Have ordered take out several times in the last couple weeks. The gyros are pa ked with fresh ingrediants and are very filling! The pork gyro is delicious and the chicken as well. The beef gyro platter was very good also!

I ordered the Authentic Chicken Bowl, and OMG, it was WTF GOOD! Seriously! The setup is pretty chill - you find your own seat and then order at the counter. The modern vibe of the place was neat! Our server was super nice and friendly! In short, if you're looking for a place to enjoy great Greek cuisine while enjoying a laid-back, modern dining experience, Gyro Concept is your go-to. 10/10!!

    Beef & Lamb Gyro Wrap

I went after work. I had the lamb gyro. Was plenty of meat on it. It tasted as good as it looked. They were extremely fast in getting my order ready. I had them put the French fry's on the side rather than on the gyro. The girl who took my order was extremely nice as well. Definitely worth trying.

Beef/lamb gyro sandwich was very good and french fries were my favorite kind, which I prefer to the side. This is a nice eatery with good vibes. Service was great.

I wish this place existed when I was going to undergrad at Lafayette College. If this was here then, I probably would have been broker than broke but it would have been totally worth it. My friends and I were in town for a friend's wedding and we happened upon this place on the day we were all heading back home. There is ample seating once you walk in and immediately in front you see the meats roasting away. The air is captivating and just so comforting. The pricing is super reasonable and the amount of food you are given is plentiful. I ordered mine to go for the drive, but my friends couldn't wait to have theirs and I forgot to capture them. One of them got the bowl and it was filled to the brim, one of them got the platter and it's enough food for two people to share. The others got the pita wrap as did I. The fries included in the wrap were so crispy, you could hear the crunch. The meat was plentiful that it took up majority of it. There was also a layer of tzatziki sauce that was not too liquid-y or too thick. The owners were super inviting and sweet. They not only bring the food to you personally but also check in with you while dining. They are opened till 0230am which is perfect for a college student looking for something other than wawa.

After leaving a recent review at the Father-restaurant Kabinett, it feels appropriate to do so…read morehere. This is a firmly casual atmosphere- part café, part bierhall, part grocery, and most importantly- Curated Wine Shoppe. The ambience- bloody enormous! It was an auto garage! The outdoor patio is also large- standard Bierhall bench seating or stand overlooking the river and 'Free Bridge', as the locals colloquially refer to it. Pagoda to keep the sun off. The café- standard coffee options, and a few pastries. I believe the pastries used to be done in house (a couple had Moroccan flavours), but now, done by the wonderful duet Pie+Tart. The Bierhall- firstly- they stock Ayinger. This is my favourite Braurei in Germany. Nothing pleases me more than to see several brews- especially the Brauweiß. There are about 15 beers from which to choose, most being less common/higher quality German Brews. There are also some American brews by Von Trapp in Vermont- who also focus on German styles. Good prices. Served in the proper Becher glassware- or suck on a bottle. The Grocery- focusing on Australian dry goods and some necessities. This harkens back to the old Silk Mill location- sans the candies. I've bought some higher quality spices here. THE Wine Shoppe. Since this part of the venture opened, it has become my go-to for most of my wine. He stocks wine which you will not see anywhere else. The focus is on Austrian/German, and Australian wines. Cheap to expensive. Walking the horseshoe from left to right, you start in the White Brut/Sekt, to the Grüner, to the Red /Rot Sekt. In the centre are the cheaper wines, and a good amount of Rosé. While I say cheaper, that does not mean inferior by any means. One of our household favourites has become Fritz's Rosé. I will take the time to discuss the Wines mostly- I was introduced to many Weingut here- Moric, George Breuer, Fritz and many others. The selection rotates, but there are some mainstays. Try to find the proprietor- Jason- walk the Shoppe with him and ask questions. I have never once been steered astray. The focus thankfully is the drier side of Wine- Old and New World. You will not be inundated with the same rubbish Napa Valley and PA wines other proprietors carry. This Shoppe is for those who have an Old World palette and feel the necessity to always pay restaurant premiums. Remember, at a restaurant, you are paying for the wine, plus the storage, Som, and service. You can also buy chilled wine. You can also buy wine to consume there (different list due to LCB Legalities).

I'd heard nothing but glowing reviews about this place, so I was more than a little excited to experience it for myself. For appetizers, I had the chicken spring rolls, fried calamari, and lobster bisque. The spring rolls had a crisp bite with a perfect mix of napa cabbage, carrot, hoisin, and sriracha aioli. The calamari was tender, lightly breaded, and served with a zesty jalapeño aioli and marinara. The lobster bisque was rich and creamy, topped with savory lobster meat. All three were excellent! I went with the lobster papparedelle for dinner, and it was just as amazing as the appetizers! The noodles were perfectly cooked, the sherry cream sauce was flavorful, and the lobster was incredibly succulent. Couldn't have asked for a better meal. My friends tried the guinness braised short ribs and the penne alla vodka. The shorts ribs were a hit, but the penne alla vodka didn't stand out, it was just average. With so many other great options on the menu, I wouldn't recommend it. Service was great. We were seated right away, even without a reservation, and our server, Maria, was friendly and showed superb timeliness throughout our meal.
