Best and most affordable grocery store for gluten free options! Aldi carrie's the best GF bread that is the same size of normal gluten containing bread. Their cauliflower pizza, General Tso's chicken, and pasta are staples in our grocery hauls but this trip I found so many festive holiday options too like stuffing and friend onions for green bean casserole and SO many sweet treats. On top of the awesome prices and section of allergy friendly foods the staff is always amazing too!

March 2024, I love Aldi, I shop here once a week. Great price and sometimes they have cool and new items. Produce area is not that fresh, and cheese wall is normally out of stock in this location. Staff are ok but could be friendlier. I like the Stan Schlueter location a lot better but it's too far from me so I have to settle with this location.

These are soo good and are uncured!!

This is one of my favorite Grocery Stores! They are simple and functional. You bring your bags and you bag your own grocery. You put a quarter in the cart and once you return it you get your quarter back. How easy is that? Their set up its similar to a wherehouse setup, to minimize costs and provide you with competitive pricing. My favorite item to get from Aldi is their cheeses and meats. They offer a great selection that is comparable if not better priced than the other grocers. Their snacks are worth checking out. Also their brand Specially Selected has good sauces, pastas and and the peanut butter is the best one I have had! I stay away from the Produce, its a hit or miss. However this location seems run down at times and they only have one cashier open most times I've been here. This doesn't seem to work when it's payday and you are located next to a big base. I still will be buying my groceries here because I get value items for my money. Tuesdays seem to be the day that its rarely busy unless it's pay day.

I live in Aldis! When you have to shop on a budget it is definitely the place to go. I wish there were more cashiers because the lines can get real long. The cashiers are always friendly. The only thing that is missing is the "Hi, Welcome to Aldis!" Can't really get that with the way the store is usually set up. Other than that, I love the flow of the store.

Wine section! Winking owl moscato and white zin is a steal

Love this place! Healthy and cool food options. Less expensive. Good food! Bring your own bags and a quarter.

Love that it's so affordable to get groceries when on a tight budget. It's by far my favorite grocery store in town and highly recommend it.

Bouldin Food Forest - Farmer's Market @ Mueller

Bouldin Food Forest

They farm with a conscious focus on the health of the soil and in prudent use of natural resources in their biome. The result is an attractive and nutritious bounty of produce. While their primary focus is on green, leafy items, depending on the season, they will surprise you with interesting and delicious fare such as purple carrots. I would encourage you to visit their Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/bouldinfoodforest/) to see a colorful smorgasbord of their many offerings throughout the year What I like the best about Bouldin is the fresh-from-the-field nature of their produce. For quite a while, I'd been stuck on Organic Girl products from various healthy grocers because I found them to be, well, clean. During COVID-19, i ran into several challenges with my approach because the curbside shoppers aren't always conscious that you can't eat a whole bin of spinach with one day of shelf-life remaining. Furthermore, hydroponics doesn't always offer the best in flavor, and the cross country trip mass-market produce makes takes a toll on quality and perishability. You can taste the difference in crisp and flavor. Plus, I've often gotten 2-3 weeks from some of their greens. The great news is you don't have to drive to Rogers to take advantage of their wholesome goodness. They are a regular featured supplier to both Austin Wheatsville stores and a permanent fixture at the Texas Farmer's Market at Mueller on Sundays. I will warn that they bring a lot, but they also sell-through fast, so best get there early when they open if you don't want to miss out. And, if you go to the farmer's market, say hi to Ben, the owner. Yes, he runs his own stand. He's that involved and he cares that much.

All you have to do is submit & pay your order online at least 1 day ahead, then select your pickup time (8AM - 3PM (Mon-Sat)). When it's time to go get your groceries, you drive up to the warehouse, give them your order number, then pop open the trunk. They will wheel your groceries out and put them directly into the car trunk for you. We have ordered from Hardie's a couple times so far, and the produce has consistently been good quality (a few bruised items here and there, but nothing major). Since we are only ordering for 2 people, some of the bulk perishable items are not really an option for us. But this would be an even better deal for families or homes with multiple roommates! Driving Tip: Hardie's provides some directions and instructs customers to look for the orange cones. In addition to that, we've noticed you can enter the business park from Burnet or Metric. Both sides work, but Hardie's is a little easier to find if you enter from Metric.
