No machine washing or dry cleaning!), I had to pass. I went with a dark blue rinse Curvy Skinny, which fit great and can be machine washed. Best of all, not only were they 40% off, they were BOGO free! Merry Christmas to me!! I love the way True's jeans fit, and if you follow the care instructions, they tend to last for years. Be advised that any of their machine washable jeans will fade (in color) over time, but the jeans themselves have withstood a great deal of wear & tear without actually tearing. However, the Dry Clean only black jeggings that I purchased @ 5 or 6 years ago, are still their original color and haven't faded one bit. I received very good service here. The sales rep helped me find my size, but there was only one pair in my size and I needed 2 (for the BOGO free). Another rep went to the back to find my second pair and I was good to go. This store has a variety of jeans, shirts, sweats, jackets, and belts. There are 2 dressing rooms and 2 cash registers. The only downside to my experience was that there was what appeared to be a staff meeting happening in the middle of the store (but with only some of the staff). They were kind of in the way and barely moved to allow patrons space to browse.

Word to the wise: if you want to avoid crowds, it's best to go early and maybe even on a weekday. Most of the stores have really great prices and also some unique finds. However sometimes when the stores get super crowded and the checkout line is wrapped literally around the store, it becomes challenging to see the full scope of everything that is on display. Recently I went on a Saturday afternoon and walked out of two really popular stores simply because they were way too crowded and the long lines were a deterrent. Says a lot about the stores though. People saw some really great deals and were willing to go the distance for them. If you enjoy shopping and the great outdoors, this is the place for you. I am only giving 4 stars because there were a few outlet stores that I would've liked to had seen moved to this location after the Taubman Outlets closed, which wasn't too far away. My most recent visit, I lucked out because one of my favorite shirts was on sale. I went a little crazy and bought it in three different colors. The pricing here is very budget friendly. The service is always great here. They're attentive and friendly. I giggled as I read my old review before writing this new one. Again, I talked about my dog and showed pictures to the sales associate. No frisbee this time, but I like chatting with dog lovers. Signs clearly stating not to bring cart into the bathroom but nothing suggesting cart could not be parked outside of it. (No it was not in any path or creating an obstacle).
