They then lied to her about not needing insurance approval. They also lied about what they were having her sign. I'm the policyholder (and an insurance defense attorney), so I asked them to send me the form, and they refused to do so. Instead, they refused to work on the car altogether and insisted that the car be taken to another shop. Which I was more than happy to do! Very shady behavior.

They knew and admitted to messing up my car, but wouldn't admit it to my insurance company. After they were supposed to fix their mistakes, I feel they purposely started messing with my car. There were new scratches, noises, dings on window, white paint (my car is black), extremely noticeable swirls on my ENTIRE car. My tinted windows were ruined. THEY DID A HORRIBLE JOB ON MY CAR.
