For instance, we received a bill after two cleanings for a full drainage (even though it was brand new and just filled), they said it was a mistake and cancelled the bill. But then, guest kept complaining, waterline marks, spa not serviced or cleaned, etc. After the 5th guest complaint we cancelled our contract. Note that they send a photo every time they service, which is great, but once when we had a complaint the same day as they serviced, I checked and saw that the photo sent was not my hot tub... And more than once the technician turned off the water which connects to our separate house (a knob next to the water to the tub), which had guests complain of no water and we had to send a plumber and realized the water connection had been closed. The amount of issues in 2 months was so high that we decided to no longer work with them. Every time we called they were polite, apologized, and said they'd send someone over. But after seven issues we just decided we had to change company. A shame as we really wanted it to work out, their rates were reasonable, the lady at reception nice. But in the end, we paid to have a clean hot tub for our guests and only had issues.

Clear vision comes out when scheduled and seemed knowledgeable. My big gripe is the weekly service report. The repot itself is very nice & professional looking. It includes current picture of the pool / spa from after it being serviced, along with a section that lists the water Ph, Chlorine PPM, date & time. It has a check box section for what the tech did that day, Chemistry Checked, Brushed tile/walls/benches/bajas Vacuumed Skimmed Emptied baskets Gate closed The problems I have with this is the boxes are always checked. I have a report that shows all boxes checked and the picture of the pool from the day of service shows the pool has a layer of unbroken ICE on the top. How could you brush, skim, vacuum a pool that is frozen? I m not sure either. We will probably try another company out, I have trust issues when I find things were not done that they told me they did. I also notice that the sometimes they dont check the "emptied baskets" I might not be a pool service tech, but shouldn't the baskets (plural) be emptied every week? Edit. I did go back and look at every service report since December and they have gotten slightly better at not just checking all the boxes, still every other visit on emptying the baskets.

Great management and great crew…read more Had a pool pump stop working, and my normal pool guy immediately blamed a failed motor in the pump, despite it only being 2 years old and gave me a large quote to replace. I called Pelican for a second opinion and rather than just push new hardware, they did their due diligence to pinpoint the problem.They figured out that not enough power was being supplied to the pool panel and it ended being a bad breaker that was supplying too little voltage for the pump to operate. After a few years, the pebble colors tend to fade out due to hard water deposits. After the Acid Wash I could see the pebbles looking colorful and shiny again. Aqua Harmony was great from the initial call to schedule, and workmen were right on time (for draining yesterday) and the acid cleaning today. The technician that did the cleaning today was Zack. He is a very polite individual and consciences about his work. He made sure I was happy with everything before he packed up his equipment. Then I called Joe in the office to inquire about how I am supposed to pay. Joe was very helpful during the initial call to get the work scheduled. And he was very helpful today, and asked me more than a couple of times if I was happy with all of the work. They truly want to do a good job and want to make sure the customers are happy. The next time I need to acid wash, or need any equipment repairs, I won't hesitate to call them for help. I am very happy with their work and with the quality of their employees.
