This was truly a case of no pressure sales--Eddie was there for us when we needed him and was ready and willing to answer questions, but didn't hound us or hover as we were checking out the car. From first look to driving off the lot, it took us one week, which was perfect and gave us time to view other cars and make an informed decision. Muffler split in half, 9 year old tires balding, all break pads and rotors needed replacement, and several other things. Took them a week for their "mechanic" to get the car ready to sell, and due to work I couldn't make the drive back to drop off my car for them to fix. Several months later I called Hampden Trading CO to see if they would buy the car back with a steep discount and all the repairs. They laughed and hung up. Needless to say I should have taken action and demanded for them to fix my car, but after all the lies and distrust I wasn't sure what would have come out of me making the trip back and being without a car for a week+. Thanks Rusty!

Even when shared a quote with them they wouldn't budge on the pricing (that's their prerogative) but they also tried to tell me the other dealerships were misleading us. That just wasn't the case and I saved considerable money by shopping around. Balise has inventory. They have nice customer service areas. They can talk a good game.... But.... The last three times I've shopped for new vehicles none of the balise dealerships came close to offering prices comparable to other dealerships that I worked with. Three thousand on the same car and trim is a lot of money. They also offered far less on a trade in. Do yourself a favor and shop around. Money in your pockets is better than money in theirs! Keep your cash!
