The billing on the other hand has been problematic. We were invoiced for an amount not discussed for a solution that did not solve the issue. After some emails, that amount was supposed to be credited to the bill where the problem was actually fixed. However the credit was short $30 when we finally received and reviewed the final bill. We were also told as a reason for delay that the receipt was at one point sent to the wrong email, which is a privacy concern for us.
