Needed to find a cute outfit for my mini me's picture day. I will say, it's hard to find cute fits that aren't too "babyish" for my tween, but I saw they had the cutest outfit with a character that I know she loves. It would be nice if they have more jewelry and other accessories for that age group. Also, for whatever reason, the cash register wasn't where I expected it to be. I didn't get anything for myself because I was on a specific mission, and nothing in the women's section stood out enough to catch my eye. read more

It has been a while since I've been in Roosevelt collection shop; I do love how they have activities in the middle of the collection shops. I started here at H&M for some holiday shopping. The store is always clean and it is easy to find items, but it can be hard to find help. And of course there's always a line when checking out. They do have a great sale going on with a good range of sizes; but things are running out because of the sale. I still do prefer the two downtown locations but this location does what it needs to do. read more

This HM looks nice but the staff is rude and they also don't offef a variety of sizes. Hours read 7pm but at 6:36 they told us they were closing and needed us to go downstairs. When we got back downstairs everyone was shopping as normal. Not impressed by the staff and it did not create a welcoming environment to shop in. read more

I'm not quite sure why these people from out of town put their reviews on Yelp. If they live in an area that have a big shopping mall, then this area isn't a place for them since you can't compare a smaller mall of this size in the area. It's a nice and smaller store just outside of downtown for a quick get away to see a different kind of smaller store with selected items. I do dislike people posting reviews about their personal issues with the company that has nothing to do with the store itself. Focus on what you see in the store and this is what Yelp is for. If there is an internal issue, it may not be the store's problem. Just some food for thought. The styles of H&M are great although the quality of many items are as good. You get what you paid for and that's about it. If you want something that you won't wear as often and want a quick flair of style, this will be place for you. Again, this specific mall aims at audience in the area and it's a nice scroll down this loft area if you had to go from a quick visit to the doctor's and want to get away for a quick 30 to 60 minutes. I still see shoppers go into this store and buy things and so it's must be busy enough to have the store survive. I would highly suggest to park underground for little or no charge. I did get my parking ticket validated at the front service area if you park underground for a 1 hour to 2 hour duration. You need to check the free parking visit and there is a lot of space and so don't spend anytime to stay on the top area next to the stores. It's for people to quickly drop off their passengers and then, go away. Good to visit the store at least once or twice to get the right vibe. read more

I always like going into this store because they always have nice offerings. This location is huge, so it's easy to find yourself spending at least an hour inside. Found white pants i was looking for I just wish their prices were a little better or had any deals I like this place too for the fact it has stuff a couple other places don't have and its good quality stuff in think they should do a 50 percent off or something or lower there prices for people who don't have 120 dollars for 2 pairs of pants that will only last you a couple months they don't have a bathroom they do have a men's and a girl section they should get some colons as well. I think they have gotten better about being more organized and taking care of misplaced clothes. One thing I don't like about H&M is their bras. Maybe the quality has changed but after a week, the underwire in my bra came out. If you're not a girl, then you can't understand how annoying and bothersome it can be to have a piece of metal poking into your chest every time you breathe. read more

Walk in to the store and the place looks so organized. Yet by halfway I noticed no carts or baskets to carry you clothes that you going to purchase . Difficult if you have a baby or other stuff in your hands plus the clothes you going to buy. They should at least have bags or something. Right after yoga within the mall walked over to look around the stores and H&M is inside this mall. As you walk in there is a security guard just on the lookout. Walking in the store was a breeze since it was organized and clean. Nobody came to offer help but it was not needed anyway. Bought a couple of gifts and that was that. They have a women, men and kids section. Plenty of items at a good price. I like that some of their clothes are made consciously, so a tag said. read more

It's not my favorite location but it's not bad. It's hard to determine who works there unless you're at the check-out line. There aren't people walking around randomly asking how they can help you. There are two floors: one floor dedicated to women's clothing, upstairs is for children and men. The options are nice and, if you go early enough, it's tidy and easier to get through everything. There's metered parking right out front and underground garage parking. I mostly come here to by time for something I may be doing in the area. read more

This is by far the most unorganized H&M store I've ever been to. None of the workers here care about the customers & some of them also seemed yo have an attitude with customers when needing help. I don't recommend anyone come to this location. I have also witnessed friends of employees come in & steal right in front of them. read more

Mostly everyone in the store was masked except for a few customers which was great but the customer service is absolutely terrible. There were over 10 people waiting in line with 3 cashiers at checkout and 1 of them decided to just fold returns instead of continuing to help people checkout. Shop online or at another store - this place is a total miss. We won't ever be coming back. read more

Not as large as the downtown locations, but less busy and decent selection of men, women's and children's clothing. 90 minutes of garage parking free with validation. Metered spots in front of the store are over $4 for 30 MINUTES - DO NOT USE! Store is usually pretty clean and organized, and I can see staff in each department. Checkout line is always a mile long no matter how many cashiers are working. You can also get 15% off your total if you bring at least three items of eligible clothing for their donation program, which I've taken advantage of several times. Located in the Roosevelt Collection with lots of other shops and movie theater. read more

