It is laid out nicely and they have truly beautiful items. While pricey, it is quality merchandize, well made, and worth the money I spent. I was greeted right away by a super friendly lady that let me look and didnt feel the need to follow me around making suggestions for things I didnt want, but did answer my questions and was very knowledgeable about what was in the store and where it was. I showed her a picture of the a card I wanted and she directed me right to it. I made a dew other unique finds like some excellent hand xewam and a beautiful candle that I adore and it has a hidden gemstone in it which really made me happy and led me to buy it. When I paid, I told her how I found the store and she didn't know rhwys been highlighted in the post and she heartily thanked me for pointing that out and told us to come again. She was very friendly throughout which is a definite plus for the store. My daughter really wanted to try on some dresses so we quickly found a few to try on and stood in line for the dressing rooms. There were about 6 dressing rooms, but the staff had already closed/blocked off 2 of them even when 4 people were waiting in a line ahead of us to try clothes on. We waited in line for about 10 minutes, then a clerk walked up to us and said we couldn't try anything on because they were closing. This was at 7:50 with 10 minutes left to closing. I asked why we couldn't use the 2 dressing rooms they had blocked off and she replied that they closed those already. Had they been open, everyone in line would have been able to try on the clothes before the closing time. Very rude customer service. It was clear the clerks had no care for those shopping, they just wanted to close the store early. I won't be shopping at this store again.

The owner, Nicole, and her staff were very helpful finding the perfect friendship quote to give my dear friend. Staff members write your name in chalk on the door of the fitting room when you go on to try clothes and will grab different sizes for you if you need! That being said, clothes here are definitely on the pricier end (shorts for $36, tops $50s, dresses from $70-120s) but the dresses are really good quality. There is a section towards the back that is clearance/sale where you can find stuff significantly marked down (from $78 down to like $30). However these are often XS or XL sizes.

I will say the past four times I've brought items in…read morewhen I checked my total it was only seven dollars after bringing over 40 pieces of items in. Keep in mind that they do donate them after so many days. I can't remember exactly. It is donated they keep 100% of the profit and it's just donated to their store. Today I mixed up my appointment time. I couldn't get it to pull back up and I came an hour early they would not accommodate me so I had to drive around for an hour which just frustrating because of how gas is pricey then when I did come back for my appointment. I was only in there for three minutes. I brought in over 40 items of clothing and two boxes and they only took about five items. It was very frustrating to say the least. I wish I would have just accommodated me if I knew it was only gonna take them three minutes to go through my clothing when I originally came in. It's also important to note the items I brought in were brand new, never worn items. This is not, including the home decor that I brought in. They do not take home decor it's only clothing. I keep trying to give this place a chance because I love it here due to the customer service However, they are not doing well with sales, and this experience was very unpleasant. It's hard to continue to want to do business with a consignment store when you're only getting seven dollars for 40 items and then when you make an appointment they only take five items in out of over 20 you bring in.
