Told me to get there before they close if I want to talk to the guy who did it. I said I didn't have a ride so can you have the guy who did it call me. He said they were busy and if I want to talk to them I need to find my way to the shop before they close. So I asked to talk to Mike the owner, he was recommended to me by the guy who I bought my car from, but Mike is also busy and he would leave him and message and see if he might call me back. I just want to know what was done on my car! If I can't get there before closing you want me to pay and you'll leave the key but you won't tell me what work was done! I asked if he could be more specific. "Like $1000". Ok, that's a typical price for an a/c replacement, but this guy and his "expensive" talk is annoying and condescending. He has no idea, and nor is it his business, what people can and cannot afford. It turns out that the work that needed to be done is less than the amount I talked the seller down from his asking price yesterday when I paid cash for the car. It also turns out that I'll be taking the car elsewhere for the repair. The Norm McDonald/Guy Fieri mashup looking guy can keep listening to his Van Halen and being misogynistic all by himself.

Started at 40 pounds great! Then about 30 minutes later 38'37'36 and counting down. I called to let them know I would return but felt uneasy. Woke up the next day to a total flat. I got it inflated and quickly took it to Ford. When they gave me the key they said it was fixable. I ask what happened and was told there was a nail in the center of the tread and they patched it. Now I'm shaking my head. What do you think happened? I eventually took the tire to the Ford dealership and after two repairs, the tire still leaked. They later told me it was a pinhole leak in the sidewall. After a new tire the expensive problem was solved. I will retract the bad review. Sorry Tlc.

Decent Repairs, Toxic Atmosphere **Pros:** The basic service…read morehere is okay. They fixed the AC on my vehicle, and the work itself was fair and reasonably priced. **Cons:** The actual experience of being in this shop is deeply uncomfortable. The owners possess extreme, egocentric, and radical views that they do not hesitate to push onto customers. Walking into this business feels like stepping straight back into a Jim Crow-era South atmosphere. **Verdict:** While they can handle basic mechanical repairs, the hostile and backwards environment makes it completely unsupportable. No matter how fair the AC repair was, the deeply unsettling interactions are simply not worth it. I will not be returning, and I highly recommend looking elsewhere if you prefer to do business in the 21st century.

Wow. New to the area and ended up with a nail in one of my tires. Empire was very close to my place…read moreso I figured I'd give them a try. Checked their hours, found out they opened at seven on Saturday, so I got there a bit before. At seven on the dot, somebody showed up to open. I waited a few minutes to let the guy get set up, turn on the lights etc., before heading inside at about seven fifteen. I was greeted, and when I explained I needed a repair, the man at the counter let me know that the techs didn't arrive until eight. I kind of chuckled and said, "Well good for them!" So I settled into that waiting area. Between the TV, magazines and wi-fi I knew I could stay entertained, and honestly, without an appointment, I was just happy someone was willing to help. I was the only customer in the place, and didn't pay much attention when the counter guy left and went into the shop. There was the sound of activity, and I heard an air wrench, and didn't think much about it. Twenty minutes later, the guy who I found out was named Brian, who I figured for the boss, and who was dressed pretty nicely, came back to the counter and said, "Okay, you are all set ." "What do you mean?" "I took care of it." "Took care of it? You didn't have to do that! I was fine with waiting." "Nah, I wasn't going to make you wait for that." So the boss, who wasn't really dressed to be working in the shop to begin with, took it upon himself to repair my tire so I wouldn't have to wait, and in his mind, be inconvenienced. And it wasn't a big ticket God knows, just a repair. Well that speaks volumes to me about how Brian runs that business, and how he treats customers. It was my first time in there and that is how I was treated! So happy with the service and the ease of getting my tire repaired. And happy to have a tire and repair facility that I know will take care of me when I need something. Would give more stars if I could!

Unfortunately, I left without speaking with a salesperson or receiving any assistance with the vehicle I was interested in. I entered the showroom, viewed the vehicles inside, and walked through the outdoor inventory. No salesperson approached me, introduced themselves, or asked if I needed help. The only assistance I received was from a woman at the front desk, who pointed me toward the model I wanted to see. The outcome was disappointing: I came to the dealership as a potential buyer, but left without receiving the sales assistance needed to seriously consider moving forward with a purchase. I don't want to assume why I wasn't approached, but the experience did leave me wondering whether my appearance or the way I was dressed influenced how I was perceived. I sincerely hope that wasn't the case. Perhaps this would also be a good time for the sales manager to give the team a little time to reflect on what is happening in the stock market and the recent direction of auto sales. When customers are walking through the door, especially in a more challenging sales environment, every potential customer deserves to be acknowledged and given an opportunity to learn about the vehicles. I'm also considering other manufacturers. For me, customer service, a welcoming dealership, and a fair price are all important parts of the buying decision. I would prefer Mazda, but the dealership experience is an important part of that decision as well. Management must immediately address the dealership's disorganized sales operation and improve customer service. This dealership appears to operate independently and may not be affiliated with the corporation.
