So excited to have found this gem and not too far from me! They have any and everything you could want or need. The isles are spread out so you are not running into people like other grocery stores. If you want to be crammed into a small grocery store with the rudest personal shoppers, then this is your place. I despise coming here. There are way too many people that frequent this store. The apartments that are being building right beside this HEB is going to be the demise of many loyal shoppers, including my family. The personal shoppers are EXTREMELY RUDE! The employees stocking are almost as rude. The store should be closed when the online order fillers are working and the shelves are being stocked. I ran into a vendor that came to this store and he said he would never come back. That should tell you something. I really rate it a negative 5 stars but that's not an option. read more

I tried to get a flu shot, was told they recently had changed to an appointment system. Absolutely no other customer was present, so I asked if I could be worked in. They wouldn't and wouldn't even make an appointment, even though they said they had openings! So I called the posted phone number to make an appointment. I was at the pharmacy over 5 minutes (on hold on the phone), in plain view of the pharmacy workers, and only 1 customer was served! They certainly were not too busy to have worked me in. I remained on hold for over 10 minutes, gave up. read more

Compared to Central Market on Hulen, HEB Hudson Oaks has so much more to offer. 2 weeks ago, we went for the first time since it opened. I also was at the grand opening of CM on Hulen. HEB has a great seafood section, looking and smelling fresh, we couldnt believe the quality. Sushi and other specialty items in the meat section were fresh and tasty as we spent about $200 this visit getting those things we have come to relish. We will be going each month and cant wait to get some of the mussels and calamari! read more

Drove all the way out there today. Was very excited cuz I LOVE all the HEBs Ive been to in other towns. Had a HUGE list as we try to go out as seldom as possible due to covid. Was SO disappointed to see a full 1/3 of the people walking out had no masks on. I turned around and drove back to FW, and my normal store. read more

I don't think I have ever been so excited over a grocery store. I actually really liked this place! They have so many things that other grocery stores don't, like a huge section of prepared meals and food ready to go and just bake in the oven, but fresh and not frozen items. Lots of healthy options as well. What really made me happy was the free samples of alcohol but they announced over the speaker "free open bar" LOL! Good marketing. I prefer coming here over other stores. read more

So we went to go get some dinner the other night at about 10pm close to closing. Decided to get some sushi for dinner from the department made our selections and proceeded to check out. Now when we got home we decided to enjoy our sushi mind you it was still cold. The next day we all started to feel sick and the only thing that we all three (Myself, My wife and sister in law) had in common to eat was the sushi from here. Now to sound gross but when three adults all have Green Stool from food poisoning all having had sushi from here you would think that they would tend to listen and accept their fault. Now it does say the sushi was made that day however ive taken a few classes enough to know that this was either undercooked sushi or the prep table was not sanitized enough. Either way we called to complain about our symptoms with absolutely no remorse from the manager on duty. sorry its close to closing and you dont wanna take the time to do your job. I'll be taking my business elsewhere for the forseeable future if i'm going to be at risk of dying from your crummy service read more

Since my family and I moved to Texas, I have been coming to this store once a week because we don't live that close to HEB. Yesterday, I brought my son with me to do my grocery shopping. and we got to the checkout line. I went to pay but noticed I forgot my wallet. The groceries were pretty much all packed up and my baby just sitting there, when I told the cashier Michelle that I just realized I forgot my wallet. I was nearly in tears with embarrassment and my son was staring at me, my heart was sickening. MICHELLE said hold let me talk to my manager, I called my husband and explained to him what happened and already there was a line of people behind me. The manager came over real quickly and said, I can get the card number over the phone, so since I already had my husband on the phone, she was able to talk to him and I got out of line and stood next to my little boy. The manager ( I am so sorry I forget her name) she has reddish hair. And the courtesy clerk all look at me and said all done and girl who bagged my groceries, finished putting my bags in my cart and they said to have a great day. I love coming to this store, not just because of the prices and the coupons but because of the people working there. I've never experienced such amazing customer service and I experienced first hand yesterday that they will go beyond their duties and to help their customers. I absolutely love this store and I will definitely will keep doing my once a week shopping. read more

