I was traveling cross country when my car battery died. My car was jumped by another person; however, Tim was on his way and suggested I stay for him to look over the car. When he arrived, he was concerned that my battery may need to be replaced and wanted to make sure that was not the situation. I followed him to O'Reilly's 10 miles down the road where they checked to make sure my battery did not need replacing. It didn't, thank goodness! I've never experienced the quality of service Tim provided to me that day regarding my car. He was honest, caring, and went out of his way to make sure my kids and I could continue our road trip safely. Thank you Tim for saving us! A highly recommend, without a doubt, to contact Tim for any car services. He is da bomb!

I was blown away with how accommodating and helpful this family owned shop was to my family. We called in to see if they could do the work, they were so polite and kind and very welcoming. I stopped in to see if the door handle to my vehicle could be fixed and learned I needed to get a new one. One arrived within a few days and I merely stopped in and the car was fixed within 15-30 minutes. I was so impressed and can't say enough wonderful things about this family owned and operated shop. We will be back and will send anyone who asks us about our experience. I intend to share my experience widely as I was so impressed! Turns out the website doesn't forward reservation information to this store and to make matters worse the phone number on the website is wrong. Stick to Google, that data is accurate and call the store to make a reservation. Thankfully, when I walked in at 3:30 on New Year's Eve 2024, they weren't busy. I expressed the frustration I had with my wife's car pulling to the right despite a recent alignment elsewhere (that other location has been hit/miss on alignments before so I was unsure) . They put the car on the alignment rack and verified it's straight which meant the car had a radial pull (damaged belt causing incorrect tire shape at speed) which would explain why it got worse the faster the car travels. Chris the store manager was friendly, and was quick to grab an impact himself and help the crew get the tire swap done in what had to be the fastest service I've ever seen (all four tires off and back on in under 20 minutes). It helped being the only customer there (showing up just a couple hours before close on the last day of the year) I'm sure. The website inventory listed more affordable tires and so the sticker shock hurt a bit, but frankly after the 45 minute drive home in pouring rain, I'm grateful that all they actually had in our size was the "Cooper Endeavor Plus", their grip in the wet and cornering at speed finally makes the car drive the way it was intended with a 65k mileage warranty, and the cheap Chinese Lexani tires the previous owner put on it are a distant memory. Plus with lifetime mount and balance, rotations are included, which will be nice. I will be back in the future.

After circling around the area, we stumbled upon Carlton's Service hoping for assistance. We spoke to a man named Paul who directed us to Rall's. We thank him very much to this day for sending us to Rall's--he even called to make sure we found the place. Rall's checked out our car politely and urgently. After realizing we might have a transmission issue, one of the mechanics came in and thoroughly explained the issue. Transmissions are a pain; a very expensive one. He explained that he could flush our systems but it may not make it better, in fact it could further damage the vehicle. He said he did not feel comfortable doing work to our car that he couldn't exactly pin point. They didn't even charge us for inspecting our car. Absolutely amazing men and service!
