They then offered some options to resolve the issue. So thank you again Patio Pleasures for fixing an impeller on a broken pump motor. I think better customer service would have been to tell me the motor's fried before replacing the impeller. But I guess they didn't care if the motor was working properly. They just changed the visually defective parts and didn't bother with the rest. Patio Pleasure's service guy was even here at the house after the repair so he heard and felt how hot the motor was and he told me that "sometimes they run hot". Yeah they run hot, when they are dying!

Be warned, you are not going to get the cheapest pool in the world from these guys. They are old school and believe in selling a quality product at a very reasonable price. You're not paying Ferrari prices but you are definitely not getting an 86 Yugo either. Everything they provide is high-quality long-lasting and durable so you don't have to deal with breakdowns or other stupidity later in life. The equipment Farwell uses as "stock" or "base" is upper to top-end with other pool installers (then the other guys charge you a zinger for "premium tier products"!). Their price breakdowns are incredibly detailed and you know exactly what you're paying for. You can select a number of options basically a la carte to make your pool exactly what you want. They are incredibly flexible in the layout and other additions, and if you want something completely out of the box (like we did with our slide) they are very accommodating in including that in their installation process. The other part that was very refreshing was there were no hidden charges. You knew exactly what we were getting into before the first hole was dug. And the best part above all was they stuck to their guns on the prices with no whammies after the fact. From beginning to end they were done with the project in under three weeks. Now keep in mind our lot was very flat and didn't require much landscaping to make it work so things might be different if you have hilly land. The pics are before the landscaping has been done. We will post the finished product when the other company's work is done! In summary: if you want an awesome pool you can be proud of that will last you a long time with incredible service and attention to detail, and you understand that having such amazingness might cost you a little more than a bare bones POS that rots in 5 years go with Farwell pools!

I started thinking I might race some again butter the club offered a pleasant environment to train, broaden my training to more strength and things that help in aging and Supreme was a great plane. It has all the equipment with staff to help, has good classes with a lot of interesting and friendly people, many of whom are still there a decade later. It lacks almost entirely the annoying lot loud, inconsiderate types I have seen in other places. They pricing is very competitive and I even got my non-athletic wife to work with a trainer and now she has started with it for a year and a half, which is surprising and important fitter our family as we age.

I thought it was a little strange having to take off my shoes upon entry (spa sandals were provided). Had I had nicer shoes on, I wouldn't have wanted to just leave them by the front door for anyone to take if they felt so inclined. I learned later (after my massage) that there are lockers in the bathroom. I assume I could have locked my shoes up if I had wanted, but that wasn't offered to me. I was promptly greeted by my massage therapist (Ty) after I filled out some new client paperwork. She showed me to the treatment room, and it was truly the nicest one I had ever been in. I LOVED the up lighting in the room. It added a calming glow to an otherwise dark room. Not only did my therapist read my chart, but she sat down and discussed my wants/needs for my 75 minute session. You don't get that kind of personal interaction at larger day spas. Some of those spas are more like a "one size fits all" quantity over quality places. That is not the case here. My massage was WONDERFUL. It was the right amount of therapeutic and relaxing, and the use of warm towels was the cherry on top. Ty addressed my areas of concern and took the time after my massage to tell me her findings. I have definitely found my new place to go to for massage. I see no reason to go anywhere else now unless I'm out of town. I wish I would have stopped in sooner! The massage therapist was kind and welcoming but I noticed that she had on an earbuds-type headset that she wore around the back of her neck. OK, maybe she listens to something that gets her into her groove but several times during the massage she seemed to drift her focus away from me: only one hand on my body that seemed to just stop in mid stroke or repeated massaging the same area over and over and over again, each time getting deeper than the medium touch we had discussed. I even could hear another sound in the room other than the soothing music that was playing. Was that coming from her earpieces? She also spent so much time on my back side that by the time she asked me to flip over the massage was almost done. She just seemed distracted. I will go back but to my usual therapist who has always kept me 100% the focus of her attention.

REVIEW UPDATED! Boy…read moreI wish I would've read these bad reviews of Nelson's before I let them pvc hard plum my pool hoses! I also wish I could give them 0 stars! I noticed a small leak 8/27/23on the hard pluming to the SAND FILTER they installed June 2023. I called to get this repaired since it was just this summer that the work was done. Being told I would have to pay $142 for a service call for work that was just done THIS summer! So I asked to talk to NANCY NELSON the owner. I see her name on the other bad reviews of Nelson's. Boy were the right!! I told Nancy that I would pay 1/2 of the service fee. She would not budge! I also told her I regretted ever having the hard plumbing done. I was thinking out loud and said my deceased husband would not have wanted me to have the work done in the first place. (He passed 9/4/22.) Nancy says "Don't bring your dead husband in this, he can't help you!" OMG! I couldn't believe she said that! I told her to come out and put everything back the way it was. Which is taking all the pvc pipes off and putting the hoses back on and after that I would never use Nelson's again! I agreed to pay $200 to have this done. I'm not going to pay $142 for a service call every time there's a leak because of crappy work! I never had issues with the hoses. I was sold that the pvc hard plum is the way to go. It's not!! No where in the review did I mention the solar heater! It did leak several times before they brought me a new one. Yes we did hit the hose to the solar heater. We used the hoses that were left over to fix it. It is now leaking at the coupling the tightens the hose to the solar heater. We disconnected the solar heater all together. That I regret buying also! But again this review is about the small leak to the sand filter and the horrible customer service I received from Nancy Nelson the owner. I never said a word about her technician! They were to come out 8/29/23 to do the work I wanted. Nancy wanted $200 cash from me because I guess she thought I'd give her a bad check. I got the cash and took it to Nelson's, gave it to Nancy and had her sign the receipt saying the work would be done. I also told her I hope her husband never leaves her a widow and that she doesn't have to put up with a very disrespectful person like her! The work was never done. I was called the next day saying they decided not to do the work because I was firing them anyway and that they were mailing me a check for $200. I told them no I want the cash back. So I had to go back in there, of course Nancy was hiding and had an employee give me my cash back. She also had him call me telling me the work would not be done. Sorry this is long but I wanted to tell everyone exactly what happened. I was also in the parking lot telling a lady about this place. BUYER BEWARE!! READ THESE REVIEWS! I am also going to call the Better Business Bureau. Thank you for your time.

Bruce Co has a very nice selection of plants, some I haven't even seen before in person! They are very well taken care of and the signs showing how to care for them is a nice touch. Plants are priced very fairly, I just wish they had smaller sizes of plants available because I would have loved to take home a Philo Micans and Rio also, but they were only available in larger pot sizes. I would have left with more plants had there been smaller, cheaper sizes in stock. Just one gal's opinion. Still left with three plants and I'm very glad I stopped in!
