They were incredibly low maintenance when it came to me explaining the issue, dropping off my car, and contacting me right away with a diagnostic and a realistic quote. I came to t&t after a frustrating, gas-lighting conversation with the service department of my car dealership. They had quoted me $8k for a repair that t&t said I didn't need. I'm so glad I went to t&t auto care for a second opinion. As a woman, I appreciate an auto shop whose staff doesn't talk down to me and is polite through-and-through. Shout out to Gavin for understanding my frustrations with the dealership and providing top tier customer service despite how busy his business is.

I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with Lifetime Automotive. My experience was…read moreextremely disappointing and left me feeling that honesty and transparency were not priorities. I paid thousands of dollars for repairs with the expectation that my vehicle would be properly diagnosed and repaired. Instead, I continued to experience problems after the work was completed. Throughout the process, it seemed that new issues were identified as we went along, making it difficult to have confidence in the accuracy of the diagnosis or the recommendations I was given. I was also disappointed by the lack of detailed documentation on my invoice. For a repair bill of this size, customers should receive clear information about the brands and part numbers of the components that were installed. That level of transparency should be standard. As a woman, I left feeling that my concerns were not taken seriously and that I was treated differently than I would expect any customer to be treated. Rather than feeling informed and respected, I felt pressured to accept recommendations without receiving the level of explanation and documentation I deserved. Professional auto repair shops earn trust through honesty, transparency, and quality workmanship. Unfortunately that was not my experience with Lifetime Automotive. I WOULD NOT return, and I cannot recommend this business based on my experience.

Despite having the issue isolated, the technicians arrived without the proper tools or parts. They recommended a splice, but then struggled significantly to cut the line, requiring multiple trips to hardware stores for equipment. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into hours of wasted time due to their lack of preparation. On top of that, the hydraulic fluid spill wasn't cleaned properly, and the professionalism on site was lacking. I was initially charged an exorbitant four thousand dollars, which included being billed for their time wasted finding the right tools. After questioning it, the bill was reduced to thirty-five hundred, but I still feel completely overcharged and taken advantage of for a simple repair. I do not recommend this company.
