Horrible rip off!!! Do not come to the Duval location. Family of four came out to $41 dollars. Two small shakes and 2 small cup of ice cream. This is a HUGE tourist trap. And on top of them ripping you off, the person serving the ice cream had a stank face and no personality. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I live in Miami and have been to several Haagen-Dazs and the same order would be $21. They charged double at this horrible location on Duval. Save your money and go to the other ice cream shops in the area. This must be how they pay their rent by ripping off customers. read more

30$ later.... I got one sundae for me and one smoothie for my boyfriend. was not treated nicely. the atmosphere that i was in was not giving. the total was $25. but little did i know they would add a $5 tip to my receipt. i did not like the service enough to tip. let alone $5. i asked to refund and restart my purchase but was treated with harsh disrespect. do not recommend due to my experience. after 15 minutes with my icecream melted, i finally got my tip back. thanks for nothing. read more

If I could give a minus 1000, I would. It was my husbands 51st birthday and we asked if they had a birthday discount. She was extremely less than friendly but he was fine without a discount and just ordered a baby cup of ice cream just for a small cup of something sweet. It was over $8 dollars for pretty much a quarter cup of ice cream. They were terrible when I confronted them about how insane that was and they wanted to call the cops on me for being displeased. I'm not quite sure how they are still employed. I tried to calmly ask the other employee about the situation and she completely ignored me. Mind you she was on her phone the entire time. Great location! We were walking down Devon street and decided to stop by for ice cream. We stopped a little before their closing time and it wasn't crowded. We got Pralines cream & Rum raisin, and Dulce de leche & chocolate, both in chocolate dipped cones and enjoyed it a lot. read more

Buyer beware! I usually love their Dulce de Leche sundae but this time did not please me. The guy scooping barely gave me any ice cream. It's supposed to be three scoops. It was more banana than ice cream. And on my credit card I got charged $3 more than the $8 plus that the guy told me it cost. So dishonest! read more

I usually enjoy a nice cup of Haagen-Dazs ice cream but it usually doesn't come with two mouthy teenagers that like to complain about customers. The only reason I am giving them 1 Star is because I like their ice cream. It's understandable that this is an entry work-force position and most of the time you will have teenagers manning the counter but these two should probably find a different place to work. It is obvious that management or the owner is not teaching these two girls the basics of customer service. I also want to mention, when something falls on the floor it should go in the sink to be cleaned and not set back on the prep area. Key West has many other ice cream choices so don't limit yourself to one place. read more

My family and I wanted to enjoy a nice cup of ice cream after a wonderful time at dinner. We were greater with the two teenagers on their phone sitting on the ground. No one talked to us until we asked to try a flavor. With a blunt attitude and straight face, she told they were OUT of vanilla. ma'am i know you have some in the back. Having a craving while wondering down Duval and stepped in. The place is small and they at least have a clean bathroom to use. The staff were not very friendly, but they did take your order quick and prepared it as fast, but then again we were the only ones in there. I had the Key Lime Pie on a stick dipped in chocolate. I will say they did not make it, but it was not that good. I love Key Lime Pie just aint a fan of this style. Our son seemed to enjoy his ice-cream so we would go back. read more

My family and I visited Key West (via the Ferry from Fort Myers), 2 days after Christmas. The whole island was jam-packed with people (holiday week plus a cruise ship in town) so this Haagen-Dazs store was quite BUSY when we arrived! The store was clean and cool and the employees served 10 of us quickly and with ease. Despite the rush, we found the staff to be very friendly and the ice cream was fresh and delicious! After paying, we left the store and headed back to the boat, "Key West Express," only to discover (about an hour or two later) that I had left my cell phone at the ice cream shop! Unable to return to retrieve it myself, I quickly contacted the store manager who took down all of my information and gave me an email address to follow up with the owner. The owner promptly replied to my request to mail the phone to my home in OH and a few days later I had it back in my possession! I am so moved by the kindness of the store manager and the owner and thought I'd share this story so that others would know that this is not only a place to enjoy a great scoop of ice cream, but the staff and owner are people of high moral character. This is the type of business I want to visit and support!! I highly recommend that you visit this Haagen Dazs store when in Key West! Thank you, Lonnie & team read more

The worker pretended we weren't even there when we were waiting to order with no greeting. After we spoke first we started to order and he went on and started to make the first half of the order and case back to finish taking our order. Close to no talking and very rude when he did talk. After drag queens comes dessert! This may be the only place in the world where those two are mere steps from one another. This place is open LATE on Duval so they will cater to your sweet tooth just about any time of the day. The shop was steady but not overly busy at 10pm. I got a scoop of belgian chocolate and a scoop of coffee ice cream in a waffle cone. These were pretty generous scoops. They were the perfect thing to satisfy my late night sweet tooth. There are several small two top tables inside but we ended up walking Duval after getting our ice cream. read more

Great little ice cream shop! Staff is helpful and patient.. It's usually not too busy when I go (around 6-8p), although I've been there at 11p and it is always easy to get in and out.. What can you say about Haagen-Dazs? It's always good and they have a plethora of choices.. Too many to list. Always hits the spot in Key West! I ve been here with my friends and took a lemon sorbet and I was surprised about how good it was. I didn't expect it because every lemon sorbet or ice cream I ate in the US wasn't good but the one on this place was amazing. I took a small cup but it was enough for one person. I wanted something to fill my stomach for a bit cuz I was just a bit hungry and it worked to stop my "wanting of something to eat". The flavor was good, the smell as well and the "cool" right. Beside he lemon sorbet of course they have a lot of choices of ice cream. My friend were happy as well with what they ate. This place has even coffee and great cookies. If you eat an ice cream here you won't regret. A bit expensive but it's worth it. The service was good and they treat me well and took my order right as I wanted it. 5 + stars. Congrats!! read more

We started with a Bloody Maria ($13) & a Hot Irishman coffee ($12) - both were excellent. Lot's of breakfast choices from fancy pancakes to various eggs Benedict breakfast dishes. Shrimp & Grits - Key West Shrimp Sautéed in White Wine. Butter and Scallions over Grits and White Cheddar w/ fresh fruit ($19) & Andy's Grilled Sharp Cheddar Cheese & Tomato Sandwich w/ potatoes ($13) - again both were excellent. Very relaxing atmosphere on a somewhat busy lunch time. There is also a gift shop featuring their baked desserts and the usual tourist souveniers & clothing. It was perfectly crunchy and tasted homemade, which paired so well with the filling. Even the whipped cream on top was delicious. I will say, if I were a true key lime pie lover, I'd probably be obsessed, if that makes sense, lol. Overall, great experience. It gives you that relaxed, toes-in-the-sand feeling, almost like you're unwinding right by the water. It has a great vibe. We're not huge fans of soft serve, mainly because the flavors and textures can feel limited. Rooster Treats makes up for that with the generous amount of toppings you can add. I ordered the Chocolate Paradise, which came with chocolate drizzle, sprinkles, and Oreo crumbs. It was delicious, and the portion size was very good. Glad we checked it out before heading home.
