I would like to leave negative stars. We have been long term customers of this dealership and have…read moreexperienced multiple instances of disappointment. The most recent was when we purchased a used - 220,000 mile vehicle and overpaid significantly for it, we were promised two measly free oil changes. Each oil change was met with "no record of this and that" and "we can't honor it". We called ahead and spoke to Dan in the service department who assured us there would be no issue, upon pickup, they wanted to charge full cost. Where is the customer service? Where is the follow through? Do better Great Lakes.

I recently went to this dealership with a friend because we were both in the market for a new…read morevehicle. We were then given separate salesmen to start looking at cars. I ended up with Maurice and my experience was not nearly as pleasant as my friends. I felt as though I was misled several times and then advised to get a vehicle that had damage to the hood and was told they "might" be able to get it fixed for me. This was not even the car I wanted, he told me that car "wasn't good for me" without explaining why. I decided I did not want to proceed with the sale due to this and was pushed by this salesman heavily. To the extent that it became apparent I was being treated differently because I was a single woman there without a man. Once this salesman realized the sale wasn't going to go through he started trying to pressure my friend and telling her confidential information about my loan & to get me to close the deal and attempted to make me feel like I wouldn't be able to secure a deal anywhere else. My friend had Christian and her experience was really good, she ended up leaving with a car. I ended up leaving without a car and needing to have a conversation with the manager. The manager was very professional and handled my concerns. I don't think this is a reflection of the dealership as a whole but more so that specific salesman.

The day we picked it up the brakes starting going out on the way home and we discovered a brake line had been broke. Took the truck back and they said they didn't do it. Now, don't get me wrong, dad's truck was getting old, but when you have the brake line go out on you on your back from the service station, something just doesn't seem right. The owner started getting all mad at my father, (which not to brag, but is one of the most honest guys I know) at which point I stepped into the conversation explaining that yes, the truck was old, but the line JUST got broke? (and know, I wasn't even yelling lol) After being yelled at and having a finger pointed in my face, we decided it was time to leave. Hopefully I never need transmission work, but if I do, it won't be from here.
