I ordered take out and everything looked good, checked for garlic sauce as they said, but I should've checked for my feta!! I ordered the spanikopita very much looking forward to that with the feta and we got home to none! Not a single piece. I tried calling the store but the number listed online and the receipt don't function! This was my first time actually eating there- I've delivered their food during covid when trying to make extra cash, but never consumed. Low rating for missing item (besides the pie, i was craving that feta!) and the chicken Shwarma platter had way more rice than chicken- not even a cup worth of meat- overpriced for what you get. Facility is nice. Supports both the Packers and the Bears. Staff is nice. Knowledgeable and offered up some great options. There is plenty of seating inside and a table and chairs on the outside. We ordered gyro sandwich, a gyro Platter with rice and an order of lamb kabobs with rice to go. The food is tasty and portion sizes are large. The gyro platter was enough for two people to eat while there and lunch for me the day after. The only issue is the rice doesn't have much flavor. read more

I order chicken shawarma here consistently and it's great every time, especially for those of us looking for a quick meal that is relatively healthy. I only wish Tahini sauce was free with it, but it costs extra and you only get a small cup. Absolutely delicious food. Only thing I can say negatively was we paid extra for more pita and received two kinds. One was delicious and one was not very good quality. Strange. Beef done medium rare was incredible. Hummus was a hit with the kids and extra meat for 6$ gave enough food for a second meal. Wish it came with tomato and cucumber instead of so much onion for the meals. Was a little overkill 90% onion. Very little tomato and cucumber. We added our own and really enjoyed everything. We will absolutely come again. Maybe we'll order directly from the store and skip the extra pita. read more

The service was fantastic. The food came out fast. The place was very clean and in a very good location.

So I was in this restaurant today and I gave the employee a tip and the manager takes the tip money away from the employees and keeps it that is so wrong. On top of that you can hear the manager or the owner being rude in the back he's always yelling. He doesn't talk to his employees when you're sitting in the dining room. The only person that was actually nice was the cashier. The dining room is always so hot like there's no air out in the area of sitting. read more

My dining companion had gyro with fries. Ton of fries, ton of meat, fries were delicious! Very, very clean place!!!! Prompt service. I've never seen tzatziki piped like that! It was scrumptious. I would like to try whatever eggplant dish this is next time. I didn't see it on the menu, and didn't have a lot of time in my day to explore (my theory is when in doubt, baba ganoush). My husband and I tried this for the first time tonight. I've never been a gyro person but a girl I work with had this one day and it smelled amazing! I am giving this place 4 stars strictly for the gyros! They were huge and delicious and were not expensive. We also got a philly sandwich. The menu said it comes with lettuce, tomato and Mayo. Didn't sound too bad but when we started eating the sandwich the Mayo, lettuce and tomato were all in the bottom of the bun. The hot meat was put on top which made the lettuce and tomato all hot and soggy. My husband also had fries and they were ok but just didn't taste fresh. We would definitely have this place again but probably only sticking with the gyros from here on out. read more

