I placed two nice size orders and wasn't happy with any of the items ordered. I was surprised due to i usually find cute clothes in store. I will not shop there again. Im stuck with a bunch of clothes im unhappy with and my 18 yo daughter won't even wear them. I did read the return policy but was so surprised on the quality and fit of the items purchased. read more

I have been to MOD multiple times and have never had a bad experience. The sales associates are friendly and Ashley the Manager is very helpful. Ashley has helped me find an array of different outfits this year for Bachelorette parties to bridal showers. The sales associates make your shopping experience very personal. The prices of the items are decent and the quality of the clothing is good. The items are also unique and they only get a few of each item in. This feature is nice because when you go out in your new clothes, you will not see 5 other people in the same thing. If you follow MOD on facebook, you will come to find out they have several promotions weekly. Some even include you receiving free items! read more

Came to pick up my order and all the staff was gone on a lunch break.... no sign on the window and was standing outside waiting. Even tried calling but no answer. I waited 20 minutes for the staff to arrive back at the store. Would not recommend picking up from this location read more

My college-aged daughter and I discovered MOD yesterday and had a great experience. Really adorable clothes and there was something for both of us. The two young ladies working there were so much fun. They had great recommendations without being pushy. They had a great sale, so felt like we got some great bargains. Although there are closer boutiques to us, MOD in Edwardsville will definitely be on our list to check out each season. read more

I really do love their clothes and everything about MOD. If I could change one thing... it would be the MODels. Not them specifically. I think there needs to be some more diversity. Adding a few girls of color would look great. Especially because it can increase clients when African American girls see other African American girls in their clothing. I just think their instagram could use some color and switch up the models a bit! WE love diversity and it's always good to see it, especially at boutiques who have such a large following. read more

awful place to work and shop. clothes are horrible quality that when damaged they try to sew in their free time to make "good as new". Owners and managers are very unloyal to the people who have been nothing but loyal and respectful. Use their clients and sales to own benefit and do not actually care about the person themself. All the merchandise is over priced and can be found at other boutiques or stores for half the price. read more

I was very disappointed. I made the trip from St. Louis and, unfortunately, it was a complete waste of gas. The store is way overpriced for the quality of clothing. The quality is comparable to Forever 21 and H&M, but the prices are much, much higher. A cheaply made, polyester blazer was $80. Costume jewelry is $20-$30. Faux leather sandals $40 - $50. A cheaply made polyester tank is close to $40 if not higher. Their employees also seem to be paid on commission. The girl that was "helping" me (even though I made it clear I was just looking) continued to place clothes in my dressing room that she thought I would like (none of them I did). I would understand if it was one or two things, but it was about five. She then would come to the dressing room door at least once every two minutes to ask if she could see what I had on. Most of the time I was in between switching clothes. I would tell her I'm not ready, and she'd continue to stand/wait there until I would show her. She then continuously kept bringing me more things, when I eventually had to tell her to stop (which made me feel rude). Upon checking out, I was questioning whether to get one of the blazers knowing it was cheap and would probably fall apart within a wash or two. She jokingly said, "I will cry myself to sleep if you don't get both of these." Who says that? They are so pressuring there, which made the experience terrible. I will never go back. Horrible experience! read more

I was disappointed. The stores Facebook page had me convinced they had a lot more to choose from than they actually did. I liked everything they had, but many of the shirts were just repeats in a different color. The staffing wasn't exactly helpful either. I like to welcomed or at least acknowledged when I enter a small boutique like this, but neither happened when I went there. Sadly, there was only one other person in the store. Since this shop is still very new, I am hopeful that their selections will expand and the staff is a little more respectful. read more

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at MOD in Edwardsville. I had gone in to purchase a few new shirts and left completely unhappy. The customer service was so pushy I found myself leaving empty handed because I was so irritated. There was a shorter blonde haired girl who was trying to help me, I think her name was Kenzie. And she basically followed me around the store grabbing the most expensive items to try and get me to buy. I proceeded to try the things that I had chosen, and she waited outside my fitting room with almost a rack full of clothes. Not to mention she threw jewelry and a bunch of other stuff in my fitting room before I got there. I have always loved shopping local and supporting small businesses but they need to do something about how they run this place if they think that this is the correct way to do it. There's nothing worse than having someone try and pressure you into spending your own hard earned money. I was a loyal customer to MOD, but after my last few visits I will never go back. read more

The sales associates are very friendly and helpful. I have bought some really cute pieces from mod but you do have to be careful with what you select because the quality is not great. Overall I like the store. read more

This store was way off base with their prices! Everything looked and felt like cheap chinese quality, but for name brand prices...super pretentious for super cheap quality. read more

I love this boutique! If you have a special event or a girls night out, this is the place to go to find your unique outfit. The staff is so helpful. I am typically a mannequin shopper...I see it on a mannequin, I replicate the outfit exactly, and that is what I buy. The staff at MOD helped me piece together outfits that I never would have purchased or selected for myself and they helped me feel stylish and confident in my purchases. I wish it was bigger and had more options but all in all it is a great store with good prices. read more

This boutique has really great fashion items but the customer experience needs great improvements. I just started visiting this store in June and that first experience was good and I found really great items then. Ive gone back twice since then cause I love shopping local boutiques for unique items but each time I feel like Im being treated like a second level citizen. Im not a size 2 like all the girls that work there but I normally wear a medium in everything. Im never helped with finding anything and I regret buying because they look at me like they were shocked I found something. read more

Horrible customer service! Bought a shirt a week and half ago, wore and washed it one time before it fell apart ripping in two spots. I took the shirt up to have it exchanged for the same shirt only to be told that because it had been over 7 days from when I bought the item they wouldn't be doing anything for me. Check the quality before buying because this company wouldn't work with you if something happens to the item. It's a shame because Mod was the only store I shopped at and had recommended them to many people. After this experience, i won't be back or recommending them to anyone. read more
