Camarillo Premium Outlets has changed a lot through the years. Midnight Black Friday shopping is a…read moregreat memory for our kids. Although those days are long gone, and many of the stores that made it "premium" are no longer here, it's better than most. There are still some good deals. It's also fairly large so you'll spend a decent amount of time walking through every section. We're usually shopping for something specific -- today it's jeans for the husband. But we always end up with more than planned. :) We browsed through many of the stores, spending much of our time at Lucky Brand, Levi's, Lululemon, adidas, The North Face and Ralph Lauren. We got the best deal on jeans at Levi's and surprisingly found a nice lightweight sweater for him at Lululemon. We like to grab a light snack or drink treat while we shop. Wetzel's Pretzels is a favorite but today we discovered that Boba Time has joined the outlets! Overall, it was a really nice day. I realized when we left that I missed going to Pottery Barn! We'll need to start on that side next time.

JOE'S JEANS & SEVEN FOR ALL MANKIND ARE GONE!…read more I'm really disappointed because I drove down to Camarillo from Santa Barbara to go to Joes jeans and Seven jeans specifically. And yes, I checked the outlet website before I left for hours and it appeared that both stores were active and open. When I arrived, Joes was simply gone. I went over to the kiosk map to check and it was still listed in its usual location. But it had been replaced by another store, Reformation, I believe. An employee of the outlets walked by and said I looked confused and told me the map hadn't been updated in a minute. Disappointed, I then went over to Seven, which was also gone! Replaced by Fabletics, I think. The point is that Joes and Seven are still listed on the outlet website and they are still listed in the on-site kiosks as active stores. Not only am I disappointed that a few of my favorite stores are just gone like that, but I'm especially disappointed at the glaring lack of communication that lead to an entire afternoon being wasted. The outlets otherwise appear to be going down hill. I don't think I'll be back after this.

SKRR-SKRR as I parked with a quickness. I scurry'd through the front door and much to my dismay, I couldn't find a single thing in my size. An associate asked if I needed help, to which I replied, "Where's the Men's section, all I see is women's wear?" She informed me that I was in the Women's Theory store and there was a seperate location for Men's just a short walk away. Now 'enlightened' I quickly skipped to the Men's store where I was happily greeted and informed by an associate named Robb (with 2 B's) that their New Year's Holiday sale was extended an additional week (unnatural yet gleefully appreciated)!! It's RARE to find THEORY on sale in general, let alone an OUTLET (already discounted), let alone an OUTLET with ADDITIONAL savings going on!! I was in a gentleman's dream and took advantage of the sale by pulling the trigger on a couple items. Oh did I mention they sometimes carry Common Projects shoes?? Another brand and item you rarely see discounted?? SHHHWIIING!!! That said - if you're reading this now, get in there and take advantage of the Sale going on.. If you're reading this after this week 1/3/18 - get in there and take advantage of the discounted outlet prices on a brand that doesn't compromise. Yee!!

I was disappointed that it was implied the item I was trying to exchange had been worn. It was never worn. The issue was that the garment was incorrectly sized. I also exchanged emails with a representative, only to later learn she handled online orders and had not fully addressed my concern. Today, I received a call from a salesperson not the manager informing me that the store would not exchange the incorrectly sized item because the tag was missing, despite my having the original receipt proving it was purchased at this store. As a longtime Theory customer, I find this experience disappointing and inconsistent with the level of service I have come to expect from the brand.

If you have a belly and are self conscious of a tightly fitted shirt skip the tops and browse pants or shoes at least but that's probably your best use of time here. The shirts are very suited for men who like to wear textured tops. Most all of their polos can be worn to the golf course, particularly if you choose the ones with collars. If you choose a style without a collar, it's likely better suited for a regular night out in town. Their partner stores are actually golf related shops. If you have a handful of clothes to buy I would highly consider joining their rewards program and also perhaps leaving one piece of clothing from the purchase unless you can't afford a trip back. Usually the points stack up fairly quickly and you're able to buy something with points alone.

Especially because they always have a selection that is unmatched by any other department store or even a regular Levi's store. Beyond that, they have a great selection of jackets, shirts, and other clothing items. It's a great place to wander around because you never know what you are going to stumble across. My wife particularly likes the women's section and always finds some shirt or jacket to pick up. Staff is friendly, but often seem overworked/overwhelmed with the crowds. Be patient with them and you will get excellent service. I just wish they could get one or two more people to roam the floor to help people out. I think that would help both the other staff members & the customers.
