I stopped by this H&M tonight to see what the remodel did to the store. Basically it's just more open than before and better lighting. So there wasn't a big upgrade to the store, if there was then it was likely in places most customers won't notice. I notice that certain items are higher in cost but its not a surprise because labor cost went up and everything else. The staff are still wonderful here and willing to help out if you have any questions. The men's are still on the left side, women are in the middle of the store and the kids are toward the right side. read more

I came in here looking for some business casual clothes for work, but everything I liked was a M or bigger. They have a really small selection of smaller sizes on the floor. I was able to find a few things but still a bit disappointed. The womens is all in the front and a section to the right, however there was a very small selection of accessories. The only areas I found shoes were between the clothes. Dressing room was clean but no one to help, so I just found an empty room and helped myself. This is my go to H&M location! The store is always stocked and they always have an amazing selection. The staff is very friendly and will help you with anything you need. This time around I came with my husband to get some different jeans for work and they had plenty of sizes. Their fitting rooms are always clean and efficient as well. They have a great selection of kids stuff too. They have the cutest bathing suits right now for summer. I get dresses for myself here as well, but always make sure to size up because they sometimes run a little small. They have cute accessories too! I always leave with at least a belt, hat, or earrings. If you sign up for their rewards program, you get 10% off your first purchase. read more

Prices are great, and the girl at the register was nice. The manager Heather was so incredibly rude. Dressing rooms were closed due to being understaffed, which is fine. I only had 1 item so I offered to put it back myself if I could try it on, in case that was the issue. She then said "I just said we're understaffed. I mean look at the place. You're clearly not comprehending I cannot help you. Review our return policy". I would've been happy with a "I'm so sorry, however we need someone supervising and I can't accommodate that right now". Went in on a Saturday afternoon to purchase some nice shirts for an event dinner that same night. Everything was great. Later that night after I get out the shower and try to wear one of the shirts I realized the security tagged were not removed for either of the shirts. I understand it happens. I was not able to use either of the shirts and luckily I had a button up for the event. The following day Sunday I go back and unfortunately it was Easter and the mall was closed. I was frustrated because now I would need to drive once more and still upset that the reason why I went to the store in the first place, to purchase shirts for the event, did not happen because an associate forgot to remove the security tags. I go the next day Monday, attempt 2 and saw a manager from Saturday. I approached her and not once did she apologize and said " ok so what do you want me to do ? Refund ? " I told her I'd keep them, I was looking to have the security tags removed but to please make sure associates remove the tags to avoid a situation like mine. I asked to be compensated for my time and gas and she said " well I can give a coupon... that's all I can do " Very arrogant, appeared like she didn't care, just cold. She removes the security tags and hands me over two 15 coupons. When I get home I realize the coupons expired on 2/28/21 and we are currently in April 2021. Just a terrible experience. Quick review; I like the styles at H&M. Quality is above average. I always find things to buy when I step in...So I'm a fan of the style of clothing for sure. This store is good sized, but seemed like mostly catered to women. Like more then 1/2 the store is for women, the other half is divided up for men and kids. At least that's how it seemed to me. To find your size, you gotta really go through the racks. It would be easier if the hangers had sizing tags on them. That way you don't have to unfold perfectly folded stuff. Or take items off the hangers in order to look at sizing. This would help save a lot of time, not only for the consumer, but the workers. Since every time you dig, you mess it up and never fold or hang it exactly the way it was. I found it a pain. And if they at least ordered the items from xs to xl that would maybe help, but it's not. Things on racks are so tightly packed that I had to literally take 5 things off, put on table, then be able to work the rack. Dressing rooms where tiny but work. You can even try out the t shirts. Careful the item you purchase because sometimes people take stuff to try, stretch collars, or worse. So be picky in buying my advise. Other then that, I like this particular store and will be back soon for summer apparel. read more

It seems like most retail stores today do not hire qualified workers and that goes for their store managers. There is NEVER a proper size run on any of their merchandise. They will either have all smalls or all XL or XXL on almost everything in the store. You will NEVER see S M L XL XXL it is so frustrating trying to find any item in your size. I 100% blame this on the store manger. It is their duty to train the staff in doing that. Also the staff here is completely clueless when you ask if they know where an item is, they claim that they don't!! That tells me me that none of them are properly trained. You need to have them all walk the store every time you have new merchandise and familiarize themselves with all the product and their placement. read more

I am a fan of H&M but this location doesn't seem to be updated with the latest trend. The layout of this location is very busy. They have overstock on outfits that are less popular. The cash registers and dressing rooms are always packed. You can't beat the prices here though. Just be careful and really look at the seams to make sure there aren't any holes or defectives. I have had some shirts shrink on me so be careful with the sizes. I always like to go up just in case because in my household, my clothes always ends up in the dryer no matter how many times I tell DH not to put certain clothes in the dryer it will always end up in there eventually. Our styles here in the US are very different to the H&M in Europe. It's very nice and clean in the UK. Very posh and nicely organized. read more

