In addition, you may have major problems going on with the vehicle however the service department is always 2-3 weeks out. I thought I was purchasing a reliable vehicle for my daughter at a reputable dealership however I as wrong. I was in with a 2006 Ford escape that another place said I needed six plugs and six coils. Dad's found all the calls were found, but found a fuel injector that needed to be replaced. Never consulted with me if I could afford this or not !! I had to dig deep into savings for this even though I hated to do it. I would have appreciated a consult before the repair. It's scary to think what would have happened if I couldn't pay the extra money. They would have kept my vehicle so on and so fourth. To add insult to injury my truck sounds worse now than it did when I took it in. Drive to Toyota and the timing is way off! Made an appointment with Toyota to remedy timing. And then pay them, I should have taken it to Toyota in the first place, would have only cost me a few hundred dollars more. I could take it back to dads but at what cost? Keep my truck for two weeks again. Would they find a whole slew of other things to throw money at? Never called me the first time why would they call me this time.

As I drive down the highway it sounded like my window was down from all the air coming in. Then to top it off my window completely shattered from the tightening the bolts too tight and now I have to pay for a brand new window and brand new tint. When I came to them with the issue they absolutely did not care. They give piss poor service and I would never go there if you want things done right!
