The dissatisfaction came while checking out My roof the workers damaged My retractable shade. The damage was done the day of inspection. They pulled my car in.. allowed me to have a seat in their waiting area while they checked out the sunroof. I received a price .. paid the deposit and, was told I would receive an appointment time. When I arrived home I put plastic on the roof tI cover the hole to prevent water from getting inside my car. I noticed the shade was damaged and, I took picture. The day of my appointment I took the car in. I asked the technician to repair the shade. He told me that he wouldn't be able to because, that's not something he does and, I would have to talk to the company. I called the office because, it took more than a couple hours I was told. I spoke to Skip the owner and, I informed him of the damage and, it brought it to the technicians attention. Skip told me he would make some phone calls and, I told him I would be on my way. when I got to the office. I asked him about repairing the sunroof. He stated that Brandon doesn't work on the weekends and, He would talk to him on Monday. Monday I text and sent the pictures. I received a text from Skip saying He would call me later that day or , in the morning. When Skip called He stated that he had some information I wasn't going to hear. He told me his employers did not damage the retractable shade but, he was going to try to come up with a solution to where we both would be happy. He called me a second time and, we're going back and, forth him arguing that his company didn't damage my shade when indeed they did. They day I took my car in for the estimate.. His guy sat in my drivers seat while I sat in the passenger seat. He retracted the shade a couple times before He pulled my car into the repair garage. There was no damage to the shade before the inspection. The price was great but, now I have to find another company to repair or replace The retractable shade. The review would have been great until the damage and, unprofessionalism from Skip arguing with me as he stated "He doesn't want to have to come out of pocket" and his company did not do it when He was only there to receive payment. Glad the sunroof was replaced. Unsatisfied with the unprofessionalism from the Owner and, the extra cost I will incur.

They were easy to talk through everything with they were able to get my ASAP. They got it done in one day. And here's why I would say I would give them more than five stars if I was able to. When they went to go install the new window, the wrong window was delivered to them and by wrong I mean the windiw tint was the wrong tint . They took it upon themselves to call me immediately and talk through that. They even contacted a window tinting company and had the window correctly tinted at no additional cost. It was an honest mistake not even a mistake. It was just an accident instead of them saying hey sorry bring it back another day or we have to keep it for longer. They went above and beyond and asked if it was OK for them to go get the window tinted correctly.!

They broke trim pieces while they did it. I complained, and are sending me in circles without any attempt of fixing this. They are not picking up my calls anymore and I am GHOSTED. They will not give you a receipt until you annoy the hell out of them. THERE IS NO PHYSICAL ADDRESS or office, the guy on the phone will only give you email addresses into nirvana. (If you google any of their addresses their is NO SHOP, they are all random addresses) IT IS ALL JUST A BIG SCAM, at least their customer service. Just go somewhere else and save yourself the headache. Long Story, If you have the time.... I have gotten mine and my Girlfriends windshield replaced due to rock chips. On my car they have decided not to show up to the original appointment after calling them, they told me that my appointment was moved without notifying me. (I stayed home from work that day). They then cam later and did my car and it was OK. The real horror story was my Girlfriends Car. It was cold and snowing that day so they asked if they could use my heated Garage to do the shop. (I did) Car was done and I was letting the glue cure in the heated garage for a couple of days. After a couple of weeks my girlfriend realized a foul smell in the car. We realized that both passenger as well as driver side floor and padding was soaked in gross water. We realized that the windshield was leaking. Called Skyview, they asked for an email, so we wrote an email. Since 3 weeks I am calling multiple times a week trying to schedule the windshield replacement. Since then I have not received 1 call back or an email or any attempt to reach out to me to fix it. I hear different excuses every time I call, "waiting for a new window", "window got broken we are waiting for a new one", "there are only Junior Techs available no senior", so on and so on.... Furthermore, did they break plastic trim pieces around the car that are now flopping in the wind on the interstate. (They didn't even care to glue it down or anything) Another thing that is strange, I paid cash both times and both times because it was cheaper than card and they do NOT give you a receipt. For my Car it took only a day or 2 to get it after i called but for my Girlfriends it took 2 weeks! Every time i called them I asked for a receipts. what the internet has told me trying to figure out how to contact them: CEO Amir Jerbi, and the guy on the phone John Robert. (But i think they just got so many complains that Amir names himself John now.) All addresses are wrong, the only thing I found are from Tax records - 336 W 1ST ST STE 113, FLINT, MI 48502. Even their Indiana numbers connect to Michigan, so I think it is just 1 or 2 guys running this, and having a couple of cars running around. (maybe they are even external contractors doing the work.....) Sumup: I am deeply regretting my decision to go with this company. We have a car now that we can't drive in the rain and has to live in the garage. We have put hours of cleaning her car in and trying to get rid of that awful smell. Hoping that this negative review will motivate them to fix the windshield or refund me my money otherwise I will take them to a small claims court to get my money back.

literally..do not use this service..use safelite. they sent torry over to replace my window and i…read moreliterally seen him pull in my drive way then drove off. i had my front door open and my garage door open as well. i work from home and once i saw him, i grabbed my shoes and he was gone. i literally called him back and asked for his location because i thought he was parking on the street however, he drove off. given off scam vibes. then he said i ordered the wrong window and someone should have called me. i stated to him that why didnt you just come to my door and alert me. he lied and said he was outside for 10 minutes and no one came. i said most people announce they are here by ringing a doorbell. he then got an attitude and said most normal people come outside when you know someone is on the way. he also hung up on me. i canceled my order and place it with safe light. this was the worse experience i ever had for a first time customer..do not ever use them. go to safelite. i promise. i work in healthcare. i know a lot about service and this was very upsetting. this was really bad. they did refund my order. hopefully, thats what they said..

He showed up at my home bright and early the next work day, troubleshoot my problem to a faulty power window switch, and even helped me locate one online for about a fifth of dealer cost. All that, and when I asked what I owed him he just said it was nice meeting me and went on his way. He's a great guy, and deserves your business.
