I've been in before and have loved my pedicures. I came for my birthday and the guy who did my pedicure was watching a movie or something on his phone as he was trying to do my nails. And it showed. None of my toes matched in shape and he barely got the callus or dead skin off my nails and feet. I asked him to go harder on the massage and he didn't change it at all and it was about a two minute massage per leg/foot. The two ladies that were in before me were still getting their massage done while he was doing my polish already. I didn't get the cheap pedicure but it sure felt like that's what he gave me. My manicure was also not great, had to ask another girl to take out the dirt under my nails after he was done. The shape of my nails also didn't match. Very disappointing. I got a gel pedicure and a manicure and I was out before an hour.. I'll be back but I won't have him do it. read more

My sister Karla bought me here for the first time yesterday and i absolutely love it here! Andy was super friendly, professional and welcoming ! He did my manicure and my nails are so nice. He maintained the integrity of my nails. Sabrina did my pedicure and she's absolutely amazing as well! I had an ingrown nail and had been to 3 spots before that did not remove it. The relief I felt after she removed it was unbelievable! She has amazing attention to detail, the massage was so relaxing and my toes look sooooo good and they are very soft! Used the Salon last winter was great service and fair pricing. Made an appointment yesterday for today and was confirmed. When I arrived was told it would be a few minutes, sat for 25 minutes, then was asked to go to pedicure chair and sat another 15 minutes.....So I got up and left and will NOT be back!!! The whole time there was no engagement by staff to explain the delay?? To bad as I did enjoy their service previously!! Poor customer service!! read more

First pedicure at this shop today at 9am. The woman who attended to me wasn't friendly, didn't seem to care that she was working on me at all. Half the time was watching whatever was going on in the front of the store. She completed me in record time, barely 25 minutes fastest pedicure ever. I took my 88-year-old father here last year after bringing him to Florida from a memory care facility in Texas. He had been without a mani-pedi for many months, but when we would go out and about, a mani-pedi was one of the first things he wanted! It was hard to make an appointment for him in advance not knowing how he would be feeling or acting on a given day. We walked in and I was able to get him in after a short wait. He was thrilled with the finished product. The shop was clean and the staff were all very friendly. They let him tell them whatever stories were popping into his head at that time whether they made sense or not, and never being one to pass up a chance to flirt with a nice lady, he had several of the technicians giving him attention and he ate it up. My husband and I went to H&M Nails to meet family. Hillary and David were beyond welcoming, gracious and accommodating. Hilary did my pedicure and manicure. This was by far the best pedicure and manicure I have ever gotten and I've been to many salons. I love my pedicures and she massaged my calves and toes my husband had to pull me out of the salon. She has very strong hands and got quite a few knots out. She listened and did my fingernails exactly how I asked. Hillary and David love what they do and it shows in their interaction with the customers and the work they do. A customer who's nails David was doing said "you guys are the best I tell everyone to come here". They are so well liked the pizza place next door brought them a pizza. I went to go and get a pedicure here and it was rushed. First, I had to request to have the mineral tablet placed in my water, I swear if I didn't ask, she wouldn't have did it. Then she plopped the tablet in after the water was full and then proceeded to try and start my pedicure, I had to stop her and tell her I need to soak for 10 minutes... twice. It was like she is used to pushing her customers around like she wants. The scrub was quick and the massage, guess she was peeved that I asked her to soak my feet.. which is how a pedicure is supposed to go. Hillary did amazing on my pedicure. When I tell you my feet were horrible they were bad! She took great care and made them beautiful again, also these brows! David did my manicure and did just as wonderful. The salon was very clean & they disinfected and sanitized after every client as well as adhered to social distancing policies. I've been going to Julie at H&M nails for almost a year now and have always had a good experience until the last 2 times. I always make an appointment and get there on time. Last time I waited 30 minutes after my appointment time for her to start on my nails and tonight I waited 20 minutes after my appointment time. It seems they book appointments too close together and they start to overlap into each other. Neither time did they call to let me know they were running late. It's one thing to be running late and communicate that but to have it happen multiple times with no heads up, while I'm sitting there waiting around isn't okay. It's wasting my time. I set up an appointment for my mom, my partner, and I, and we were seated quickly. I believe I was serviced by Jenny, and she was very kind and talkative. Painted my toes well and was gentle. Even gave me a towel for my lap as I was in a dress. My partner was served by an older gentleman, and unfortunately he was not nearly as gentle. Throughout the experience he was not polite and said a few rude comments. He sighed and scoffed. He was rough with handling and burned them with the motor nail grinder. The application was good, although it is disappointing they were not able to have the same pleasant experience that I did. I would recommend asking for Jenny or someone else. I didn't get his name. The interior appeared clean and the aesthetic of the salon was beautiful. They offered cold drinks to my parents. Pricing is comparable to other salons in the area. BEFORE you get tour nails done ASK their prices and what the total will be. I was told the price prior to my service and when it came to an end i was extremely over charged, especially for the outcome of my service. Will not come again & will not recommend to anyone else. read more

They were absolutely lovely in customer service but when I brought up to management that the dip color was wrong, he basically said sorry. No discount, or trying to fix the situation.
