Zillges was part of the crew that helped in the construction of our house in 2017. We invited…read moreZillges back in Fall 2017 to discuss our landscaping needs and worked out a 3-4 year phased approach - never any pressure to do more than budgeted. Project Manager Steve worked with us on the details of our goals, and would bring designs to our house for a Show&Tell and gathered all our feedback for any modifications. We've just completed Phase 2 and couldn't be happier! Kevin and the rest of the crew were SO fun to work with really informative. It's easy to see that they are truly passionate about what they do, take pride in their work and enjoy taking the time to do things qualitatively while planning for longevity - not to mention the fun, extra little touches so it looks extra cool, too! These guys aren't just some manual labor grunts! We've enjoyed seeing them daily and taking some time each night to shoot-the-breeze with them each night while they cool down a bit before they head out. They've done AMAZING work - the place looks beautiful....better than we had expected and we couldn't be happier. I appreciate the time they've taken with us to work through the details and make sure the crew had an accurate picture of the project. I also appreciate the time Steve always took to communicate so quickly with us! We look forward to working with Zillges and the team for Phase 3 next spring!

If I could give a half of Star, I would. I would strongly…read morecaution anyone considering this company. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The workers left behind a mess and failed to properly clean up after the job. Even more unacceptable, while working inside my home, the workers were screaming at each other and using profanity in front of my child. That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and inappropriate in someone else's home. The communication from the company was also rude and unprofessional. What should have been a simple project turned into a very unpleasant experience. A company working on someone's property should demonstrate basic professionalism, respect for the customer and their home and clear communication. Unfortunately, I did not receive that here. Based on my experience, I will never hire this company again and cannot recommend them to others.

He is very pleasant and easy to work with. I had an issue with the pressure and he came out and got it running. Jeff even looked at the pool and tightened a couple items on the filter for me. He also gave me some advice on opening and closing up the pool. Jake O. - who delivered the pool and pool parts was very polite. Jake answered all my questions. He stacked the items neatly in our garage. I had a question about the voltage on the pump - he took the pump out of the box to show me what electric I needed for the new pool. Great customer service.
