Food here is hot, flavorful, fresh and filling. Had the lamb gyro and it was great. Also ordered some baklava and almost couldn't finish it because it was a very generous portion. Great customer service and clean area. Don't go anywhere else for lunch. read more

I'd like to address some negative reviews circulating on Facebook. This is a period of fasting for some religions. It is difficult for a person to work around food while fasting. Please be patient. This is a small business on Fairgrounds Road. It is very nicely decorated inside. I believe I have had the gyros at local events in the past. I prefer vegetarian gyros. There are also Halal options for meat. I think the tzatziki and bread may be homemade. There are a lot of menu options besides Gyros. There's also desserts and handmade naan. The dolmas were absolutely delicious wonderful. They were packed with flavor. read more

Wow! I just had the best falafel gyro ever in the US. Holy cow! Went to this small 4 table establishment for lunch recommended by friends. It's a nondescript place in a stripe mall next to a gas station and Subway sandwich shop. I didn't take a photo of my gyro, ate the whole thing. The bread was warm and soft, the sauces were flavorful and the falafels were moist not dry. Perfect mixture of lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers. My husband also ordered vegetable samosas which he stated were delicious! The cashier was very patient and friendly , she even told us a couple of jokes ! This is a wonderful little gem in our community. Definitely recommend a visit. This will be our new home to for a gyro! read more

This guy my husband and I have been many times over the years and yes he has very short staff seems it's more of a family business, yet with patience he's always been kind and so has his staff. Our food has always been wonderful perhaps we just choose the right food. The music doesn't bother us and sometimes when his family is there it makes the place feel like a grand hall far away. They are friendly and good people better than some I've run into here in a long time. There plates are great. Sometimes you can see they are so busy it's hard to keep up with everything. I know how it is for the customer to think you should always eat the cost as a business owner but it's hard to keep a business going with that mindset. I wish this place blessings and its owners for giving it a go in this cruel market. read more

Fantastic service and food. Owner is very kind. Absolutely recommend above all other local gyro spots

Ordered takeout on a Saturday night. Got the Jumbo Lamb & Beef Gyros (around $13 ea.) for my wife and I and ended up totally stuffed. These were the biggest, sloppiest, tastiest gyros we've had in a long time. We've never been disappointed with the various menu items we've had here...and it's only a few minutes from home! I called in the order and only had to wait for a few minutes after I arrived. Next time I'm trying the Falafel Gyro. read more

These gyros are the best I've ever had, the staff is always so friendly and happy, service is incredible. This place definitely deserves more attention! 10/10 every single time I've gone read more

So this is their combo plate - feel free to look at their advertising and website, because it isn't even close. This place is so up and down, it just isn't worth going anymore. Not only is the order totally opposite not what they advertised, the salad and rice is about a table spoon of each. This was the last time. Please close down so that we can get a nice shop in your place (And after living in Bahrain, your food is far from authentic) read more

Gyro King - Their "combo". - Mediterranean Near Me - Bremerton, Washington

So once the guy finally came out and realized we were here, we ordered a salad, mixed grill and garlic mayo fries. The mixed grill was over dry and the beef (or non chicken) was so tough, I was barely able to pull it apart with my fingers (no knife was provided)...and he also forgot the tiki sauces - had to ask for it and our French fries - he forgot both. I've been here a couple of times and it is the most inconsistent restaurant in town. Never know if the salad is fresh, cause tastes different each time etc... this time the meat was so tough, I didn't even take it home I think this is the last time - I love gyros, falafel, etc so I love the concept, but the execution is definitely lacking read more

Tasty Mediterranean food. Great options on menu. Quick service, friendly staff, and convenient location.

My family and I were craving some delicious gyro. This place did it disappoint. You walk in, place your order up front and take a seat. They brought our food out to our table. Everyone was super nice and friendly. They gave us a few recommendations on what to try. We forgot to get some dessert to go :( . All was delicious, warm and fresh! read more

Good gyro's and cleanliness is great, no complaints other than sometimes there's a bit of a wait for the food, however it's worth a short wait. read more

I've been to a couple of Greek Isles and had truly authentic gyros. This place definitely compares to the gyros in Greece!! Fresh Greek salad and the meat on the gyro was tender and flavorful! Friendly service and clean place! Will definitely be back! The regular-size gyro has plenty of meat on it and will definitely fill you up! UPDATE: went back again already. The gyro is mouth watering! I did get fries instead of rice this time - the only thing I didn't like at this place was the rice-side. The rice is just bland in my opinion. So ditch the rice side and get anything else on their menu!! read more

Food is great, the owner is awesome. Plenty of seating area. A lot of food options. They serve halal food.

