New floors for kitchen/dining room/bathroom/laundry and stairs…read more Floors For Less came in with a bid significantly less than the other company we had give us a bid. Dave was easy to talk to, and gave his opinions on what he thought would look good in our house. The installers (Justin) did a great job. The floors are beautiful. 700 sq ft of LVP, and carpeting on our stairs and upper landing. Such a huge change in the look of our house, going from linoleum (very light color) to a darker wood look (Sonos Tudor). The change is amazing. The kids came home from college and said "wow, we live in a real house now!". Installed as a floating floor. Our house looks very elegant now. Will post pics if I'm able.

The floors looked amazing, the install was clean and professional, and my friends couldn't stop talking about how great the whole experience was. From the quality of the materials to the team's attention to detail, everything was top-notch. We were honestly just as impressed as they were! If we ever need flooring in the future, we're 100% going with these guys. Highly recommend.

Our kitchen flooded and we had to replace all the floors in the lower part of the house. I went to…read moremany stores looking at flooring and I met Bob at Crown Flooring. It was really nice, not pushy and just answered questions and showed his flooring. He was very informative so we picked a floor that we liked and had a cork bottom to it. They came out and installed the floor, but unfortunately that floor started to curl up with the seams meet. They came out and inspected the floor and decided that it needed to be taken up and redone. Sally Redfern decided that the floor should be replaced, so they came out and brought samples. They weren't happy with the cork floor. So they showed me a different type of floor that they really stood behind and said nothing's gonna do anything to this floor and it was pretty nice looking so we went with it. Really happy we did. They did a great job did it really fast and the two guys that came out were like A+ installers. I felt really comfortable dealing with Crown Flooring. So that's all I have to say. Thanks.

It seems that has changed. I called in early January for a quote for replacing a room of carpet and some floor transitions as we'd just updated our kitchen. Bob got back to me the same day and came out shortly after to measure and look over the site. We discussed and he told me I could expect to hear from him that day or the next. 3 weeks and 2 follow-up calls later and I've received nothing back. I don't appreciate having my time or energy wasted. I'll be looking to take my business elsewhere since it's seemingly not desired here.

Hours of online searches, starting at overstock dot com where I originally purchased these luminaires. Not cheap, not at all, but after having installed costly designer lighting fixtures I shouldn't expect anything less. Finally locating a replacement glass globe and placing the order I wasn't really prepared for howling the actual item might take to arrive. As for the store, this place is amazing. The sheer amount of lighting fixtures in the store is maddening. Over the years I've visited a two showrooms such as this place, but only in Madison Wisconsin. I have marvel at what must be available in cities in NYC or Los Angeles. Just seeing a vast selection at home centers can be daunting. Blinding in fact. But going into this store in Madison it's hard to imagine how so many different light fixtures, floor lamps, chandeliers etc are here, and this is a small version of what I assume has to be in the major world class showrooms! With that stated I can see myself spinning into an overly ridiculous essay writing, when all that's needed is to state the people working the day I needed something, were very polite and helpful. I'm an electrician and I install these things for lots of people. That means I'm a tradesman. Not arriving dressed like a customer, I walked in after a long day on a ladder installing recessed kitchen fixtures for people that arrive at this place dressed like lawyers and whatnot. So I rather looked out of my element. But still I wasn't feeling looked down upon. At least not by the young lady that assisted me. Nicole. That's all I know about her. That and if I return to one day soon find the matching pendants for the adjacent dining room in my home that is awaiting its more lustrous lighting I'm still trying to get time to design and install this spring.

You pull in and then drive up onto a scale to weigh your car prior to doing anything else. There is a stop light and staff will note your car and weight. The light turns green and you head to the rocks that you want. You can select one style and then head back to weigh. After getting the new weigh, you can then get more rocks of another style, and weigh again. Keep of track of the types of rock you are getting. We only got white steppers so only needed to do the one weigh. After our last weigh in, we parked and headed in to pay. Prices seemed reasonable. We'll be back for more rocks when in the area again.

We wondered if it could be refinished, because although the product description said it could be refinished once, we were told by someone else it had to be replaced. We heard about Rob and our experience was fantastic from the start. Rob is knowledgeable and straightforward. He let us know exactly what to expect with our particular situation and made us feel very confident going forward. In every respect Rob impressed us. He responded to all communication in a very timely and professional manner. He set up appointments and was always on time. He sent texts to update us when necessary and best of all, he's an incredibly nice person. When the date came for our job, he and his co worker were there, and used all precautions during this time of Covid. And of course, the most important thing, is that our floors are stunning. I really can't get over how gorgeous they look. An added bonus, with their system, there was almost no dust or mess. Two days and a world of difference. We highly recommend Nelson Flooring.

We literally just got an incredible pool installed by these guys, and I could not possibly give a…read morestronger recommendation! Be warned, you are not going to get the cheapest pool in the world from these guys. They are old school and believe in selling a quality product at a very reasonable price. You're not paying Ferrari prices but you are definitely not getting an 86 Yugo either. Everything they provide is high-quality long-lasting and durable so you don't have to deal with breakdowns or other stupidity later in life. The equipment Farwell uses as "stock" or "base" is upper to top-end with other pool installers (then the other guys charge you a zinger for "premium tier products"!). Their price breakdowns are incredibly detailed and you know exactly what you're paying for. You can select a number of options basically a la carte to make your pool exactly what you want. They are incredibly flexible in the layout and other additions, and if you want something completely out of the box (like we did with our slide) they are very accommodating in including that in their installation process. The other part that was very refreshing was there were no hidden charges. You knew exactly what we were getting into before the first hole was dug. And the best part above all was they stuck to their guns on the prices with no whammies after the fact. From beginning to end they were done with the project in under three weeks. Now keep in mind our lot was very flat and didn't require much landscaping to make it work so things might be different if you have hilly land. The pics are before the landscaping has been done. We will post the finished product when the other company's work is done! In summary: if you want an awesome pool you can be proud of that will last you a long time with incredible service and attention to detail, and you understand that having such amazingness might cost you a little more than a bare bones POS that rots in 5 years go with Farwell pools!
