Despite the fact that this store is an outlet, customer service here is excellent; they fold, wrap, and bag everything just like in their regular retail stores. They obviously care about their customer's experience even though shopping here is about the least expensive way to buy their merchandise. Obviously, they sell a lot more than just iron-free shirts here, but I can't comment on what it's like buying the other merchandise in this particular store because shirts was all I bought :-)

We needed to find "dress up" clothes for a memorial back East. So many stores have closed in Santa Barbara that we hoped it would be worth driving to the Camarillo outlets to get a better selection. We started at Brooks Brothers and within minutes had exactly what we needed. I have come to dread the rote "Welcome In" phrase that most retail staff utter as I enter a store. What does that even mean? It always seems as though they're obligated to say it, and are quite bored by it. By contrast, from the first moment we stepped into the Brooks Brothers Outlet, we were approached by an authentically welcoming, competent, and helpful staff member. Angelina gently and cheerfully inquired about our needs, measured my partner's shoulders and sleeve length to get the correct fit, and ushered us to exactly the right shelf to find what we needed. No wandering around the store lost, no trying on three sizes to figure out if one will work, no wasted time. Just a pleasant and helpful encounter with someone who really knows her stuff and makes every customer feel like the most important person in the world. There is no substitute for being able to experience the colors and textures of physical merchandise and this store is a gem. And true to Camarillo, they have a sale rack. Camarillo Premium Outlets has changed a lot through the years. Midnight Black Friday shopping is a…read moregreat memory for our kids. Although those days are long gone, and many of the stores that made it "premium" are no longer here, it's better than most. There are still some good deals. It's also fairly large so you'll spend a decent amount of time walking through every section. We're usually shopping for something specific -- today it's jeans for the husband. But we always end up with more than planned. :) We browsed through many of the stores, spending much of our time at Lucky Brand, Levi's, Lululemon, adidas, The North Face and Ralph Lauren. We got the best deal on jeans at Levi's and surprisingly found a nice lightweight sweater for him at Lululemon. We like to grab a light snack or drink treat while we shop. Wetzel's Pretzels is a favorite but today we discovered that Boba Time has joined the outlets! Overall, it was a really nice day. I realized when we left that I missed going to Pottery Barn! We'll need to start on that side next time.

JOE'S JEANS & SEVEN FOR ALL MANKIND ARE GONE!…read more I'm really disappointed because I drove down to Camarillo from Santa Barbara to go to Joes jeans and Seven jeans specifically. And yes, I checked the outlet website before I left for hours and it appeared that both stores were active and open. When I arrived, Joes was simply gone. I went over to the kiosk map to check and it was still listed in its usual location. But it had been replaced by another store, Reformation, I believe. An employee of the outlets walked by and said I looked confused and told me the map hadn't been updated in a minute. Disappointed, I then went over to Seven, which was also gone! Replaced by Fabletics, I think. The point is that Joes and Seven are still listed on the outlet website and they are still listed in the on-site kiosks as active stores. Not only am I disappointed that a few of my favorite stores are just gone like that, but I'm especially disappointed at the glaring lack of communication that lead to an entire afternoon being wasted. The outlets otherwise appear to be going down hill. I don't think I'll be back after this.

The door was very well organized and had been placed back to a very convenient and clean floor map. There wasn't but a few customers in the store, but the employees were attentive and I found my selection quickly. Also just to note that today, I also found my deal of the day. they have a special that's pretty much ongoing at this store that if you buy a regular pair of shoes at regular outlet price, which is still discounted, then you get a second pair of on sale shoes for 50% off. So today, my bonus pair of shoes for the grand total of 10 bucks, I'm happy with them and can't can't wait to support them in the neighborhood. This shop may be perfect for you. Please don't buy out all their stock because I shop here every…read moresingle time I visit and I don't want them to be sold out of sizes. First and foremost this shop will work best for you if you fit the athletic to slim male frame. If you have a belly and are self conscious of a tightly fitted shirt skip the tops and browse pants or shoes at least but that's probably your best use of time here. The shirts are very suited for men who like to wear textured tops. Most all of their polos can be worn to the golf course, particularly if you choose the ones with collars. If you choose a style without a collar, it's likely better suited for a regular night out in town. Their partner stores are actually golf related shops. If you have a handful of clothes to buy I would highly consider joining their rewards program and also perhaps leaving one piece of clothing from the purchase unless you can't afford a trip back. Usually the points stack up fairly quickly and you're able to buy something with points alone.

Especially because they always have a selection that is unmatched by any other department store or even a regular Levi's store. My wife particularly likes the women's section and always finds some shirt or jacket to pick up. Staff is friendly, but often seem overworked/overwhelmed with the crowds.
