They only ever have one or two people working. I have walked through the entire store multiple times looking for someone to help me find something or go to the register to check out and had no luck finding someone. It's a pain when you're in a hurry or have a fussy little one. In the evenings they are better staffed or at least have employees who are mindful of their customers. In 2025, it is ridiculous that a major retailer still refuses to honor their own online prices in-store unless the item is also purchased online. What kind of logic is that? I shopped in-store on Black Friday, assuming I was getting the best deal of the year -- only to find out on Cyber Monday that nearly every item I bought was significantly cheaper online. I could have saved at least 25% more had I purchased online instead of in-store. When I called customer service, I was told they "can't help" and that I had to physically go back to the store for a price adjustment. Who does this in 2025? Fine. I went to the store. Then the cashier tells me I need to bring all the items back just so they can process a return and make me re-buy everything at the online price. How is this remotely customer-friendly? How is this efficient? Why does a customer need to jump through hoops because the company refuses to align in-store and online pricing? Lesson learned: NEVER shop in Old Navy stores. Their in-store prices are almost always higher, and their policies make it incredibly difficult to get a price adjustment. If you must shop at Old Navy, buy online only -- pick up in store if you must. Online purchases offer the best pricing and customer service actually helps you over the phone. Retailers with such outdated, non-customer-centered policies have no one to blame but themselves when they struggle or go out of business. In a world where Amazon, Nordstrom, Macy's, Temu, and Shein are making shopping easier and more convenient, Old Navy is stuck in the past. Do better, Old Navy -- or prepare to be left behind.

You go girl! And BG, even if WG was wrong, don't argue in front of customers please, it's poor form. But 5 stars BC I love H&M and I'm glad there's one closeby so I don't have to always go to Willow Bend. I will be back frequently.

The in-store pricing has gotten pretty high -- most items are $20+, which is often only about $5 off retail. For a resale store, that doesn't feel like much of a deal anymore. The bigger disappointment was the selling experience. We brought in three full bags of quality items, and while nothing was said outright, the staff's demeanor made it feel like it was an inconvenience. The energy felt rushed and dismissive. They ended up taking only five items, and one entire bag was returned to us in the exact same order we dropped it off -- clearly untouched. It was frustrating, especially considering how positive my experiences used to be here.
