I would highly recommend. I actually have recommended to several people. I'm shocked I forgot to…read moreYelp Patio Pools and Pleasures ever since we bought our Marquis Epic in September 2014. Since our hot tub purchase we have bought matching patio loungers and a table. Here's what I abolutely love about this gem of a local business. The family is up front and honest. Very passionate about environment which is incredible. Our hot tub is made in USA. Our furniture is made of recycled plastic too. They are not sales aggressive but detailed and infformative about all their products and stand behind them. For example: we noticed a new feature that just became available on the model of our hot tub. It is called micro silk. Basically it was an additional $1k+ add on that they didn't try to sell us. We asked them. They have us as much information as they knew about it and welcomed us to try a private soak with the micro silk. At our private soak to test the hot tub and micro silk feature. Renee provided more information about the micro silk that she and her family personally reseached. So believe me when I write that they are not pushy sales people. Their integrity and products sell themselves. They got to know us upon every stop inside the store for complimentary water sample testing. Patio Pools and pleasures offers this to their customers. There is no gimmick or stipulations on this service when you purchase a spa. You can stop in as much as you would like and get your water read. It makes our lives easier. In addition to being personable they are solution oriented. Meaning that they are upfront and direct about the conditions of your pool or spa water and solve- with accuracy- any problems big or small.

We've found missing gaskets (the rubber that actually seals these openings...) around the pool skimmers, the main pool drain, and the ladder. These are the basics that should be taken care of when putting in a liner! 4-stars for maintenance items and on-going pool servicing but definitely would not use them for a major job like an in-ground pool liner install.

We literally just got an incredible pool installed by these guys, and I could not possibly give a…read morestronger recommendation! Be warned, you are not going to get the cheapest pool in the world from these guys. They are old school and believe in selling a quality product at a very reasonable price. You're not paying Ferrari prices but you are definitely not getting an 86 Yugo either. Everything they provide is high-quality long-lasting and durable so you don't have to deal with breakdowns or other stupidity later in life. The equipment Farwell uses as "stock" or "base" is upper to top-end with other pool installers (then the other guys charge you a zinger for "premium tier products"!). Their price breakdowns are incredibly detailed and you know exactly what you're paying for. You can select a number of options basically a la carte to make your pool exactly what you want. They are incredibly flexible in the layout and other additions, and if you want something completely out of the box (like we did with our slide) they are very accommodating in including that in their installation process. The other part that was very refreshing was there were no hidden charges. You knew exactly what we were getting into before the first hole was dug. And the best part above all was they stuck to their guns on the prices with no whammies after the fact. From beginning to end they were done with the project in under three weeks. Now keep in mind our lot was very flat and didn't require much landscaping to make it work so things might be different if you have hilly land. The pics are before the landscaping has been done. We will post the finished product when the other company's work is done! In summary: if you want an awesome pool you can be proud of that will last you a long time with incredible service and attention to detail, and you understand that having such amazingness might cost you a little more than a bare bones POS that rots in 5 years go with Farwell pools!

My first visit to Bergamot yesterday was AMAZING! I loved…read morethe interior of the space. Nothing over the top, just a warm and inviting atmosphere. I thought it was a little strange having to take off my shoes upon entry (spa sandals were provided). Had I had nicer shoes on, I wouldn't have wanted to just leave them by the front door for anyone to take if they felt so inclined. I learned later (after my massage) that there are lockers in the bathroom. I assume I could have locked my shoes up if I had wanted, but that wasn't offered to me. I was promptly greeted by my massage therapist (Ty) after I filled out some new client paperwork. She showed me to the treatment room, and it was truly the nicest one I had ever been in. I LOVED the up lighting in the room. It added a calming glow to an otherwise dark room. Not only did my therapist read my chart, but she sat down and discussed my wants/needs for my 75 minute session. You don't get that kind of personal interaction at larger day spas. Some of those spas are more like a "one size fits all" quantity over quality places. That is not the case here. My massage was WONDERFUL. It was the right amount of therapeutic and relaxing, and the use of warm towels was the cherry on top. Ty addressed my areas of concern and took the time after my massage to tell me her findings. I have definitely found my new place to go to for massage. I see no reason to go anywhere else now unless I'm out of town. I wish I would have stopped in sooner! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

The massage therapist was kind and welcoming but I noticed that she had on an earbuds-type headset that she wore around the back of her neck. OK, maybe she listens to something that gets her into her groove but several times during the massage she seemed to drift her focus away from me: only one hand on my body that seemed to just stop in mid stroke or repeated massaging the same area over and over and over again, each time getting deeper than the medium touch we had discussed. I even could hear another sound in the room other than the soothing music that was playing. Was that coming from her earpieces? She also spent so much time on my back side that by the time she asked me to flip over the massage was almost done. She just seemed distracted. I will go back but to my usual therapist who has always kept me 100% the focus of her attention.