We were in for the first time tonight and I was SO excited to find a gyro I really like (ever since Sparti's closed). The gyro platter and gyro potato was AMAZING. The pita and tzatziki sauce totally makes a gyro and their's is SO good. Personally, I'm not a "hummus person" but their hummus was so flavorful and just delicious. We traveled from about 30 mins away to try it out and we will back again! My dad got the shish kabob platter and I'll be trying that next time! It looked and smelled amazing. Service was also great. One of the adjustments that was hard for me to make moving to Kenosha was the lack of regional foods. I am so glad I tried this place, the fact that I can get Baba ghanoush instead of hummus on the side of my plate made me so happy. GYRO GEM We just wanted a gyro sandwich and we found a place near Highway 50 in Kenosha. We walked in and we walked out. The reason why...it didn't feel authentic. I went to the Yelp App and found this restaurant. When we walked in we knew we were at the right place and that we had made a great choice for our food. They have a few tables outside and luckily the weather was nice so we dined outdoors. The best part is that after they took our order they told us they would bring our food to us. This was great because we didn't want to linger inside waiting for our order to come up. The one guy at the front of house was really good. He was running meals to tables and out to cars. He was was definitely working his butt off and going above and beyond. We were so hungry and our eyes were big. We got a couple of gyro sandwiches, onion rings, lentil soup and a chicken shawarma platter. The platter came with hummus, pita bread, salad and yellow rice plus it was topped with a generous amount of seasoned chicken. Everything was so delicious. We even had to take home some leftovers. The pita bread was so good. I talked to the guy behind the counter and he told me they make it fresh daily. Honestly one of the best pita breads I've ever had. The onion rings rocked too. I swear they were homemade but he told me that they were trying a new vendor this week. I told him that they scored and to keep them. He said that many people were complementing them. They fooled me. I really thought they were made in house. The soup was so good. I really need to learn how to make a good Mediterranean lentil soup. This soup kicked some culinary butt. The gyro sandwiches were old school with onion, tomato and sauce. They totally hit the spot. They were why we came here. The hummus was fantastic too. We'd totally come back here. It isn't on a huge main road. Nor is right at the intersection but the locals know it. There was a steady stream of people picking up food. I loved that. We also ordered a gyro cheddar melt- it was good, but it comes with melted 'nacho-type' cheese instead of shredded fresh cheese, which was a disappointment. The baked potato with sour cream & chives was great! Stay away from the onion rings, all breading and no onion - we didn't eat any of them. The restaurant was clean, quiet. Go here. Know a lot of Greeks. While this isn't a Grecian-American restaurant, I can tell you one thing it does right, Greek or not. I love a good gyro, especially with feta cheese. As I've said, I know a lot of Greeks, and I can tell you that Kronos gyro isn't actually all that good. It dries out in like three minutes after it's cut from the cone. Corfu gyro doesn't. It is still very juicy ten minutes after it's been served to you. What does that have to do with anything? They have Corfu gyro here. I specifically asked one day when I went inside the restaurant and the guy told me so. Told me they couldn't stand the other kinds of Gyro, that Corfu tasted the best to them. That kind of commitment to good-tasting food impressed me and I've never been let down any of the times I've gone here. read more

I hate to say it but I forget where they are located and how good the food was. Today did not disappoint. I went in for lunch and ordered the chicken kabob platter. It came with yellow rice, Jerusalem salad, and baba ganoush or hummus. I chose the baba ganoush. I also ordered lentil soup; the flavor is outstanding but a bit thinner than I anticipated. I dropped in some pieces of pita and let it soak up the soup. Wow! So good. I'll get 3 meals out of this order. Bottom line - great service, diverse menu ("American" food on menu), absolutely delicious food, big portions at a great price, simply wonderful. read more

Tried this place for the first time ever, and we did a pickup order. We ordered hummus as the side but they gave Baba ghannouj instead, which was upsetting because we aren't huge fans of that dish (hence why we chose hummus). They also did not give us our chicken kebab pita sandwich which we paid for through Grubhub. Realized this after coming home, so we called them twice, waited and waited, and they never picked up. There was still supposed to be 20 mins until they closed according to their hours online, so not sure why nobody picked up. Ended up calling Grubhub's customer support to get a refund on the missing sandwich. Other than those issues, the rice and chicken kebabs from the platter were good, and the gyro philly was also pretty tasty, and the pita bread was soft and good. We are grateful for the fact that they are still open and serving the community during this COVID-19 pandemic. Thanks for the food! read more

The food is good & it's the only place in Kenosha that has a decent Greek selection. Just super annoyed at the fact that every time I've ordered delivery from here , something is always missing from the order or wrong. I've complained multiple times but there's not much they can do unless you come to the restaurant & pick up the missing items which defeats the $7 delivery fee & tip. Tonight we were missing something small- side of tzatziki. My husband had to drive back to the restaurant just to pick it up. Seems trivial but when they're charging almost $1 per side of sauce it can start to add up. We usually spend $35-$40 so it's not cheap. Also, I understand that mistakes happen but this is happening EVERY single time & after checking out other reviews this seems to be a trend. read more

Must go to for Greek/Middle Eastern Food! It's just a simple take out/sit down kind of place. Directly of one of Kenosha's main streets. 1st time we ate here, we ate in. Plentiful portion size (and then some) and tastefully prepared meals. Had to take the salad home. Couldn't it until next evening and it was amazingly fresh. Excellent choices of salad ingredients. Most unprofessional business ever. I picked up a $125 order with food and beverages to go. When I went to go grab utensils, straws and napkins someone came out from the back yelling at me. He said I shouldn't be taking them. I reassured him that I just picked up a large order and he said," I don't care, you people take everything." He was yelling at me in front of a restaurant full of people for no reason. He wouldn't even let me take some napkins or straws for my 4 large beverages. Very distasteful, and unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and stay away!!! I only gave them one star because the website makes you pick atleast one. They don't even deserve the one star. read more
