I happened to be in the Granbury store on Wednesday, July 24,2019 late afternoon and was at the back of the store where they have that kitchen someone is always cooking in. I had the misfortune to hear the woman who was in there, Barbara was her name, go off on her young co-worker for what appeared to be a trash accident. Barbara did all of this over the microphone they use in that kitchen. It was absolutely uncalled for the way she berated that young girl!! Everyone heard the whole mess. Pool little thing was obviously embarrassed when she walked away. If a store lets their employees treat each other like that I do not have a desire to shop there. I will not be back and will definitely be telling my friends and neighbors about the incident. read more

A stellar grocery, sanctuary from gun lunacy. Yes, don't go to Kroger across Highway 377, if you want to avoid the ammosexual crowd. I learned yesterday that the guy making fresh tortillas gives free samples upon request. Better yet, the sushi is to die for. Not in a fugu sense, it is REALLY good. As I always tell the crew there, despite flying to Japan weekly, this store is where I get 90% of my sushi. It rivals anything I can find, in Asia. The gal who makes the guacamole is similarly talented. In fact, we're having a party tonight with fresh homemade HEB "guac" as a starter. The floral department never misses, and there is frequently a manager floating behind the cashiers' stations to make sure you find the shortest possible line. read more

I never leave negative reviews, but I have never been treated so badly in a store as I did tonight. It's 8:30 pm. Only 1 checker for regular carts with a HUGE line of people with large amounts of groceries. I go to the self check out with 5 open registers. I'm checking out my small cart of groceries when the person working tells me I have to stop, put my groceries back in the basket, and go get in the line at the other end of the store. I would have been done in 5 minutes, but she refused to let me. I asked, "Are you serious? That line down there wraps halfway through the front of the store." She quoted rules and told me to "respect the rules." Where's the respect for the customer? I'm having to check out my own groceries due to nobody working. How about HEB respect my time and effort? The poor person at the other end of the store was overloaded, with no help. When no one was using the self-checkout, why couldn't that be a solution to the problem? HEB should be the one bending to help customers, not attacking them. I have been a fan of this store since it opened. My son worked there for 4 years. But, I can't say that I will ever return after this episode. I would gladly not use the self-checkout if HEB had people working. So, I got to leave my groceries at the checkout and go to Kroger. read more

The store manager Pat at this location is an asshole!!!!!!! Had an issue with him yesterday was told that the area manager would call me within 24 hours nobody's called me to discuss the situation I have called several times today still no answer!!! Yesterday's shopping trip seemed pretty equal in $ to price leader Walmart but excelled in selection and variety and overall experience.

I got into town late from work and Hannah S was my clerk at 11:50 this Sunday night. She did a wonderful job, she rang my lunchables and beer up properly, the total was great (lunchables are on sale for a dollar.) the only problem I had with her service was her fascination with nickelback. It's like she couldn't stop talking about how much she loves that terrible band. She tried to get me to listen to one of their new songs and I wouldn't. Her work is miraculous, taste in music begs to differ. The store is wonderful, the service is great, the taste in music amongst staff definitely needs some work. I hope this helps! read more

Almost a twin to the new store in Burleson. Large bulk section something like Central Market has. All kinds of deals and samples. Bakery and deli and fantastic produce section. I will go ut of my way to shop here. Just hoping they build one like this in Weatherford. I have been hearing that rumor. read more

The best grocery store in town. The only thing that could be improved is to put in a good salad bar. Instead there are a couple of cases of ready-to-eat meals that you take home to cook. They aren't to my taste (too spicy) but others might like them. read more

I just moved to the area and was so happy they had an HEB. I shop there once or twice a week and spend more money than I should. I go there because most of the staff is nice and very efficient. Well, today I go in for my prescription. It's at a different pharmacy but thought it wouldn't be an issue. The prescription was for needles for my medication, not the medication itself. (You actually don't need a prescription for the needles but I have one anyway). Well the lady got the needles and met me at the counter, behind her pops Clarence (the manager) they noticed ive never been to that location before. I tried to show him the prescription on my phone and he told me to get outta there, I ask his name and he pulled his name badge out and said "Clarence, im the manager now get the f outta here" I stood there baffled, I had no words besides "douchebag". I talked to Pat the manager and had no results, Clarence then sees me talking to them and heads over laughing as I pass by. I will never shop there again. All I have left to do is get Walmart to send him my prescription and make him hand it to me. That's a win. Other than that, they lost a customer which is unfortunate. Bad management, bad execution and bad attitude. Tell Clarence to do some push-ups and eat a sandwich too. read more

They have lots of things that the other stores don't have, and it's a nice shopping experience. I don't feel like I'm going to get shanked here, unlike Walmart. Their prepared foods are very nice for this bachelor, who doesn't always have time to prepare foods for parties and get togethers. Quality establishment! read more

People here were friendly and helpful. Went out of their way to give kids stickers. Store was clean. Check out fairly quick.

