Boy, where do I start? First off, we've painted the interior of houses (either ourselves or hired…read moreout to professionals) quite a few houses before this. But this experience was far from professional. There were so many issues, it would be too long of a review to list them all but I'll list some of the terrible highlights. *Poor management/supervision *Terrible process and attention to detail *Prep work was shoddy *Workers left the job site dirty each day and ruined a piece of our brand new carpet *No regard for the fact that we were living and working from the space (the job took 7 days, unnecessarily). *Skill level of workers was mediocre at best *Communication and language deficits *Several times each day we had to do quality control due to dripping paint, missed spots, wrong sheen of paint, using the incorrect color in places---we only had 3 colors. *Misuse of caulk in a large area that needed to be repaired by a professional drywaller. *We paid almost 11k for the work and it wasn't even worth half of that with the quality we got. They gave us a 1.5% discount for "inconveniences"

I would never work with these guys again. They made a huge mess, got drywall on literally every…read moresurface of my home, threw my stuff out of their way, peed in every toilet of my home and left the seat up like they live there, and then the manager came up with excuses and spoke to me like a little lady. Then had the nerve to ask for a good review! LOL I am still, months later, finding drywall on windows and doorknobs and walls they didn't even need to touch, it just splattered everywhere and they didn't cover well enough or bother to clean afterwards. Not to mention they patched holes in the wall with just drywall when they took out wood. There are plenty of other drywall companies out there, choose a different one.

The staff member ,Chase, arrived on time , was very professional, a nice person, and had all the necessary skills and equipment needed to complete the tasks. He installed a replacement chain light in our kitchen, fixed cupboard closure magnets, and replaced a few smoke detectors with new ones we purchased. After that honest and quick communication I decided to try again for a repair I needed to a kitchen drawer. This time the response, again fast, was a yes and a time was offered. The service provider called on his way and arrived within the window. He was able to fix the drawer very fast, having time to do some sanding for me afterwards.
