They even have one that is super spicy. It's basically one price for hot, and you can choose as much meat, pork beef. What have you or you can go back and get a lot of the vegetables, they have noodles they have so many different traditional hot pot additives they even have spices so you can change the broth the way you want it and they have sauces that you can dip your meat in after you've cooked them in the pot, and many different varieties of those. The only downside is it appears to get a tad warm but definitely nothing in comparison to the heat outside the few times I've visited, but other than that, it's nice to walk around, get your steps in, shop around etc. A lot of people tend to go here to do a few laps whether it's walking or power walking, and I've also walked around with my stroller. The hallway to the restrooms looks like something from a horror movie, but other than at least the restrooms are functional.Oh and their elevator hasn't been working for a while now. Sadly, the museum is no longer in Ridgmar, there's a sign posted at their former location. I can tell this was once a thriving mall. I wish that it still was. The food court has 2 restaurants open. I saw 3 or 4 salons and at least 3 clothing boutiques open for business. And thankfully LensCrafters and JCPenney are in here still going strong. If you're looking into driving big rigs they have a school in here. Online shopping- BOO to you! While I was there I saw approximately 14 other people not counting employees. There was also a person handing out free taster frozen whiskey shooters. Pretty kid friendly. I brought my 2 and 4 year old to meet up with another family from out of town with young kids. A little loud during the World Cup, but seating was plentiful on a Thursday night and they had a few kid friendly food options (grilled cheese, pizza, quesadillas, chicken nuggets and fries). Parking was easy as there's a covered parking garage attached to the hotel and I think I only paid $1 for 2 hours of parking. There's also a small water splash pad outside for kids to run through and cool down on a hot summer day. Cool spot.

But with record-breaking heat outside, I was surprised to learn that refilling a cup with water was apparently not allowed unless you paid for it. While I was simply trying to get some water, security started yelling, "You can't do that! You can't do that!" At first, I honestly didn't even realize he was talking to me -- because in my mind, I was just doing the most basic human survival activity: getting water. Then came the plot twist: "YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR WATER HERE!" And just like that, the World Cup became the Water Cup -- available for purchase only. All jokes aside, it was disappointing. Water, especially on a hot day and in a public-facing establishment, feels like something that should be offered with a little more kindness and humanity. If you're visiting from another country and had a similar experience, I'm truly sorry. Please know this isn't everyone here. And no matter how politely you ask to get by, they act rude and put out. The store is always hectic and chaotic. Every day is like the day before a big holiday. The employees are not friendly or helpful. The prices are not better than other stores, nor is anything of better quality. The parking lot is worse than trying to navigate DFW airport.