My review is based upon the service, or should I say, lack thereof. Gather 'round... Stopped in this location for the first time today. It's Monday, 11:15 am. Store is empty, except for one other customer, the security guard and handful of employees. I proceed upstairs to the children's section to pick up some shirts for my tween boys. I walked around and then headed downstairs to the checkout. When I got downstairs there were three associates, one of which was the manager, all crowded around one register trying to figure out how to help a foreigner navigate his mobile apps presumably for something related to H&M. Mind you, the store is empty and there are THREE staff members at the counter. The manager neglected to even acknowledge the waiting customers. The appropriate response would've been to move over to one of the other registers and help the waiting customers while the staff continued with the first customer. It doesn't take THREE people to help one customer. I've worked in retail, I promise you it doesn't. So, after waiting nearly 7 minutes in an EMPTY store for him and his staff to remember his customer service training I said, "pardon me, is there another register?" He dismissively side-eyed me and said, "oh, yeah, just a minute." On top of all the other minutes I've already waited? 0_o Whoa. In a perfect world a trap door would've opened and he would've headed straight to Customer Serviceland for 100 hours of intensive training. My transaction would've taken a mere minute; ring 2 shirts, swipe my card, drop the shirts in a bag and head out the door. Name tags rock. His said, "John." So I dropped the shirts I intended to buy and headed to the door. Fortunately, Roosevelt is full of other retail establishments that value their customers. However, the highlight of the experience was the kind, older gentlemen, security guard who saw my dissatisfaction as I left and apologized. John you out to know better. You should care about servicing customers in a timely manner. Brick 'n Mortar stores are losing revenue to their online counterparts. Customers won't waste their time and energy in a store when they aren't shown even the basic of courtesy and service. If he can't manage the check-out line properly with two associates and an empty store, how will you manage it on a busy weekend? I'll never know. I won't be back. read more

Love, love, love. H&M down the street from me. At the moment, this one is super easy to shop in because only the South Loop dwellers are shopping here, but I think once the Roosevelt Collection word gets out, it's all over. The employees in here that I've talked to are very excited to be in more of a locals area. That way they can develop a relationship with their repeat customers, instead of dumb tourists all the time who they'll never lay eyes on again. The only downside is the wait. At the H&Ms on Michigan and State the lines for the dressing rooms and checkout are horrendous. Here the dressing rooms are great and no wait. But I suppose because of the lack of traffic, the wait to checkout still blows because they have one person at a time on the register. Though there are a ton of people running around on the floor - but I don't know if all their staff is register trained.... All-in-all though, H&M use to be a place I went if I had a weekday off or I left work early due to the crowds. Here it actually makes browsing possible! read more

It's a nice H&M store by the Icon Threater. I enjoy being able to browse around the store after a movie night. I haven't purchased anything yet but I hope to shop around there again. read more

More quiet and clean than the State St and Michigan Ave locations although I'm not sure how long that will last. First and last time in this store. Check out took forever and the lady best were set up such that you could be stuck. I explained that I was standing between two lines because I had been waiting for over 10 minutes. Didn't care and went on in front of me. Less than half of the customers swearing masks. read more

Horrible customer service I went to get a full refund on an item with the receipt and was told I had to get a store credit. Now mind you the item wasn't over 30 days and before purchasing the item, I asked the saleswoman what was the return policy. ..it's sad when the manager of this environment is telling me that there's nothing she can do and that I should read the back of the receipt...really I know forever 21 will tell or ask you. Horrible customer service. Reached a store. Manager told me he wouldn't look for an item for 45 minutes. I called back and was told to call tomorrow with the tags for the #s. Girl answering today says numbers from my online ordered sweater will not work in store. Hold on. Now new girl picks up phone. She says she'll know by description, something I tried yesterday. Ok start again. No they don't carrythis line in her store, as revealed by material tag on inside of sweater. Reccomends calling another store on Roosevelt. Ok, can I have the number please. No we don't have store numbers. Here's customer service. After several prompts reach another person who says no more phone calls to stores, also no sweater, and no this huge sweater (size S) does not come in XS. Ok send this huge sweater and other too small sweaterback through mail and be charged again for shipping! No fun. read more

I am new to the area but not to H&M. Their stock is great, especially their kids section.. however their staff is pretty rude! A bunch of young kids (not really surprised, this is retail) with a terrible attitude. Like they'd rather be anywhere else. I recently experienced the worst customer service ever by a women named Monika. She was working the cash register on Saturday. I brought in my small H&M bag in for a return. I gently placed the bag on the counter. Without making eye contact she rudely instructed me to remove my items from my bag. After I dumped the on the counter she stated she didn't like the way I did it ,and it was her just doing her job. If this is a new policy,as she claimed, where store associates can't take items out of a bag that's ridiculous. I'm sure this policy wouldn't apply if they thought someone was stealing. Either way Monika attitude was horrible. I won't return, she obviously hates customers . It's best I stay away. read more

This location is very consistent in having only one cashier working with a 20+ minute wait to checkout. You must really want something badly to shop this location- Michigan Ave and State Street stores have way better management clearly. read more

Great H&M! I prefer this location over State St and Michigan Ave. It has more selection and is less crowded, so you can actually shop leisurely and not worry about waiting for a dressing room (even on the weekend). Sheena was so helpful and nice and helped find exactly what I was looking for. In addition, there are other stores within this complex, a theater and free parking underground. read more
