Bring your own baggies if you want the meat put in baggies, otherwise, you may get plastic grocery store bags or something. Yes, most of the workers there are Hispanic but if you check, there is always someone on hand that can speak English. Be polite and if you know any Spanish at all, give it a go and my experience has been that they'll meet you more than half way. Most of the guys working the lines know SOME English. Don't let that scare you away. They also sell primal cuts of beef, pork, chicken, lamb and goat. Again, this is NOT a grocery store, it's a slaughter house or in the old days, an "Abattoir."
