produce and a pharmacy. Whenever I need something, I can also trust HEB will have the freshest food possible. The place is clean and well maintained and stocked up. I also bought a couple of Texas made products to carry on to give gifts to relatives that live out of Texas. It's a very convenient store and they have everything I need. read more

I have had nothing but very positive experiences with the curbside service personnel at the Trimmier location and I'm so thankful for them. The previous location I used literally had issues every single order. This location seems to be much more organized and well run. Princess cake. The cake designer took my vision turned it into a beautiful cartoonish looking cake. The children were happy! Total cost of three tier cake was $119.00. Whipped icing (lighter) for top two tiers, buttercream for bottom tier. This made for a safer ride home. The cake was heavy! Purchased figurines separately, I recommend ordering cake stands. Great place with a lot of options. Deli food items are my go to especially the savory kale salad; the best I've ever had.

This is my "Go-To Pharmacy." I use GoodRX. If you look at all the other pharmacies in the area (i.e.: CVS, Walgreens, etc ...) H-E-B consistently has the lowest prices on medications. Additionally, they have lower prices ... all over the store. The staff are friendly, I love the self checkout lines, and I especially love their sushi bar station. Pharmacy needs serious organizing of workflow. Those getting Covid vaccine are told to get in same line as those picking up prescriptions. What is the purpose of making appointments, then? By the time you get to the window, you're 30 minutes past your reserved appointment time. What about those who need to get back to work?!? Parked in handicap parking by the pharmacy doors. I was having an extreme pain day and had to run to the pharmacy and they did not have what I needed which is okay. I was limping and went back to the doors and the employee would not let me leave. Said I had to goto the other side of the store to leave. Lady i am in extreme pain. I parked in a handicap spot so I could take the least amount of steps as possible. That is why i was given a handicap plate. And your making me walk all the way to the other side of the store to leave and walk all the way back. I was in so much pain it was ridiculous. And then she says oh its always been like this. No it has not. I have lived here and shopped here 10 years. I will be taking my buisness to cove heb. At least they remember how to treat their customers with respect. read more

It's a grocery store that has a lil' something extra, hence the Plus! Sure there are many other local HEB's out there within a 25-mile radius, but I like this one the most. Here's why: the international aisle. Being of Filipino and Puerto Rican descent, I appreciate that this HEB has the ingredients needed to make most of my meals. Of course, there are also other ethnicities represented as well (Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Japanese, German.. among others). Check out the frozen food section for items such as: lumpia and empanada wrappers, Goya products, etc. If you can't find what you need, ask a store manager to see if they can order it. As with every HEB, lookout for those yellow BOGO or package deal coupons. It's a great way to get a lot of bang for your buck. Also, there's the HEB phone app for additional savings. I've been helped by a few employees who were extremely helpful and informant. When directed to speak to the manager about the help I needed, I approached him (the manager) and he answered me with his back turned to me like he wanted nothing to do with me. I do all my grocery essentials shopping here and they are truly a clean, well stocked and attentive store! I really appreciate the large selection and variety of products this mega store offers! They are definitely doing A LOT right! Problem is, sometimes the rest of Killeen knows it too and you may have to wait in a lengthy checkout line (unless you order from a delivery service)! Parking too can be tough but there really is a TON of it! BOTTOM LINE: Worth the wait! read more

H-E-B is gigantic grocery store. It has tons of fresh produce, a top of the line deli, and even a sushi station where real live Japanese Sushi Chefs make fresh rolls in front of you. That sushi is legit and not couple day old "sushi". I was impressed on how much food this place can have under one roof. It's like a Costco without having to buy in bulk. They even had an electronics section. How awesome is that? I wish we had a H-E-B back in San Diego. read more

I don't get how this is a H-E-B Plus??! They never have half the items I need making me go to two different grocery stores and they never have baggers. I always have to bag my own groceries. Most the time the cashiers are rude too. The few times I have had a bagger I've had my bread smushed or other items open up because they just throw so many items in a bag. So I just drive further to another H-E-B to avoid this one from here in out because I'm over it. read more

Everything was fine until checkout. The cashier her name tag said Rocky was the rudest person I've ever encountered! No smile, no hello, no greeting...nothing! She was scanning my items and dropping them on the conveyor belt. There was a line as it was 1850...she wouldn't even bag anything, I bagged everything...even put the sticker on the case of water. It's a grocery store. They have a good selection of stuff, this one is better than the other HEBs in the area, imo. Great selection of produce and their produce always looks better than the stuff they sell at Walmart. I hate how busy this place gets, though. I try to go early in the morning or later in the evening to avoid most of the crowds. There always seems to be people with overflowing shopping carts and only a few open registers. Be prepared to wait in line for awhile. read more