I was just here at this store. My husband got a sweater with the Tag $15.99 and turn out the manger took off the tag and called on someone else to finish charging him. Turns out "it didn't have a tag on" when my husband clearly saw him take it off. Mind you my husband speaks no English and didn't think he was being charged full price for it. Had to go back for the manager to say the sweater never had a tag on when we clearly saw it. But whatever hope he feels good about himself what a rip off like they own the clothes smh. I've been waiting for this store to open! Was it worth the wait? Maybe. They definitely have super cute, trendy clothes, but their sizes run a bit small so make sure to try things on. The pricing can't be beat for the styles they offer. The sales associates don't hound you or pressure you like some other stores. The entire store has a cool feel. Everytime I visit the mall I have to stop in at least once. But for the 30+ times that I've been here I think I've only made about 3 purchases. Anytime I find something cute misplaced and want to know where the rest of them are, there are NO EMPLOYEES TO BE FOUND. Anywhere. I even walk around looking for them.. nope, no one to help me spend my money. I guess mine is not as good? When I do find something cute, it's rare that they'll have it in my size. Listen I'm not a small girl, but I'm also not that big. I'm getting really sick of not being able to find jeans or skirts that will fit me and my body ANYWHERE. Horribly unorganized clutter everywhere but through all that I found a few steals like 7 dollar jeans and a few years mispriced items that say 15 dollars when their regular price was double. Maybe someone forgot to take off the sale tag but that's not my issue to worry about now, is it? :-) Thanks to American customer service they'll price match. Gotta love it! You're even lucky if you find an employee to help you, because they all seem to be hiding out somewhere together. And considering the store is huge they probably all are hiding in some remote corner. Fellas this is a great place to pick up some great fashion styles and designs for cheap. H&M in general keeps it cheap and good looking. Don't recommend the shoes though. Looks great but don't last that long plus you got to buy your own shoe insoles. This place is so hit or miss on selection. Sometimes they have some really great finds and other times (most of the time) their selection is really lacking . I feel that they changed their main buyer a few years ago and their selection has never been the same. I found a body suit but it was relatively large, so I looked for an employee to help me (which took forever, I couldn't find any employees, other than the one at the register) I asked a worker where I could find the rack with the rest, and all she says is "go over there to the left side" so I then ask this other girl and she looks at me as if I'm crazy when I ask her about their body suits. She then asks one of her employees and she's like oh we don't have any, just the ones you find lying around. UHM OK THAT HELPS. Every time I go in to this H & M the place seems to be a mess. Too many hangers on one shelf and regular priced items put on the clearance rack all the time. And the staff is a hit or miss. The last time I went, the cashier was obviously high. He had bloodshot eyes, reeked of pot, and judging from his heavy breathing and seeing him rush in, he was also late to clock in after smoking a bowl in the parking lot. His coworkers didn't seem to mind either. and the amount of chit chat and flirting between the cashiers just kinda drives me bat shit crazy. There's a long line and you're having a conversation with the cashier next to you. As for the products, I liked that they carry a wider range of sizes (meaning the XLs) in all their styles as opposed to Forever 21. They have quality clothing for going out and professional wear. Their bargains are always worth it. I really would give this place more stars if it wasn't for their nonchalant staff. I don't need you asking me every 20 seconds if I need something, but keep your store in order and train your staff to be more professional. read more

I went here on a holiday weekend and it surprisingly wasn't as crowded as I thought it would be. The ladies section is always a mess since there are always more girls than guys and clothes are thrown everywhere. But the men's section was very open and clean and organized. Very small selection of men's clothing though. 1/4 of store was men's, the rest was all women's. I came to get some jackets for my boyfriend and I felt very claustrophobic because of how they squeezed all the men's clothes into the corner of the store so I had clothes behind, next to, and in front of me if I wanted to look at a product. Other than that, I found everything I wanted and all the sizes except for a few. For some reason the jackets weren't all together in one section, they were spread apart which was very annoying. Had to look around for more color selection. Got 3 jackets for $60, a belt for $10, and a pair of shoes for $12. Parking is at the mall and not my favorite h&m (I like the one in Hollywood) but it's closest to my home. read more

You can't look at clothes on a rack when there are way too many hangers on there. every time I touched an article others would fall because of the lack of room. 2. The lines are extremely long and they had only 3 out of 4 registers in use despite the double line of about 25 people each. definitely could use some restructuring in management and overstaffing. Customer service in this place is horrible! My wife came here to return clothes that she purchased exactly 30 days ago online. The clothes have only shipped out on December 6th, which basically means we have not even had them in our possession for 30 days. The manager refused the return because we are outside the return window. We went to another H&M and they were confused why the manager didn't process the return. First of all, the return policy has been extended past 30 days since they were purchased after Black Friday due to the holiday season. Second, we didn't have them in our possession for 30 days. 3rd, they are brand new with all the tags attached. Manager at this location was extremely rude and apparently doesn't know their own policies. The other store returned the items with no issues and 100 apologies for our inconvenience.
