I do not agree with or understand the negative comments, especially the ridiculous one about owners being "super wealthy". The owners are not "super wealthy" and actually work right at the Randolph store with their families. I know this because I asked one of the owners a question thinking he was just a worker. He went out of his way to help me and through talking with him found they are very normal people that love the Lord. Jungs is top notch as a nursery and provides excellent products. Yesterday, (3/23/2023) we decided to place a second order for shipping this spring. Not having mail delivery to our residence, I called to clarify their shipping policies. I dialed their 800 number and followed the prompts. One option was "if you wish to add to your existing order" please press.... " so I did. A rep answered the phone and impatiently barked into the receiver "Customer Service" but did not identify herself. This is the first clue. I identified myself politely, inquired about the ability to add to the order (as was an option) and their shipping method. I was told in no uncertain terms that there is no option to add to an order, nor can they tell me how it will be shipped. It depends "on their machine." First, why is addition to an order and option if it is not? Second, why cannot you assist a customer with concerns regarding shipping? She was so rude, curt and unprofessional that I hung up. This unidentified individual was very poor representative of any business concern, especially in a service capacity. The only reason that they were given THREE stars instead of one was solely that I have been happy with their stock.

He's super friendly and was great to talk to. Got us some of their garden mix, 1 yard worth. He gave us some large plastic pots for us to haul the soil in our vehicle. Offered delivery but I figured for the amount of soil, I could handle it. The other employees were nice and friendly as well. They have a great place for tress and shrubs. It all seems organized and well kept. I'll definitely return based on the overall appearance of everything they had and the excellent staff they have.