If there is one place I like going to it's H-E-B. I like supporting the local economy so I go to specialty shops for a lot of small things. H-E-B is the only store chain I shop at where I still feel like I am doing that. H-E-B focuses locally. When I saw what happened when Walmart came to my husbands hometown I grew to dislike these stores. H-E-B doesn't have this detrimental effect on the local economy and that's why I love it. I can get almost everything I need there including gas. The nearest H-E-B from here is like a showcase in that category. This HEB is nice. I prefer going to this one simply because everyone always has a smile on their face and greets you. At least that's the experience I get whenever I shop here. Hell, even the other customers are friendlier here! It's always clean and easy to find whatever I need. When I've had to go through aisles that the stockers had placed their palettes in, I almost always hear, "I'm sorry. Let me move that so you can get through." What can I say, HEB has always been a great store and cared for the local community. I'm hoping that they don't lose their strong hold in Texas to Walmart. Every visit has been great but tonight was beyond memorable. As I waited in line to check out, another customer whom had his hands full with groceries and merchandise in a different lane, accidently dropped a case of fresh strawberries and without missing a beat my wife and I go and assist the gentlemen by picking up near strawberries. Without a sign or request, a customer service representative name Clyde jumps into action, retrieves the damage goods, reassures said customer and informs him that there is no need to lose his spot in line and without a hiccup leaves and promptly returns with fresh strawberries and a smile in his face. Everything occurred within seconds without conflict but pure genuine prompt customer service. When we are in Texas, we take all our business to HEB or local markets and every visit to HEB, our efforts to shop in HEB not walmart get solidified by their great customer service representatives. Lastly, as I loaded the last of our groceries and prepared to take back the grocery cart, like a magician or pokemon a wild Clyde appears, smiling and gladly offers to return the cart. I smiled and inform him that this is not my first rodeo, there was no need for his help. I don't mind returning the cart but like a true gentlemen Mr.Clyde declines my unpaid services and insist on properly wrangling the unruly cart with a smile. I'm not familiarized to how service representatives get promotions but Mr.Clyde in my opinion is an asset and should be considered possibly for a promotion or oversee other members customer etiquette and evaluate their levels of attention to detail. Sadly I'll be leaving Texas in a couple days and will truly miss a great establishment that is HEB. I hope that HEB prospers and have a long future in Texas. read more

I MISS YOU HEB. Come to Dallas, please for the love of everything good. When this location was built it was the largest in the "northern" area. I'm not sure if that claim still lives but it's still a massive store. Its actually a "plus" store so they have more of the stuff you could find at wal mart. I ran in for some last minute items and the feelings of want hit me hard. We just don't have grocery stores like heb in my neck of the woods. Having grown up on HEB and then being pulled away when I had to become a "grown up" was hard. Cold turkey! Low prices, great store brands, friendly employees, and just in general, a really good stinking company. Yay for HEB. I get my fix when I can. read more

Another store I wish we had in Las Vegas! Lots to choose from. It kind of reminds me of a Walmart but the best part is it isn't a Walmart. This store is the Plus, so I'm assuming tis because they sell some clothing, electronics, dvds, toys, etc...literally like what a Walmart would offer. I wouldn't really know as this is the only HEB location I frequent whenever we are in town. Great prices, selections, and every cashier we've encountered has been very friendly in service. I have a mixed review here because, like one other Yelper said, there just isn't much that's fantastic in here that another store doesn't carry. PRODUCE DEPARTMENT-5 stars. Everything you could imagine in one place; all stocked and in great shape. All kinds of herbs and salad mixes. I even saw some "soup kits". Definitely the best produce in town I would say; not the best prices but the best selection. GROCERY-4 Stars. Nothing here you won't find at most places other than a few more gluten free and international foods. There seems to be a good majority of store brands, which I didn't care for. DELI-5 stars & 2 stars. The ladies and gentlemen that do the prep are excellent. The food you can get from their "catering" is wonderful and a good price (about half of what Spec's charges). However, the second rating is for the pre-made salads and lunch stuff. I bought a $6 cobb salad that had wonderfully fresh greens, kalamata olives, blue cheese, and crispy bacon. When I got home and dug down into the greens, under the nice spring salad mix was nothing but iceberg lettuce. Literally, 2-3 inches of it well-hidden under the spring mix. I really felt that this was deceptive. If you're going to make a salad with different greens, just mix it up and let the consumer decide if they want it. Now I don't trust you. CLEANERS & HOUSEWARES-1 star. There is FAR less in this store of the things you would find at say a Walmart. Very few cleaners, hardly any choices in housewares. I was very unimpressed. I needed forks for a graduation reception and I had a choice of clear, white, and red in this department. Thankfully, I found the silver ones in the holiday aisle; which tells me they don't normally carry them. The employees are friendly and depending on what you need, this may be the place to be. This is my place to go grocery shopping. I find almost everything that I'm looking for, they're open until late hours, which I love and I really like their clean store. Some of the HEB brands of food are just as good or even better than these other name brand items. Love the meat selection, and the bakery section.
