Threading was done correctly on eyebrows however upper lip turns red post finish. The lady was doing it as if she was mowing the lawn. Then, I went in a separate room for waxing. I just took 1 minute to get ready and in between this time, the lady started attending another customer. She came back saying that customer to wait for 2 minutes as the waxing will take only 2 minutes. Indeed she took 2 mins to finish the job but I got my skin peeled out I guess. And funny part is that lady came to attend her customers applying dye on her own hair. I dunno who appears like that in front of customers. The workers are not at all trained. You can rely on the founders only someone named Kinjal and another lady forgot the name.
