The location is non-descriptive, right next to a gas station in a small store front. Don't let it fool you. Mike, the meat man, was very friendly, the customer service is friendly and down home. I dropped off a neatly quartered deer a few years ago and gave them a cut sheet, nearly a straight cut and super simple. None of the silver skin was trimmed, they completely did their own thing against my cut sheet, and I didn't receive hardly anything I actually asked for besides the ground burger. At that, the burger was full of silver skin and wouldn't pack. I was also charged $2.50/lb which is about 100% more than any local processor... total cost was $280... pretty expensive dog food. I was expecting top line cuts which I was excited about. Extreme let down. Do not make the same mistake I did! Take your deer to a local processor or do it yourself if you can. Not a knock against their normal product, just a warning if you ever considered dropping your deer off for "premium" processing.
