I just can't recommend as a shopper or shop owner you use this business…read more It can't be justified how as a company Painted offers very little to nothing at all for its vendors in the way of a physical space they really are just landlords charging you rent for the bare minimum services. The era of brick and mortars is fleeting and the best shops in painted tree are ones that don't rely on it and have their own online stores or other outlets and ways of selling their products. Painted tree has a very small number of truly successful shops and if you ask anyone about it they'll say "its the economy", "it's the slow season", "business will pick up in a few months" though it never truly seems to. No matter the time of year sales are generally low especially when compared to an online alternative avenue. Their events are laughable and akin to a middle school class party and marketing is essentially non-existent with the location not being of any help essentially being completely hidden from main marketing roads. Customers are also sold a fallacy of "helping support local businesses" like they are supporting families in need but a large majority of the shops are opened by bored middle class women with nothing better to do but leech their wealthy husband money and sell jewelry or clothes they make in their spare time. Very few of the shops are actual business attempts to support families and it's sad because they are essentially losing money by staying. The building constantly leaks, security is essentially non-existent with theft being "excepted" and no real action being taken to ensure the security of your goods. The staff is very lazy and often sit around and giggle chatting with little incentive to clean or straighten booths. There's usually only two young ladies at a time which again leaves a large store to be just robbed blind as what are they going to do about it. Roaches as well are found commonly and the bathrooms are regularly a disaster as again I'm sure the staff aren't reprimanded in any way for not performing their duties. If you ever shop here when a manager isn't present and have any questions it basically like talking to a brick wall, you are left to deal with incompetent teenagers who apparently know nothing about anything and can barely address you for 5 seconds before looking back at their phone. Additionally, staff can be found sitting in chairs around the store or taking pictures of themselves in mirrors instead of doing any actual work. These are the people who are representing your store and brand. Honestly the whole system is ridiculous and filled with false promises that never come and I'd say if you have a semi-successful business to steer clear of this place as it's nothing but a money leech and not worth it in any sense. Management here is also a joke refusing to answer straight forward questions or take any accountability at all. These women are not professional and are horrible at their jobs doing essentially the bare minimum. I cannot stress how poorly this operation is ran and can only hope shoppers and shop owners steer clear of this establishment.

1-Star Review: Old Navy's Outdated & Customer-Hostile Pricing Policy…read more I am beyond disappointed with Old Navy's archaic and frankly pathetic pricing and price-adjustment policies. In 2025, it is ridiculous that a major retailer still refuses to honor their own online prices in-store unless the item is also purchased online. What kind of logic is that? I shopped in-store on Black Friday, assuming I was getting the best deal of the year -- only to find out on Cyber Monday that nearly every item I bought was significantly cheaper online. I could have saved at least 25% more had I purchased online instead of in-store. When I called customer service, I was told they "can't help" and that I had to physically go back to the store for a price adjustment. Who does this in 2025? Fine. I went to the store. Then the cashier tells me I need to bring all the items back just so they can process a return and make me re-buy everything at the online price. How is this remotely customer-friendly? How is this efficient? Why does a customer need to jump through hoops because the company refuses to align in-store and online pricing? Lesson learned: NEVER shop in Old Navy stores. Their in-store prices are almost always higher, and their policies make it incredibly difficult to get a price adjustment. If you must shop at Old Navy, buy online only -- pick up in store if you must. Online purchases offer the best pricing and customer service actually helps you over the phone. Retailers with such outdated, non-customer-centered policies have no one to blame but themselves when they struggle or go out of business. In a world where Amazon, Nordstrom, Macy's, Temu, and Shein are making shopping easier and more convenient, Old Navy is stuck in the past. Do better, Old Navy -- or prepare to be left behind.