H-E-B does everything right. I wish Walmart would adopt their "more than one lane open at a time" policy. Always have friendly people here!

This is not a place to go if you want good donuts and fresh strawberries and produce. I went in one day to find some strawberries to make chocolate covered strawberries and I couldn't find one without mold or just rotted berries. Then a few days after that we went to go get some donuts the two outside the box that I could get individual donuts they were covered in mold. Then inside the box that clearly stated they were made and packaged that morning had mold all over the back of them! Thank GOD we have a walmart and krogers! read more

Love love love! The first Saturday of the month is the best time to go when they have vendors from the community come in to share what's hey offer. They also have kitchens with foods and wines and recipes and yummy stuff to try. Great place to go for dinner ideas. Great floral dept and as close to a Whole Foods as you will find in Granbury. Can't resist the fresh flour tortillas! They also have the most baby food selection to choose from. read more

HEB is the only store I like to shop. They have an amazing selection of various products, samples and the like. I was glad to see HEB come to town but I will even be happier to see the new Kroger come to Town. I went shopping last week and when I got home there were a few things missing and I called immediately and they said yes they were left out of the cart. This is the third time this has happened in just a few months. They told me to come in and go to service next time I am in and they would give me the items or money back. I reviewed the receipt with them gave them the register attendant name because it is on the receipt. So yesterday I go in buy a few groceries and go to service and you would have thought I was trying to steal from them. I gave them the information again and they said they had no record. The I do not care attitude will change when Kroger is standing across the street!!! read more

Wonderful friendly employees, very very organized and clean, inside and out. The employees are just as helpful 7 months later! The coupons are GREAT coupons. Plenty in stock for all customers. The staff go out of their way to find anything for you. They PREFER to always take your buggy out and load the groceries in the back of your car. They are the only store in town to offer a large number of the smaller buggy's. Which is perfect for people like me in a wheelchair or anyone doing lighter shopping and don't need the full size buggy. read more

I love this store. I can purchase the french milled natural soap we use. It's in the isle with the natural soap products. I could only find it on-line or in specialty shops and the price is lower at HEB! This makes me very happy (and my skin). read more

I used to shop at Kroger before it became a super store and relocated. But since it has become a super store, the prices are too high for me. I have only gone to Kroger's 3 times since they re-opened and always go to HEB now. I don't use their pharmacy though as I go to Wal-Mart for their $4 RXs. I do buy gas there and they have special offers on gas at times, Plus they have lower prices than the 2 gas stations across the street and even on 377. I trust that their produce, meat and packaged food is at a reasonable price and sometimes comparable to Wal-Mart. I recently started buying their natural brand of dog food as it all natural and my dogs love it. The meaty bones made by HEB specials buy one for $3.18 ? and get one free can't be beat. I used to make my own bones for my 4 extra large over 120 lb. dogs and I can't beat the price making them compared to the price of their dog bones. If I think that their price is too high, which is always lower than Kroger's, I will buy those particular items at Wal-Mart. But my food and gas, dog food and bones are always bought at HEB. Even their florist section is really nice. Their stationery department is comparable to Wal-Mart's prices too and their dairy products, I almost forgot. I love HEB! Oh, and the cashiers are always friendly, happy and fast, faster than I can get my money out to them. Great store and prices. read more

Ordered a birthday cake on Thursday 7-2-15 went to pick it up on Friday 7-3-15 wasn't ready they had no record of my order, so ordered it again was suppose to pick it up at 3:00pm same day went to pick up at 3;30 no cake no record of order. SOO went across street to new Kroger ordered it and picked it up in 30 min. VERY POOR SERVICE for HEB, GREAT service for KROGER read more