This was our first time going to the Gyro King and the food and service was amazing! The pricing was fantastic for the quality of food you get! 5 out of 5 stars for sure! read more

Get the spicy chicken shawarma plate that was so good. The service was amazing and the garlic mayo fries were great

Wonderful food. The best schwarma you'll get. Yeah I know I misspelled it. I don't care it was delish. Service was solid. He was very kind and warm. The ambiance isn't anything special but who cares? The food is bomb. Just get it takeout. read more

Down the street from the house holds the delicious combo plate gyro that I order about once a month. Always order online for pick up because foods made fresh so it takes 10 minutes or so. read more

Food was delicious! Service was tremendous. A lot of quantity for the price. Overall, 5/5 experience!

Went in mid afternoon. The decor is very plain, and not very inviting, nothing to write home about. The place was empty except one couple waiting for their order. I placed my order a grilled chicken gyro. I was told by the older gentleman working. It would be 7 to 10 minutes. My husband was next-door at subway getting a sandwich so I thought oh no he will have to wait for me. This is way too long. Within three minutes it was ready! The Pita was soft and warm, the chicken was tender and tasty. The lettuce and tomato were crisp and fresh. The tzatziki, amazing. I live in a different city, if I lived locally, I would be here every other day if I could. This is a great spot, a hidden gem! Go every chance you get! read more

Best service, super nice people. Definitely the best food around, I hope they open more locations in Kitsap county, hopefully Poulsbo area. Can't wait to go back. read more

I came by a couple weeks ago and asked if I could get a container of their baba ganoush on its own since they only sell it in their mazza plate (I am obsessed with it, the stuff is better than hummus imo) and he kindly gave me a side even though they only make a small portion! He was so kind and as always, the food was delicious. read more

This store is first of all slow. But they also don't acknowledge you are even there. I went in to pick up an order and stood at the counter for 12 min while people made eye contact with me from the back, but never came up. Not great. Also, it is overpriced. read more

OK .. visiting and still not sure if this place was in Silverdale or Bremerton. Doesn't matter ... food was great. Ordered gyros to go along with spinach pie. The tzatziki sauce was a little different and a little looser than what I expected. It was good, but you don't really need to order extra like I did, because it spread easily. Didn't try too much more ... maybe next visit. But my son and daughter in law frequent this place to get their "Greek fix." read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND! The staff didn't wash their hands!! Eww! Need I say more?! I immediately cancelled my order after the fact. Would you eat it? read more

Food was amazing. The pita was delicious. Had the chicken and beef kabobs plate, shawarma sandwich, and dolmas. All very good. Rice too. Please come to Poulsbo! You'll make band there! read more

The gyros are not as good as what I'm used to elsewhere, but this place will do in a pinch. I have been here about 4 times since they opened and the gyros are consistently average. Their tzatziki is green. I don't know about you but when my food turns green I throw it away. I'm not quite sure what they put in it to make it green but it's kind of strange. But it is also consistent. It's always green and they haven't thrown it away yet! And the gyros are missing something. Not quite sure what it is but maybe there's just not enough onions and feta for my taste. So much for the gyros. Now, I must admit I do love their chicken wings. The ones that taste like they came out of a Tandoori pot. That is the one nice thing about this restaurant is that they have more than one culture represented in the foods they serve. read more

Baklava! Baklava! We were craving gyro and while we were ordering, the clamshell containers of pistachio baklava virtually jumped up and down, begging us to give them a try. We did. Worth every crispy, buttery bite. The gyros were tasty too. We will most definitely be back. P.S. we bought another pack (or two) of baklava for the ride home. read more

Amazing food new management new owner very friendly. The baklava was delicious. They knew baklava was the best the garlic sauce one of the best things I ever had. I highly recommend read more

Food. The gyros, both chicken and lamb are terrific. Tsi tsi was great with pita bread.

I gave this new spot a chance based on Facebook activity. I had the gyro combo with fries and a soda. The gyro was overseasoned with something that made the tzatziki sauce turn orange. Not an authentic taste. Fries were not hot, perhaps they tasted better when they were fresh? There was one customer when we arrived, but a line of 6+ when we left. I'm hopeful they work out the kinks, the area needs a good gyro place. read more

Excellent service, great staff and the lunch special I will be back for. Gyro Kimg nailed it.

Wonderful gyro sandwiches and a great appetizer platter keeps me coming all the way from Bainbridge Island. I especially enjoy the dolmades and appetizer dips, and I always leave with extras in a to-go box. The dining room is small, but I enjoy the staff, who seem very nice and accomodating. read more

The garlic Mayo fry's are absolutely amazing, staff are friendly and helpful, wouldn't really sit down and eat here (although you could)

The kid working front counter is a nut job! He lacks any form of form of good customer service. He will not hesitate to get in your face to get his point across. He is very confrontational and loud. Don't ruin his day, because he will definitely ruin yours. Will not come back here again. read more