Yes it's a wonderfully stocked store with an amazing selection of yummy eats, but the staff and management leave so much to be desired. Beautifully new and clean; but the parking is horrible. The checkout lines are long and slow. The self check machines are even slower and constantly throw weight issues requiring help from staff that treats you like you're stupid and don't understand how to operate the scanner. So while I genuinely love H-E-B, I dread shopping at this store. I can't bring myself to risk my life in the horrible parking lot to enter into a store with barely enough room for two people with carts to pass in the aisles. I feel like I'm constantly trying not to get run over. It's not just customers but staff pushing curbside service carts too. I've been in at least a dozen times since you opened but at this point I'll go out of my way to go to the Granbury store, thanks. read more

As Yogi Berra said, "No one goes there anymore, because it's way too crowded", which is the main reason I don't go to HEB very often. I mainly go there when I am in the mood for one of their prepared meals, which are very good. Things I do not like about this HEB and HEB in general. They often do not have prices published in the produce section or are mis-labeled. You have to compete with their on-line shoppers, especially in produce. The store brand packaging is terrible. Why no resealable frozen fruit bags? And finally, check-out. They need more self check-out. They limit it to 15 items or less for complete self check-out and only have two for full carts, but they want to bag if for you. The baggers do not know how to bag, throwing everything together or bagging one item per bag. Very annoying. They are expanding this HEB, hopefully for better check out and space to shop, not to add non-grocery items like the one in Granbury. Those are the worst HEB's. read more

I like HEB because I can get stuff there that the other grocery stores don't carry - really good cheese, some seafood options, lots of produce options - but you pay for that at the checkout. They're a little more expensive than the other grocery stores in the area. read more

HEB is AMAZING, and the lines move fast. It's worth the trip to save money, and get new scenery as far as stores go. We use to drive to Granbury to shop at that HEB every two weeks. With this one being much closer we can save even more. I love the variety that HEB has to offer. They carry brands No one else has. Plus their brand products are better than most name brands. This stores staff is very helpful, and friendly as well. read more

Not my favorite H.E.B. Granbury's is so much better. This is small, and doesn't have the variety other stores offer. It's crowded, and not laid out well. I swore off Walmart hoping this would be as amazing as other stores I've visited and now this is the store I avoid at all costs. They just don't have what I need. And I don't want to fight the crowds to get it even if they did. read more

I know that these are troubling times, but I felt this deserved a review. I placed an order last week for toilet paper, and used their drive up service. Now I knew there was a chance it wouldn't be in stock, but placed the order anyways, since it atleast sounded promising. I get an email this morning, saying that the order was being prepped and would be ready by 12:30, with instructions of what to do when I arrived. I drive 30 minutes to the store (since I live in fort worth), only for them to walk out and say they didn't have any toilet paper. Now what irritated me the most out of this whole ordeal, was the fact that it said it was being prepped for pickup and no one bothered to call me, or email me, prior to my pickup time. I did explain my concerns to the store manager, who said she would address the issue, and offered a gift card for my troubles, which I turned down and gave one extra star for. But, with that being said, if you're shopping for rare items, you might either call the store or find somewhere else... especially if the store isn't local!!! read more

First time ever to an H-E-B and it is amazing! I shop often at Central Market and it is my favorite store ever, but this H-E-B is just as great or even better in some ways (mostly because it is closer to where we are moving than Central Market is). Excellent selections. Fresh food. Great displays and such great customer service!! I can't wait to move to Weatherford so I can do all my shopping here :) Great gas prices as well! The food prices are very good and store brand is always excellent and the items I buy don't have any junk in them (sausage, bacon, etc). I'm so happy! read more
