The market is exceptionally clean, well organized, and beautifully maintained. Everything was neatly displayed, making it easy to browse without feeling rushed. Working behind the counter was Ms. Jenna. She greeted us with a warm smile and a friendly, welcoming attitude that made us feel right at home. She kindly let us know that if we needed anything, all we had to do was ask. We took our time wandering through the store, looking at all the unique items they had to offer. I couldn't leave empty-handed, so I picked up two bags of their chipotle-flavored pecans as souvenirs for my brothers. Whether they'll share them with anyone else is another story entirely. Good lord - I went in at 3:15 and…read moreordered 4 new tires, plus I wanted one of the old tires to be mounted on the spare tire rim. While I was waiting (and waiting, and waiting..) I met a guy who went to bought a battery at Walmart. He got his car in at 4:15pm. He FINALLY got his car back at 5:55pm -for a BATTERY change. So yah, I FINALLY got my car back at 6:02pm - 2 hours, 47 minutes for 4 tires. The only saving grace was the 2 gentlemen, both associates, who worked the auto center desk. They were conversational and they "felt our pain" as the time ticked by. The Auto Manager, a lady, was there as well but never asked us about our time, our service or for feedback. She probably spent half her time in the office - even if she was working, it was disappointing she didn't ask those of us who'd been there a while how we were doing. The final note of "fun" was the fact when I checked the spare tire, they had just plopped the tire in the back and didn't change it. When i called to ask, I was THEN told - not as I was checking out, but 20 minutes later - the rim for the spare was not the same size as the tire. So - they couldn't tell me that when I checked out, or even better, tell me that when they were spending 2 hours, 45 minutes to put my 4 tires on the car??

I…read moretypically wouldn't give this place a bad review because their beef and other choices are great. I'm giving them a bad review for after hours deer processing. I dropped off a neatly quartered deer a few years ago and gave them a cut sheet, nearly a straight cut and super simple. None of the silver skin was trimmed, they completely did their own thing against my cut sheet, and I didn't receive hardly anything I actually asked for besides the ground burger. At that, the burger was full of silver skin and wouldn't pack. I was also charged $2.50/lb which is about 100% more than any local processor... total cost was $280... pretty expensive dog food. I was expecting top line cuts which I was excited about. Extreme let down. Do not make the same mistake I did! Take your deer to a local processor or do it yourself if you can. Not a knock against their normal product, just a warning if you ever considered dropping your deer off for "premium" processing.
