Their kids' clothes are so cute and trendy. The sale section here was small but I think it just depends on the season. Zara's is like an upscale H&M or MNGO. Their prices range a lot but you can find great deals here when you shop the sale section. Their women's clothing is always on trend. I like that their sizes fit shorter folk like myself. They also sell men's clothes, perfume, shoes, purses, and other accessories like belts. They're located upstairs in the mall. It's smaller than half the other Zara's I've been to.

Can't complain to my fault that 99% at the time I travel, I always forget something and I have to buy it at some place near by. The guy at the store asked me how I know them so my answer was from google map, LOL. When I entered to the store, I notice that this place maybe for a rich client because I saw their welcoming and relax station so I assume there isn't regular or tourist customer. The price that they remain to stay the business is not an ordinary so for the price that I pay it is expensive but it is match with the quality so for the business stand point I can't complain about it.

There are no designer clothing labels or trendy fashion forward items in my closet. That said I hadn't been to crossgates in awhile and had no idea there was a carhartt store here! An entire store! Maybe I'm getting a little too excited? They have a very complete selection of everything carhartt. Coats, shirts, jeans, boots, belts, hats, socks... hell even wallets. They have many items that you wont find at Sears and the like. They also have a frequent shopper rewards program which could be dangerous. The staff is courteous and helpful but not overbearing and pushy.

There was a few items that I was so tempted to buy but had to decline at the last minute. My coworker purchased several items... a few of which was brand spanking new. She was totally excited. However, their selection of dresses seem to only fit the "ideal" body type. Their selection does not take into account girls with bigger chests, and they have a very small range of sizes. For men, if you fall under "big and tall," this is a good place to shop. They even have numerous bargain racks, but at least for the men's racks I browsed, a lot of the items were not in the right size sections. This is also a good store for bed and bath selections. Open checkout stations (which they flag as Customer Service) are few and far between. On the lower level, the most prominent one, in the middle of the store, has a big sign directing you to "Bedding." Yes, that station was open, but the sign above it says "Pick-ups and Returns," so it may not be immediately obvious you can check out here. They had an awful lot of things listed as sale prices. This makes me wonder if they're playing that "Look at how much you saved!" game that other similar stores do frequently... prices are marked up, and then there's a "Sale" price which still may or may not be competitive, but it gives the clerk and the register the opportunity to claim you saved many dollars.
