First off I enjoyed shopping here! There was a huge sale going on. It was October so part of it was getting the Summer stuff out on sale and the Fall stuff was all out too. They had huge discounts going on anywhere from 50 - 60% off. Prices were great here in womens clothing. This Macy's is one of the better stocked and better organized ones I have been to. There was a wide selection of brands and items to choose from. The employees were friendly. I was greeted and asked if I needed any help. I was in here browsing around to see if there was anything I would like for me or my daughter but sadly nothing really stuck out. This place has a clean and organized store with a lot of brands and varieties to choose from. This wuold be a great place to look for a gift for someone or even for yourself. If I am ever in Delaware again I will make it a point to come back here.

Horrible website and customer service. Ordered online off bridal registry. Website said the item…read morewould be delivered on May 14 to the brides address. I called customer service and they said the item is actually going to be delivered on May 22- ( that's after the bridal shower)! And if I wanted on the 14th I had to paid $15 extra. I asked for a manager and was told none were available but when the call was over I would be transferred to a manager and could leave a message. Needless to say I was never transferred. And the guy could barely speak English!?!? Macys do better!

The children's place at Christiana mall has the worst customer service and discrimination had a…read moreterrible experience while shopping there .I asked for military discount ,which i knew they offered .The cashier told me the clothes were already on sale ,and i calmly explained that i still qualified for the military discount .She ignored me and said my total was $201.52.While another cashier was assisting me the same cashier who had refused my military discount was asked by an African American lady about the discount and gave it to her without hesitation .When i questioned her about it. she laughed sarcastically .The other cashier offered to recheck my purchase and applied the discount. The cashiers were only friendly to a some people who looked like them. This incident was reported to corporate office but nothing was done .If you are not African American be prepared for ill treatment.
