I have been getting my nails done here for 6 months and have had an amazing experience every visit. I always get the nexgen dip nails and I always only go to Jim. I have nothing but good things to say about Jim, he does an awesome job and never seems like he's in a rush. My nails always look perfect and last me about a month every time. My daughter and I have been going here for 9 months and get the Nail Dip. Amy is great and never does them too thick. When you request your appointment just make sure to follow the instructions on the website and specify who you want appointment with. We did get gel at one point and had someone new. Cindy is absolutely amazing! I have followed her to this new salon because I have never Been able to find someone who is so creative, thorough and amazing the way she is. I don't even pick out my own color or style anymore, she surprises me every time and each time I love it even more. She is a true artist. This used to one of my favorite places to get my nails done but not anymore. Made an appointment for 1 pm, showed up 10 minutes early and still was not seated until 1:30. After I was seated I waited another 20 minutes for the nail tech to come start my nails. After waiting 50 minutes, my nail tech went ahead and made a personal phone call. Then she had the audacity to ask if I could change my color so that it wouldn't take as long. I understand being busy and understaffed but this is no way to treat a paying customer. On top of this others were offered drinks but my friend and I were not. read more

I wanted to like this place since family friends recommended it, but I just can't. I went for a pedicure while in town in December/January and paid for their best package. My polish hadn't dried well after an hour after leaving and was smudging everywhere. I went straight back and was told it was because the paraffin wax wasn't removed properly. They fixed my nails which I was grateful for. Would have been fine, except once I removed the polish about a month later, I found that I had contracted a foot fungus. Granted it's superficial, but I've never gotten a foot fungus from a nail salon before and I think it's worth letting people know to be careful. Unless they improve their sanitation, I'd avoid going here. read more

This was my first time getting my nails done, and I was soooo happy with the service and the results! Absolutely stunning. They offered me a drink while I waited, super nice workers. I will say there was a price hike from what I thought my bails were gonna cost... I came in thinking a $35 acrylic new set, plus $10 extra for an ombré powder, so I thought with tip it would be 50$ but I somehow paid $75 dollars! A bit higher than I was expecting, which was a bit disappointing. I wish I was told the pricing or while my nails were being done... If the manager would like to get back to me and help me figure that out, that would be awesome because I would love to get them filled in soon, here but I don't know how expensive it will be But the actual service and the nails are 10/10!! The basic pedicure comes with an exfoliating scrub, hot lotion and hot stone leg massage and lotion to finish off, and I'm pretty sure my feet have never been smoother! The only thing that confused me / threw me off was no base coat was used and I'm a little concerned about taking off the dark fall color I got this time around. I've had 5-star manicures before, and they've never come with a side of hang nails and paint on my skin before. I'll be going back to my regular nail salon after trying this place. I prefer services that soak your nails for a proper amount of time, technicians who listen to your second request to clean up cuticles and hang nails and don't hide their work with extra cuticle oil, and businesses that don't rush you out the door. Decided to try this out with one of my friends based on the reviews. The reviews did not lie! There are plenty of nail colors (gel and regular) and the space is gorgeous, huge and welcoming. Zach did my nails and he was incredibly friendly and meticulous with his work. We had gel manicures and them randomly decided to stay and try the jelly pedicures! It was all reasonably priced, if not comparable, to the rest of the area. If you want a fun pedicure to try, splurge on the jelly! My feet felt great after and the jelly was a fun feeling! On top of all of that, they have wine to enjoy with some of their services while you're relaxing. Where can you go wrong?! This will be my new TLC space moving forward. read more

Love the dip polish will never go back to gel. My nails always chipped with the gel. They also have pedi/wine package which was nice. Searched for a nail salon on Yelp and found this gem! All great reviews so my mom and I thought we'd try it out! We set up an appointment through Yelp, they replied within 30 minutes! When we got there they set us up in the back area by the bar, which was nice to be mostly alone instead of packed next to other people like most places. We were helped by three people: Zach, Ben, and a lady whose name we didn't get. Zach and Ben were friendly, engaging, and kept us laughing! I'm very happy with how my nails turned out and could tell that they take a lot of pride in how the final product turns out.
